1. Fire Heart smiled as Moondancer seemed to like her candle trick. It was something that she couldn't resist doing, especially with her talent. She then listened as the moon flanked mare spoke about what it meant to pull a prank on somepony. Although Fire Heart knew about emotions she often had difficulty explaining things to others like friendship and pranks and love. Then again most ponies knew about these things so explaining them wasn't really necessary.

"You took the words right out of my mouth Moon. I couldn't have said it better. So teah, Spirit, it's not that you're making fun of them. Pranking is actually a sign of affection like talking to a pony or having fun with them. I think that's what Mr. Grey is doing to you, pulling innocent pranks because he likes you."

It was then that Moondancer asked Spirit to pull her hoof. Fire Heart could only watch, wondering what the crazy mare had in store for Spirit.

  2. Carrot paid for her groceries and supplies, holding her head up that she didn't get the Zap Apple Jam. Maybe she would stop over at Sweet Apple Acres for some as they were bound to have extras there. She did get some discounts on things she bought, especially the carrot seeds. As she left she saw Hayseed's sisters happy that they were lucky enough to get a jar of jam.

"Look at that! It's a rare sight, mah sisters gitt'n along with each other! Jist wish if'd last."

"Yeah, looks like everything turned out just fine," she said with a chuckle, "Well, I guess you'll just have to enjoy it while it lasts."

(OOC: Exit Carrot Top. Thanks for the awesome RP!)

  3. "Awww that's a really nice thing to say," Carrot Top said to Hayseed with a smile as they headed back to the cash register area, "You feel the same way about you too Hayseed. Thanks for making this little outing a great time. We should definitely do this again, although maybe something else than just going shopping together."

Carrot Top was about to stand in line when Mr. Rich announced that the last jar of Zap Apple Jam had been sold. The cream coloured mare ears slumped in defeat for a moment but then she quickly perked up realizing that while she didn't get what he was looking for today, she got something much less expected and much more valuable than a store filled with Zap Apple Jam! She had found a companion in Hayseed, one who truly loved her just as she did with him. She didn't really where this newfound relationship would take her but she knew it was the start of something great!

  4. Guiding Light still continued looking through the debris on the floor, hoping to Find Cheerilee's gift. He felt bad not seeing Apple Bloom open her gift but he tried to look over when he could and clap when his fellow classmate opened another gift. The colt used his telekinesis to move the things on the ground, putting the presents in a pile and the rest of the other things in another pile. It was getting tiring using this magic so much as the colt wasn't used to using it for extended periods of time, but levitating things was better than accidentally crushing the prized present under his hoof.

"Hey Purple, do you see Miss Cheerilee's present over there? I don't see it here just yet."

  5. At first the colt appeared reluctant at Watermelon's request to clean at least part of himself to show he wasn't a Mud Pony, but on the persistence of Honeydew claiming that she demanded proof the colt agreed. Watermelon showed him where the hose was, an essential part of the farm area for watering, cleaning up at the end of a long dirty day, and occasionally drinking from it when she was thirsty. As the colt washed himself, she could see that he was actually brown in colour.

"There now," the filly said with a smile, "You actually look better without mud."

She then turned to Honeydew who no doubt would be scrutinizing the poor colt for any signs of being a Mud Pony. She only hoped that the fact that Mud was a brown Pegasus didn't cause any added suspicion.

"See," Watermelon said to Honey Dew, "He is not a mud pony!"

Watermelon was so busy with trying to act as a mediator that she almost didn't notice the colt was shivering.

"Awww... you're shivering. Hand on, let me get you a towel. Oh, and I'll get you a bowl of fruit salad too!"

She galloped into the farm house, hoping that the two ponies would be ok being left without supervision.

  6. Hello. Your friendly neighborhood Helpstaffer here.

You have a great character there. There are just two things that I see that need an adjustment. The first is her name. Unfortunately Caramel Apple is a name for a cast character, so we would need you to change this pony's name slightly. Some ideas would be Caramel Delight, Sweet Caramel, or Caramel Treat. The second is where she lives. We'd like if she has an area on the map such as a particular town or city. Since you said she lives in between Canterlot and Trotingham, may I suggest having her live in Solstice Heights? This area is in the valley near Canterlot and is known for its farms. It is also close to Ponyville and Trottingham.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you are ready for me to look at your character application again.

