You know you're a MLP fan when... you dye your hair in the color of your favorite pony. you became a vegetarian after watching a few episodes you go to a library and expect to see Twilight Sparkle there you go to your local animal shelter to see if Fluttershy is there you look at any atlas you can get to try and find Equestria you get into arguments with children at a toy store about who's the best pony you expect to see Derpy deliver the mail to you you do a high school or college presentation including something with ponies you go to a local apple orchard and expect to see Applejack, Big Macintosh, Apple Bloom, or Granny Smith there (guilty as there is an apple farm nearby my house) when you get into Theological and Philosophical debates with your nerd friends of those respective fields about MLP. You go Eeeyup and Nope... And English isn't your natural language. You can sing by heart the title song without tripping at the end. You can eat all those apples... You at least paid for one merch item You don't let actual kids touch the toys, cause they "wouldn't enjoy them on as many levels" as you. You breakfast with AppleJacks. Now you know what is a Griffon, an Hydra or a Manticore, but your idea of a Pony could make a zoologist cringe... You up your intake of veggies and...apples. You check several stores many times to see if they have G4 pony gift wrap, then fangirl squeal when you finally find it. You buy a bunch of gifts just to use said gift wrap, then give them to your friends. (Sensing a pattern here?) You have at least one mature-targeted pony merch item -- not necessarily a toy, but buttons, a bag, stickers, or a shirt. You've found and used the Applejack/Celestia body wash. There's also Fluttershy cotton candy lip gloss. (Oh yes I have.) You've been to a pony meetup. You post on a forum like this. An Applejack/Celestia body wash? Did it actually have the characters on it or smelled like apples? I'm intrigued as I haven't seen this. When you see a shampoo company called Mane and Tail and feel that it would be perfect. (Yes, there is a company that deals with human and equine products called Mane and Tail. No, I haven't tried it.) When you have successfully converted three friends into pony fans (I have!) When you try to do the voices of the characters (Believe it or not, my friends say I have a pretty good Fluttershy voice) When you were excited to see a Pinkie Pie fursuit at a convention. (Also true. The creator of said suit is Sophie Cabra, and she has made everypony except for I think Fluttershy. I saw it before online, but not in person.) When you think 'Scootaloo' when you hear about/see a chicken. When you're reading tons of fan fictions and hope to see it animated/voiced one day. When you think "Scootaloo" when someone mentions chickens. When you think "Fluttershy" when someone mentions trees. When you think "Rainbow Dash" when someone mentions Spike.. or is it the other way around? When you cry over My Little Dashie. When you start developing a taste for cupcakes. You and your brony friends shout "SCOOTALOO! SCOOT-SCOOTALOO!" in the hallways at school. You know you're a fan when you have to concentrate very hard on not typing or saying said words at work. You know more about Equestrian history than the history of your own country Artists are suddenly obsessivly followed the second a single pony goes up into their gallery Clop and Plot are ruined as normal words for you You're not vegetarian, you're a herbivore... and that's cool now You never thought you'd like fashion, going to a fancy ball, studying, racing... but then a pony did it and... You're seriously considering getting a cutie-mark.. I mean tattoo. You try to piece together the episode timelines. You join this forum. You picture random people passing by as ponies. When you go to a fair and hear they have a live pony petting zoo, you get excited thinking ponies are there. You draw more ponies that any other art. You have cried at least once after reading an MLP fanfic (I did after reading My Little Dashie) If you have commissioned a drawing of your pony. (I did for my character Sky Rocket, now called Sky Flare here). You play a game of Taboo, Catch Phrase, Buzzwords or any similar word guessing game, but its way too easy because you are able to use references from the show instead of commonplace words to get your team to guess correctly. When you think your troting when your really running When you catch yourself giggling and running down the stairs just in time to stop yourself and check that no one's using the living room befor you watch MLP. You can describe in detail all on the mane six in their coloring, personalities, etc. (Guilty) You wish you had a house/library that was a tree. (Guilty) You wished you could do unicorn magic or fly like a pegasus (guilty. Come on, using teleportation and telekinesis would be cool) You break out into random songs from the show (Guilty with Winter Wrap Up) You have havd had serious debates about who's the best pony. (Guilty, with some of my friends) when instead of studying for upcoming exams you watch the same MLP episodes for the 3rd, 4th time in 2 days.... you find yourself singing like Pinkie Pie. And you're a guy. (Eeeyup) you've ever had rainbow cupcakes. And a double-take when you saw them. (Eeeyup) you've ever had cupcakes with hot sauce. (I haven't, but bronies I know have.) your schneezes are graceful. you express varying degrees of excitement with "yay", "Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes..." or "OMIGOSHOMIGOSHOMIGOSHOMIGOSHOMIGOSH!!!" you're obsessed with a particular background pony that at least half the bronies don't even know. (Eeeyup) When you arrive at a party and expect to find pinkie pie was the planner You see a G3 and G4 coloring book next to each other and go "FFFFFFUUUUUU-" Hide the G3 book behind a boy's coloring book Proceed to flip through said G4 book Be amazed at how many times Spike appears compared to Princess Celestia Wish you could buy said book Tried to get everyone to current's post on, Removing Dupes.

