I like Lightning Streak. Sky Flare is still interested in meeting him. So that thread to me is still active.

As for Pip, Light's still friends with him.

And don't worry about not having many posts.

I had times on other boards where no pony joined my thread. Sweet Surprise actually was from another board and no pony wanted to RP with her. Other characters of mine suffered dead posts. I felt like my characters were cursed, or that I wasn't RPing well. But you'll get those times of no replies.

Lore Weaver smiled at the fact that Ice Storm was getting her problem resolved very quickly. She had a temporary place to stay and now a place to sell her frozen treats.

Lore then drew his attention back to the Mayor. Being that she was... well the Mayor... she knew the town and the ponies there. And as Lore loved information, she was probably the best source to get it.

"Ok I'll go meet this Twilight soon after I get most of the store up and running. I'm sure a fellow booklover will be interested in this place. And you said you like fiction, right? Well there will definitely be fiction here. In fact I picture half of the store being fiction and the other half non fiction. I hope to eventually have a rare books area, but that'll be later. If you could give a speech at the grand opening, that would be great. And thanks about the poster idea. I'll definitely spread them around town. I'm so thankful you stopped by. You gave me lots of advice."

Before Sweet could answer, even saying thanks or she was sorry for turning into a crying mess, Sweet was silenced by a cookie. Not just any cookie, a super chocolaty cookie!

"Mmmm.. Thiff foofie if amafiffin!" (Translation: This cookie is amazing!")

Sweet then realized that there were other ponies, spesifically a male pony and a filly named Apple Bloom. They must have seen Sweet go into her cry fest! Sweet wanted to just curl up into a ball and blend in with the wood floor. She didn't like being embarrassed, especially by her own self.

Pinkie while talking to Apple Bloom glanced back to Sweet. The chocolate hued mare tilted her head in question, wondering if Pinkie was making sure if she was ok or that she wanted to talk to her again.

With Pinkie occupying Apple Bloom's time, Sweet decided to try some damage control with the stallion. "Oh hello there," Swet said swallowing the rest of the mega sized cookie, "Sorry about that. What you saw was kind of a misunderstanding. Anyway, we're all better, right Pinkie? Oh, by the way, my name's Sweet Surprise, what's your name?"

Hello. I'm in a couple of RPs, some of which can be easy to jump in since they're just getting started.

Where is your character located? I have ponies mainly in Canterlot and Ponyville.

Sweetie Belle immediately brightened up when she heard she was invited. She began to talk about how fun it would be going to the party and needing to get a dress. Of course having a fashion designer as an older sister helped. Then Sweetie Belle said about looking for somepony to take her to the party. This left him with a quandry. Guiding Light could say nothing but this wouldn't help his friend, Pipsqueak. He could just flat out tell her that Pip wanted to be her special somepony and definitely wants her to go to the party with him, but this ran the risk of Sweetie not believing Light or worse saying no to him, making Light have to tell the bad news.

He decided on the third option.

"Well Sweetie Belle, I think I may know somepony who is interested in taking you to the party, but I have to talk to him first just to be sure. He's kind of shy. I'll tell him you're interested in somepony going with you and he will then talk to you soon." This was the easy part. Now Light had to convince Pip to gather his courage and actually ask Sweetie out to the party. Light had his work cut out for him. The colt also had to find a special somepony before the party, or else he would be the only one without.

Sweetie then went back to her assistant routine. Light was a little apprehensive about what to do our ask for. "Um... I think I'll have some tea Sweetie."

Fire Heart saw the flame appear. She was reluctant on how exactly this was supposed to help her control her emotions and as a result control her flames, but it was worth a shot. "Ok. Focus on the flame there's nothing else but the flame." Immediately it was like the world around her including Bonfire just dissolved away. It was just her and that white flame. She then concentrated on putting her emotions into it. She was not looking to be emotionless but to have her excess emotions controlled. She pictured her excess emotions going into the flame like little wisps of air. Finally, after feeling calmer and feeling like she deposited enough emotions into the flame, the world came back into view.

"Ok. I think I've calmed enough. I think I removed my extra emotions. What's next?"

No problem.

Just wanted to make sure everything on my end was ok.

Hello.

I entered Sky Flare's application in the Ponyville thread for matchmaking, but no the main one. Do you think it's better to enter it into the main one as well?

I'd probably pass out if suddenly the mane six showed up.