    Thanks!

  7. Before he could protest, Guiding Light was picked up by the talions and ordered to use his light spell.

"Hey," Guiding Light said to Razor, "I'm not a tool you know!"

Still Guiding light was concerned about the ponies being lost in the forest so with a glow of his horn a beam of light shot out, illuminating a path ahead.

"You know, I can walk on my own. If you put me down, I promise I'll stick by you. Not like I'm going to go on my own here. I already got lost in here once before."

  8. Heart Healer could feel the anger off Cinnabar Star like waves of heat. She didn't want to just drop the topic, but now because her patient was upset the psychologist had to choose her words carefully.

"I'm sure that you are a nice mare Ms. Star. I know these questions may seem confusing or disturbing, but I am trying to get to the root of things to help you. So we have explored what you want to see in a stallion, and I know you were not interested in Role Playing. So my question is to you how do you typically approach a stallion that you are interested in. Firstly, what makes you interested in a particular stallion you choose. Secondly, what do you say or do to get said stallion's attention?"

  9. Sweet Surprise saw the look on Donut Joe's face change as if a light went on in his mind. Finally it seemed that she got through the pony that they way she acted wasn't to make him buy something but that she was actually attracted to him! She wondered when or if it would happen thinking back to the experiment that she tried with extracting the essence of love from chocolate. Then she realized something: an aphrodisiac like chocolate wasn't guaranteed to make anypony fall in love, but to help make ponies happy and happiness only strengthened the bonds of love or friendship between each other. That meant that the Love Chocolate Experiment didn't work after all! But that could only mean one thing, Sweet Surprise had genuine feelings towards the stallion!

"Oh that's great that you'd like to go to a party with me," the chocolate mare said trying to contain her excitement at her revelations about her little experiment, "Trust me, you and I are going to have lots of fun!"

Donut Joe then asked her why she never had another stallion.

"Awww... thanks for calling me sweet. You're sweet too. I... don't really know why no pony has been attracted to me like you are. I guess... well... I guess that maybe I didn't think I was somepony that could be seen as anything other than just a friend, like I wasn't able to be loved like that. I know sounds silly right?"

  10. RP Type: World of Equestria

    Name: Snow Dancer

    Sex: Female

    Age: Filly

    Species: Pegasus

    Eye colour: Light Blue

    Coat: An Icy Blue

Mane/ Tail: White with a stripe of Light Blue. Both her mane and tail are curvy, ending in curls.

Physique: Snow has a particularly average body for a filly, not showing and signs of developing into marehood. She is not a particularly fast flyer like some of her peers but she can manage flying where she needs to be.

    Residence: Cloudsdale

Occupation: She's still a filly in school, but one day she hopes to work in Cloudsdale's Weather Factory creating snow.

Cutie Mark: A stylized snowflake, like the kind that foals would cut paper into during the winter or what a snowflake looks like under a microscope. It represents her affinity for snow and winter and her desire to share it with others. Snow Dancer got he mark one moonlight night while playing outside with some classmates, thinking about what her talent would be, when she got caught in a bad snowstorm! Blindly she stumbled through the storm, desperately trying to find anything that could guide her. It was bad enough that she couldn't see where she was going, but she especially had to watch that she didn't fall off the cloud city. For a moment she panicked, thinking that she would become buried in the snow, never to see her parents or classmates again. Then she realized that the snow was something she played in all her life. With renewed courage she took flight and flew among the falling snow unafraid and actually enjoying the feeling of flying among the falling white flakes. Then she heard the scared voices of her fellow classmates and was able to find them in the blizzard and get them to safety. She calmed them, telling them that there was nothing to fear about the snow, until the blizzard lightened up and the group were able to play outside again. The ponies laughed and played among the freshly fallen snow late into the night.Their laughter filled her with joy as she bid them farewell and made her way home, but the biggest surprise awaited her when she finally came in that night to find an image of a snowflake on her flanks!

