Just read Hunger Games. I love that book, all the fast paced action that's happening. Now I have to read the other two in the trilogy.

I love dark chocolate, peppermints, fudge, Twizzler, and Dum Dum Pops.
I'm not a fan of caramels, cinnamon candy, or white chocolate.

RP Type: World of Equestria
Name: Fire Heart
Age/Gender: Young Mare
Race: UnicornEyes: Amber Yellow
Coat: Red although often coated in white and black ash
Mane/Tail: Orange that looks like flames
Residence: Canterlot
Occupation: Student at Princess Celestia’s School for Gifted Unicorns.
Cutie Mark: A Pink Heart with a flame inside it, representing her fire ability and her emotional personality.
History: Fire Heart was born in Canterlot to her parents Warm Heart (father) and Fire Dancer (mother). Her father is a counselor, helping ponies with mental, emotional, and relationship problems. Her mother was a dancer who retired after having Fire Heart, preferring to be at home with her. Both of her parents are very loving to her and want to see her succeed.
Although Fire Heart’s parents are loving to her, she was a target of bullies in school, possibly because she stood up for other ponies. Whatever the reason, this made her school life not very pleasant. One day while being provoked by a bully, who tormented her for years, she exploded in anger and her flame ability appeared, scaring the bully and almost burning him. She then received her cutie mark that day, after her teacher helped her to calm down.
Although her parents celebrated her finding her ability, they were nervous at what might happen to Fire Heart and how she would fit in when she got older with her ability. Her school life changed greatly as while no bully ever teased her again, most of the ponies stayed away from her out of fear, leaving Fire heart a sad and lonely pony. While many other ponies celebrated their talents as gifts, Fire Heart saw hers as nothing but a curse. Sometimes she wished she had no magic as it would better for to be liked and have no magic than feared with magic.
Recently, there was a ray of hope in her life when Fire Heart’s parents were able to enroll her into Princess Celestia’s School for Gifted Unicorns. It is their hope, and Fire Heart’s, to have her learn how to control her ability and use it for a good purpose.
Personality: Fire Heart is a very energetic pony, always seeming like she’s hyperactive. She is always moving and never wants to stay still unless forced to. She is a normally very happy and carefree pony. She also can become impatient when forced to wait, preferring things to happen quickly. She does have a fiery temper that appears when greatly provoked, which along with her fire ability can be dangerous. When she does calm down, she is very remorseful for using her fire ability.
Fire Heart can manifest heat and fire around her body. The fire does not burn her as it’s not on her body but around it like a second skin. She also has limited projection of her fire (think a flamethrower), and its limited to a short range. She can’t create any projectiles like fireballs. Her ability, although powerful, severely lacks control, causing her to burst into flames unexpectedly. Her fire ability is tied to her emotions. When she’s calm or happy, she can control her flames, but when she’s very angry or extremely excited, her ability becomes uncontrollable. Intense cold also affects her more than other ponies. If she ventures out in the winter and stays out for long periods of time she will feel very uncomfortable and even pass out.
Fire Heart wants to learn in school, to be able to control her powers, and to be able to make friends who will not be afraid of her.

When you live close to an apple orchard and can't help but think seeing Applejack, Granny Smith, Big Mac, or Apple Bloom there.
(Guilty as there is an orchard 15 minutes from my house.)

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic helped me in a couple of ways.
1. It resparked my desire to start writing fanfics again.
2. It encouraged me to draw even more than I did before.
3. It made me realize that it's not about what other people like, it's what I like.
4. It showed me what a well made cartoon with great characters, plot, music, animation, and a message can do.
5. It made me realize to like something because I like it, not just for the hype.
6. It opened me up to a world of fun roleplaying and meeting some cool ponies! (That'll be all you! )

Dear Princess Celestia,
Ponies and excessive quantities of Mountain Dew don't mix. You think Pinkie Pie is crazy? Drinking that stuff is like blowing up a balloon and leting go so it flies around the room, only I'm the balloon.
Your faithful (and suffering from caffeen and sugar crash) student,
Lux

Hmm... perhaps I'll need to check with the furry community.

Ok, so I'm planning to do some cosplaying at Bronycon coming up. I'm looking for somewhere where I can buy a mane/tail.
Does anypony know of a place I can buy one?
-
I have some friends who live in NJ and go to college there. I plan to stay there and go to the con.
They're even thinking of cosplaying, which I'll have to see what I should go as.
-
First game i played was Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
It still is one of my favorite games.
-
I was talking with a few friends about going to Bronycon June 30 until July 1.
Anypony here planning on attending?
Here's the Wikipedia Link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BronyCon

Loved this episode!
Liked Flim and Flam. They reminded me of a vaudville/ Gilbert and Sullivan duo. Their song was fun too.
Loved the fun competition with the rest of the Mane Six getting in on the fun.
And the moral/ lesson? "Ah learned nothin'! Ah was right all along!" Brilliant!

I find trying to explain why someone dislikes something to be maddening. Ultimately, who cares why someone dislikes something? All that matters is that they dislike it, no need to go further. And even that doesn't matter. What matters to me is who likes something, who shares a common interest, not what disinterest they have.
-
All depends on how comfortable with yourself you are. I have a friend who looks like a huge, though metalhead dude. he totally dyes his hair pink and wears unicorn shirts on occasion.
Now the unicorn shirts I wouldn't mind.

Initially the word Alicorn described the horn. Canon wise they never said what race Celestia or Luna were. Fanon wise they called them Alicorns and the name stuck.
To quote Shakespeare: "What's in a name?'
-
Well, being a guy, having a pink poofy mane or a spiky rainbow mane may be a little too strange.
-
Objection!
Sorry couldn't resist.
Anyway welcome to the fourm!
-
Ok. Edited some things. All should be ok now.

Holy Awesomeness Batman!

Tough decision.... Chimycherry or Cherrychunga? Chimycherry Cherrychunga Chimycherry Cherrychunga Chimycherry Cherrychunga Chimycherry Cherrychunga?
Oops. Sorry AJ.
Anyway I went with Cherrychunga
As for the second question I chose Kumkuat because it it an interesting word for an interesting fruit.

You know you're an MLP fan when...
You can describe in detail all on the mane six in their coloring, personalities, etc. (Guilty)
You wish you had a house/library that was a tree. (Guilty)
You wished you could do unicorn magic or fly like a pegasus (guilty. Come on, using teleportation and telekinesis would be cool)
You break out into random songs from the show (Guilty with Winter Wrap Up)
You have havd had serious debates about who's the best pony. (Guilty, with some of my friends)

I certainly agree with the fact that Discord's main target was the bearers of the Elements of Harmony. Note that although he did turn Ponyville into a his "Chaos Capital" no other pony was Discorded/Greyed like the six. He saw them as a threat and needed to take care of them via trickery and turning them against each other.
The other ponies and Spike weren't really threats in his mind, just possible pawns to mess with later.

"Well... they teach you some basics, but that's really it," Giuding Light said. The unicorn was trying to change the subject, shifiting it back on Light's problem. It was probably just as well as he seemed that the other unicorn seemed to be uneasy explaining his problem.
"Well... um ... you see I know what my magic ability is. I can create light like this..." Guiding Light then seemed to focus as his horn glowed with a silvery aura. Then a little ball of light shot out of the tip of the horn and floated in midair above Light. "It' great and all but I'm trying to find a purpose to use it other than helping ponies find their way around at night."
