Character concept - Baron de Ghost

I've had this idea for a stallion OC banging around in my head for the last few days. He's a costumer whose special talent is causing inanimate objects to become animated (like the broom from the Sorcerer's Apprentice sequence in Fantasia.)

As always any critiques would be highly appreciated.