History: Snow Dancer was born to two very loving parents in Cloudsdale. Her father worked in the Weather Factory preparing water filled clouds to be transported all across Equestria while her mother stayed at home to raise her. She looked up to her father and loved to hear about his day at the Weather Factory. The fact that there was a place that created rain filled clouds or rainbows fascinated her and what would eventually want her to work there when she was a older. Snow Dancer also looked up to her mother who the filly learned and played and laughed with during the day. She once asked her mother why she was named Snow Dancer to which her mother replied that the filly having the colours of winter, and that she was born in the winter time. The little Pegasus then heard the story about how during winter no two snowflakes were alike, each having their own size and shape, like how ponies were different. It was then that her mother told her to see what made her unique and to cherish the differences each pony had, just as a pony would cherish how each snowflake was different, and the fact that when ponies worked together they could do amazing things.

Snow Dancer upon hearing that story from her mother, that she was named after snow and her colouring took to liking winter and all that it had to offer. She liked the other seasons too but winter has a special place in her heart. She would play for hours on end in the winter wonderland by sledding, ice skating, making snow ponies and just enjoying the white scenery around her. Even the night time was magical as she saw the world around illuminated by thousands of sparkles.

Her life was not without challenges though. The fact that she wasn't a very strong flyer and that she was a late bloomer getting her cutie mark made her the target of some teasing by her fellow classmates. After some were rescued during the blizzard and the earning of her mark, the teasing ended and Snow Dancer even became quite a popular filly especially during the winter time! Some of her classmates even dubbed her as the Princess of Winter, a title that is not that far from the truth as every year she looks forward to the coming of her favorite season. Recently her father told about how there are ponies in the Weather Factory who create and transport snow throughout Equestria, ensuring a wonderful winter. Although she has a few more years, and she's not rushing to get older, Snow Dancer looks forward to working in that department as she could share her love of winter with others by helping to send it all around Equestria so that others may enjoy it.

    Character Summary:

Snow Dancer is a fairly quiet pony. This is not to say that she's shy, just that she isn't loud or flashy. She is an introverted pony who enjoys time to herself as much as she does socializing. Her main weakness is crowded places, preferring open spaces and a few ponies to speak to. Some ponies see her as shy, although once they get to know her she is fairly outgoing. Even though she isn't the strongest of ponies physically or in flight, she does like to play outdoors and even participate in a few sports and games. She also likes to explore both her home town and the lands below learning all that she can about the world around her and the ponies that live within.

Of course winter time is her favorite season and Snow Dancer eagerly heralds the time by helping to usher in the first snow of the season. She fills her winter days with sledding, ice skating, making snow ponies, snowball fights, and even just watching the snow fall around her. Naturally the Hearth's Warming season is her favorite holiday with carols, gifts, wreaths, and snow.

Snow Dancer is a content pony who enjoys being who she is. She likes making friends, learning in school, and having a good time. She does aspire to when she is older to perhaps to work at the Weather Factory creating snow, but that is a dream that she will seek at another time.

  11. Watermelon Gush was surprised about this colt who claimed that he liked being muddy. Granted working on the farm meant getting her hooves dirty, so the filly was no stranger to mud, but this pony seemed like he wanted to be muddy as opposed to being clean! His flailing about caused the filly to be caked in globs of mud in her mane and on her green coat. Before she could speak up, Honeydew interrupted and began to accuse the poor colt of being a Mud Pony, something that Watermelon cold only guess was a fierce creature that the conspiracy loving pony studied.

"Hold on there," Watermelon said setting down the bowls of fruit and placing herself in between Honey Dew and Mud Pie, "Honeydew, I think this pony is telling the truth. I think he's not a mud pony but an actual pony. And Mud Pie... um... I don't know why you love mud so much, but maybe if you at least clean your face off Honey Dew here won't think you're a Mud Pony."

  12. Heart Healer listened as Cinnabar Star described her idea stallion. To the psychologist this theoretical special somepony sounded like a dream stallion from a romance novel, one who would sweep a mare off her feet and carry her away from her troubles. But this fantastic version of a stallion also could be a bad thing.

