It's tough for me to decide because my tastes are so eclectic. I am super nerdy, with an interests in technology and science, just like a unicorn would be. I'm physical and like tests of stamina and toughness like airsoft, hiking/climbing, and swimming, plus having wings would be awesome, just like a pegasus. But I'm also firmly grounded, down to earth, and value balance, just like an earth pony.

Flare Runner is a Stallion who has tried before to get into the Wonderbolts. He was always a pretty good flier ever since the Flight Academy, one of the stop students in his class. However, he never looked up to the Wonderbolts and never really admired them, but he certainly knew who they were. When he got the chance to meet one of them, only shortly after he got his Cutie Mark, he told them that he was training harder than ever, hoping to get the tryout date, as he'd never been to one before.

If he hasn't admired them or particularly cared for them, what drove him to try and get a tryout with them? That's just a jarring bit of inconsistency I'd like to see addressed, as it is a huge part of his motivations.

What's missing is additional exposition on her personality. We have a bit of history and a bit of family, but next to nothing on what she is like as a person. What makes her tick? What dreams and desires does she have? What flaws, quirks, and little unique bits of character give her life and make her interesting? These things help you flesh out the character and make her your own in addition to helping other players know how to react and giving them more material to make story hooks out of.

The appearance of his cutie mark is an interesting story. It all started out as a young colt, still working for just a place to stay. He was wondering what his tallent might be, for he was good at everything. He worked hard cleaning, construction, and many other odd jobs, but never got his mark at all. One day though, while he was cleaning and helping out at a tavern, they had a open mic night and one of the colts called him up. Kacey didn't talk that much to begin with, only things he needed to say.

From your prior description of him, he does not seem to be good at everything. You might want to clean this up if it is a typo. Other than that:

Her parents had enrolled her into Magic School which she did just fine in and learned a great deal of general use magic and the like, most of it from the Astral aspect rather then the specialized magics that most ponies went off to learn.

I am unfamiliar with this in relation to FiM canon. Can you please explain your intent further?

I'm not terribly keen on the dissociative identity disorder label. It's very minor and could likely be passed off as just being eccentric. That bit aside, I will approve.

The themes present are a bit dark, but Felicity's character is solid and the fact that she is not consumed by her past is refreshing and uplifting.

My only objection is the mention of the Oranges. They add no additional information to her story and may complicate relationships if/when someone decides to apply for them. Apple Cider herself is fine.

Despite this being a bit on the thin side, you seem to have a solid grasp of what themes you want to address with Honovi: that of being a troublemaker/thief and a fascination with civilization after having led the tribal lifestyle for so long. I'm willing to give you the chance to make good on that.
