I think that's the first time I've ever had to ink a character in 'segments' Discord is one crazy sunnofagun! I bet he was a nightmare to animate! Amazing good fun to draw tho, even if it took aaaaages XD This one's actually for a good friend a' mine who wanted to see how 'Cordie would look if he got Astalakio'd. Something like this! Pony clothes and dressed up ponies in the show

Those front two legs are not arms, so I always think it's a bit weird when they're shown/drawn wearing clothes like they are. Hats and dresses kind of work, stuff like that. And socks are socks, no matter what way you slice it -
I quite like the seeing art of humanised ponies, and obviously the regular kind are awesome, but I have yet to see a picture of an anthro pony that doesn't creep me out to some extent on a fundamental level... I'm not sure why *shrug*

The general rule of thumb when it comes to cartooning young characters is large foreheads and small noses and chins... so I went ahead and did the complete opposite of that I never was one for rules when it came to drawing though... Hope ya likes! -

I really like Starfox's idea that there are several of them made out of the same creatures, like there was some terrible accident involving a lion, a griffon, a pony and whathaveyou. But yeah, if that was the case they would all be as messed up as Discord, but if he's the only spirit of chaos... then I guess they'd all just be moping around all mishapen and deformed somewhere. Now I feel bad for them!

Sure, but it's different when it comes to pictures that I actually draw, since art gets spread around, and if I drew a mature pic there's every chance it could get traced back to me from any given site. Actually, just this morning I was looking up the artwork of Bruce Timm, who's cartoons I grew up with as a kiddie, and, like, most of the art on his site is of lesbian love scenes. I was like "Huh!".

Err, yeah, I wouldn't post stuff like that. I don't even do requests for mature pictures because I'll probably want to do kids animation some day and I don't want to put employers off with stuff like that.

Well I personally post pony stuff on my FB all the time... but the only job I wanna get is in animation anyway, so it's all fine and good for me. Any future employers would probably encourage it Let us know what you decide to do!

Te he, I was explaining to my sister that I think it went down something like this: Pinkie Pie managed to convince Rarity to let her help fix up her mane one morning, and Rarity bregrudgingly agreed, so they sat down in front of the mirror, and Rarity manages to say "Okay Pinkie, now it's very important that you don't--" And then Pinkie nom nom noms. That's how I saw it going down anway -
Right, I think I get ya. Tricky things, flying ponies. I'm not totally happy with the wings either... but hey, if I didn't have anything to improve upon there'd be no point in doing the next drawing

Most of the drawing I've got on my list to do this Easter break is non-pony stuff, so I guess I just thought I'd throw something together to keep in practice with our favourite prancing marshmallows. Not massively happy with how this turned out - but it could have gone worse! XD Hope ya likes! -