"I see you have thought this out and that you seem content with this reality. Do you think that the fact that this fantasy version of a stallion is preventing you from connecting with a Special somepony due to the stallions not living up to the expectations of your ideal?"

  13. Sweet Surprise smiled like a filly on Heart's Warming Day when she heard that Donut Joe liked parties. It was a thing that she and him had in common, and something that made her think that maybe this love chocolate experiment was working. Maybe the power of it was rubbing off on the stallion. Sadly though the stallion seemed to not be able to go to many parties.

"Oh wow! I'm glad you like parties as much as I do! Yeah, sadly I don't go as much as I want to either. Maybe when both of us are free we can, you know, go to a party together? Of course, it's up to you."

  14. Watermelon quickly went into the house and using a large spoon began to scoop two generous helpings of fruit salad into some bowls. Despite being a pony who trusted others, sometimes to the point of too much, she was wary of the mare named Honeydew. The pony felt like something strange was going on, and the last thing Watermelon wanted to see was her get into a problem.

The filly went outside, balancing one bowl of fruit on her head and the other on her back, when she noticed that Honeydew was not where she said she would be but instead was near the porch of the farm house. But the strangest thing was somehow the mare was now caked in mud and shouting something about Mud Ponies. Looking around to see what the source of the problem was, other than in the mare's mind, the filly spotted a muddy pegasus colt resting on a cloud. She caught a slight whisper on his name, Mud Pie. Well, it certainly fit what the colt was now.

"Hey there," she called up to the colt on the cloud, "I'm Watermelon Gush. Why are you all muddy?"

  15. I had no issue with Twilight becoming an Alicorn, despite what many said about her becoming too Mary Sue.

Rarity is my least favorite pony. I just don't really have as much of an interest in her as I do the others.

I have no problems with any of the Princess although as a matter of taste I like Luna the best.

I'm not a big fan of Spike and tune him out when he's there. I can't really say I hate him, it's just I'm focused on the Mane Six.

My least favorite episodes are "Over a Barrel," "The Mysterious Mare do Well," and "Spike at Your Service."

"The Last Roundup" is still a good episode and the whole Derpy thing didn't wreck it.

I don't buy the conspiracy theories some cook up about Lauren Faust leaving (like Hasbro forced her out). To me I credit her for being the one to help reimagine the show into its current incarnation, but I treat her like the other writers, animators, musicians and VAs.

There are only a few background ponies that I like such as Vinyl Scratch, Derpy, and Carrot Top (have to show some love to the character I play).

  16. Sweet Surprise smiled as Donut Joe's eyes lit up at the sale Sweet was having with the candy. The way to a stallion's heart may be through his stomach after all. The mare then thought about what she liked to do that didn't involve candy making. Her life practically revolved around the store and making candy, but she needed something to make it like she had a life. Her face scrunched up as she thought about something else. Then it dawned on her!

"Well, I like to go to parties. They don't have to be formal ones, just as long as they're fun. How about you?Do you like parties?"

  17. Watermelon Gush braced herself for something strange about marshmallows from the mare's mouth, like how marshmallows planned to enslave ponykind. But to her surprise, and relief, Honeydew merely was watching her weight. Watermelon realized that it was impossible to try to figure this pony out, because every time she did Honeydew would surprise her.

"Ok then. I'll be right back with the fruit salad... with no marshmallows."

With that Watermelon dashed into the farm house, hoping that the strange pony didn't get into any mischief while she was preparing the fruit salad.

  18. Heart Healer could only let out a sigh when Cinnabar dismissed her idea of role playing. Someponies just weren't interested in acting out fictional scenarios.

"None taken," Heart Healer replied, "It was merely to be an exercise to get the sense of how you would address a certain somepony that you were interested in. I can understand that you feel the need to send reminders, especially with the history of stallions not showing. However, sending too many reminders will make you look desperate to find somepony which some stallions get nervous about. So minus doing the role play, let me ask you this: what is your ideal special somepony? Like if he walked into this room this very instant, what would he look like? How would he act?"
