Simmer

As a little filly, Simmer always loved sneaking sips of her mothers hot tea in the evenings and soon was shown how to make her own tea. She loved trying out new herbs and spices in her concoctions and usually had her mother be the victi...lucky pony...to try out all her crazy concoctions. After an afternoon of picking new herbs and spices, she came home to simmer them up in some boiling water. After it cooled for a while, she took a sip...it was slightly sweet, almost pumpin-like. She decided to froth in some milk to cool it down a little and dull down the sweetness a tad. She took another sip and fell in love. She took it to her mother to try it as well. Her mother was utterly surprised by the amazing spiced milky tea. She looked at Simmer and told her it was the best tea she had ever drank. Her mother then told her to look at her flank...Simmer had received her cutie mark! A cup of her amazing spiced Chai tea.

Simmer now works at a local coffehouse making her famous teas.
