having some trouble with my computer. everytime i start it up in normal mode, after i login, it goes to blue screen, and i doen everything, i scanned for virsuses, malware, trojan horses. i even updated my fire wall, still nothing

Could be a hardware problem. Maybe your hard drive is broken, or something inside the computer itself is physically damaged?
