As a student living off nothing but minimal financial aid, I think that sounds amazing. Then again, anything sounds amazing that allows you to pay for more then a couple of cans of beans a day.

Depends, are you getting paid for not working? If not, then you're crazy. If so, then you're attractive, and the boss is using you as incentive. You're not getting any work, because the others aren't working hard enough.
