  1. The best part was when I ordered a coffee at Starbucks with a British accent for "Jack Harkness". The teller believed me, but the person that made the coffee laughed when he saw what was written. Great way to pick out geeks.
  2. What's all this about being blocked by YouTube because you're in the States? I get past that by pretending I'm in England. All the servers fall for my fake accent. Especially the BBC so that I can watch new Doctor Who episodes.
  3. I think yes... I do most of those things already. TPBM Enjoys writing of some sort.
  4. As soon as the command to go was given, Page began pulling the the harness as hard as he could. It looked like a win was going to be tough, as his strength lay in endurance, something that wasn't very useful in such a short race. Was role-playing when I had to refresh the page, so I copied this to continue it.
  5. As soon as the command to go was given, Page began pulling the the harness as hard as he could. It looked like a win was going to be tough, as his strength lay in endurance, something that wasn't very useful in such a short race. He was proven correct as he watched the other pony begin to gain the lead. Still, that was no reason to give up, and the two pegasi above him helped him push onward. Page looked at the path ahead. They were fast coming up to the part of the pathway that traveled down a nice downhill slope. Page quickly reviewed he situation in his head. He had the advantage of living with a wagon behind him, so maybe a few tricks could come in handy. Page wasn't going to resort to anything dirty, but if he could cut down on his opponents lead, then he would be able to use the gravity of the cart for the downhill run. Carts were hard to control at high speeds, especially ones with such a high center of gravity due to all the snow. Hopefully the extra boost provided by the gravity would be able to cause the green pony some trouble. But he had to catch up or it wouldn't be enough. Driven by the cheering from the pegasi above, Page slowly began to pull alongside.
  6. All of this talk. It just leaves me lost. Informal haiku is everywhere. I try to see meaning. But it does not show itself to me. These is but one thing I'm getting from it all. The moon is emotionally torn. Or something like that. I ask just one question. Something that sums up my thoughts: What?
  7. He just didn't know when to stop. Or he did and he didn't want to, which is probably more likely.
  8. "Once these carts are loaded up, care to see who can make it down to the reservoir first?" Page looked over at the pony that called to him. "You know what, " he replied with a glint in his eye, "that sounds like fun. You're on."
  9. Thank you, Davroth for giving me a good laugh.
  10. I drained the energy of this thread to power my portal device. I needed to jump start it and forgot my car. You can have it back now. I'm done with it. For now Mwahahaha *Jumps through portal device*
  11. This thread's actually slowed down as of late. The past few of days have picked up again, though.
  12. It's so beautiful.... Anyone know why the IRC won't let me in? It says my name isn't registered, then freezes.
  13. What is going on...... I log on and immediately get hit with a sexy Angie, and then find out that a mod stayed for more then three posts. The world has gone mad! The end is nigh!
  14. I am no sheep. I just do things to make things happen.
  15. I just, like, saw that someone, like, had liked that post and just had to, like, like it!
  16. Page slowly walked out of the group. While he was more then happy to talk to new ponies, having attention directed at him wasn't something he was used to. He was still blushing as he reached his cart. Page shook his head as he saw the green stallion get covered in snow. He knew exactly how he felt. Speaking of which, where was his partner anyway? He waved to get Cloadchaser's attention, then beconed her up to the top of the reservoir. While a lot of the other ponies looked like they needed to just rest for a bit, Page had worked on his endurance for several years, often walking for entire days. For him, the excitement hadn't left him wiped, but energized.
  17. Just wondering, who an I going to be watching the stream tomorrow with?