To all: I'd ask them to take me with them, even if it was only for a week to explore Equestria. Of cours they'd have to make me a pony as seeing a human would cause a painc.

It would be interesting to see different type ponies swap like AJ with Twilight. Then you have the different pony type added into the mix.

My favorite would be Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie. You have the hyperactive pony swapping with the shy one.

Yes Canterlot has at least one school, Princess Celestia's school for Gifted Unicorns, although most likely there are more.

As for your unicorn, she seems like my recent OC: Lore Weaver.

Maybe yours can be something like Story Weaver, or Lore Keeper, or Tome Treasurer

Happy belated Easter!

Yesterday I had fun at my uncle and aunt's house. There was ham, turkey, yams, corn pudding, and other yummy treats (am I making you hungry?)

And I got my fill of chocolate. I want it to last up until my birthday (which is June) but I'm having my doubts.

Knowing about AJ's od RD's parents would be a good canon addition.

Art update!

Well I'm going to be starting on drawing again. I have some pony art ready for GIMP. One thing though I need to work on is expressions. Any advice?

Also, I'm trying to work on my anthro art. The trick is melding the humand aspects with the anthro aspect. The animal part I think I'm ok with, but the human part looks too blocky. I need to somehow fix it to make it more flowing. Granted, I'm not out to make a realistic image. My art I want to border on cartoony. But I still want to look like the art can just jump off the page and say "hi."

Anypony know good references for human anatomy?

Twilight Sparkle is the best pony (hugs Twilight)

True story: I was at a panel discussion at a convention about bronies. They asked which pony people liked. When they asked who liked Twilight Sparkle, I was the only one who liked her. No love for the purple unicorn in that panel.

Sky smiled at Lightning's response. It was one thing to have faith in himself, but it was another if others had faith in him. Stella's rousing speech to Lightning further added to the excitement. "Thanks Lightning," Sky said after waiting for Stella's speech to be completed. "I am going to keep reaching towards my goals."

Then Sky had an idea. "Hey Lightning, do you want to see me perform a trick or two. After all, I saw all of you ot there. What do you say?"

(OOC: Prepare for Call of the Cutie style story)

Sky thought back to that time, pausing before telling his story.

"Well, when I was a colt, I wasn't the best flyer. I wasn't even a good flyer. During that time I was very afraid, not of flying but falling to the ground. I was so afraid that when I tried to fly over an area that did not have a cloud below I would become paralyzed. It got so bad that I would often have to walk everywhere. The other ponies teased me without end, making fun of the fact that I was a pegasus afraid to fly. All of my friends were flying, some even getting their cutie marks. I was afraid that I disappointed my dad who works at Flight School."

"One day the Wonderbolts had a show in Cloudsdale. It was a bittersweet experience. While I loved seeing the Wonderbolts I realized that I couldn't be one if I was too scared to fly. I guess I wasn't watching where I was going when I bumped into a pony. Looking up I found it was a Wonderbolt. He asked me why I was sad and I explained that I was afraid of falling. He told me all I had to do was find my inner courage to not let the fear take control of my life. His words gave me the courage to take flight and after thanking him I flew into the air. I amazed my friends by performing awesome tricks as naturally as breathing. And then my cutie mark appeared. The rest they say is history."

Lore Weaver definitely does not and should not have the same rapid spell retention as Twilight Sparkle. General knowledge like history, technology, literature he can just read and process faster that other ponies, but spells since they're more complex will be harder to process.

Guiding Light realized in his trying to make sure that he got all of the information out that he needed to, he forgot about the most important thing: inviting Sweetie Belle to the party! How could he not mention the fact that the potential special somepony of his best friend was invited. It clearly shown on Sweetie's face this error as while she was interested in making the posters she was sad not to go.

"Oh I'm so sorry Sweetie Belle," Light said, " I forgot to mention something really really important. You're invited to this formal party. I wasn't sure if Pip wanted me to tell you in person of if he was going to send a note. But yeah, of course you're invited as you're Pip's special... I mean he definitely wanted you to come."

Light then turned to Apple Bumpkin who had just released Sweetie from a hug. "That's ok. you didn't interrupt."

Then Light remembered the second reason why he was here when Sweetie Belle asked if he was seeking Rarity. "Actually I am seeking your sister. Pip told me I need something formal to wear, whatever that is. The only place I could think of was here."