I find that playing a song that is calm, or you like in the background quietly helps, then trying to pace your self to meet the beats thus calming you down. Strangely enough Winter wrap up seems to do that. Listening to your song, I could not make it work for me due to the small cut-off between replays, I have to have the song going continues. In VLC player I have it so as soon as it hit's the end it jumps back to the start. And as I don't focus on the words, the tune just echo's through my mind..

I would try and find out what the conversation between the two above posts are, but I feel reading through the last 960 pages may be a little much. Once more I Claim the win ^_^

Because he has lived in pretty much isolation his entire life, and only started to learn magic because of his parents, he has never had a chanse to try anything new, or put the magic to any real practcale use. Note: sorry I though I included that, I have added it on the the 3rd paragraph, thank you for pointing that out

I have to agree, as soon as I heard them say that applejack was not coming back I figured what happened, and what she was going to do. Same goes for her promise, the loop hole was obvious. But hey the episode was good, and the MLP team did a great drop, and them flaws would mot be see to a younger audience aka Hasbros' primary audience. Thank you as well

Likes: Learning, new food, water, sport. Dislikes: Feeling stupid, Failure in learning new spells. ------------------------------ History Elementum was born in the snowy mountains of Equestria, he lived with his parents until recent, they were secluded away from society, this was down to wanting to raise there children them self with out the pressure of society up on them or there foals. His father being a pegasis and his mother a Unicorn, would often travel down the mountain to work and bring back food, during there absence Elementum would stay at home. Being born in the cold, and learning to cope with it from a young age, Elementum has build up somewhat of a resistance to cold the coldness and this only increased when learning cold related magic. His parents never took them with him, they wanted him to grow more independent and find his own way in life with out worrying about the needs that society brings like money and such. He was not there first child, he had two older siblings before him how ever they too left home when they came of age, and this was shortly after he was born, having no memory's of them Elementum has only ever known his Mother and Father, not even wildlife ventured near his home. From a young age Elementum often fount him self bored, with a few books about equestrian history and magic and the house only containing the essentials such as a kitchen and bedrooms and not being one to cook Elementum would often just wonder around his home, not straying too far but not far enough to find anything more then snow ad ice. Being a unicorn like his mother Elementum took this as a way to keep him occupied, his mother was fairly well learned in magic, and at his request she taught him some basic environment spells, mainly to do with water and thus snow & ice. Because of his surroundings Elementum never had to worry about the lack of resources to practice with, often coming up with new spells him self out of boredom to keep him occupied. The spells he used were that to manipulate water, this allowed him to also control the ice and snow often leading to make shift items such as sled, models and various other simple items. Even at his request he was ever allowed to venture down with his parents they warned him of danger mostly to keep him at bay then actual danger, so he never got a chance to do any jobs that you would commonly find even the cooking was all done by his parents the only thing he had to do was study and find ways to keep him self occupied. Of course with his two siblings they had each other, so his parents were happy thinking that like them Elementum would find ways to think of new things to do, how ever being only one this was very hard to do. ------------------------------ Current Now being of age like his siblings before him, Elementum has been given permission by his parents to leave home. After being dropped off at the bottom of the mountain by his father and mother, and a short but sweet farewell from them both, he set's out in to the world. He knew nothing of the outside world, or what to expect other them from what he has read. His main goal is to find a place to live, currently living off supplies he left with, and making makeshift shelters from ice. Traveling down the borders, from the Borderlands down through Raptorclaw canyon, sticking close to the mountains due to the water and snow near the peaks, Elementum eventually fount him self in Fillydelphia. Completing odd jobs there, still taking shelter with his own resources on the borders, and using the money he earns to replenish his food, he carried on after hearing about Ponyville. Going from almost isolation to a bustling place like Fillydelphia was not very appealing to Elementum, if not scary. So the appeal of Ponyville being that of a much more peaceful, a better way to build up a life if anything sounded like a much better option. Eventually reaching Ponyville one faithful night thanks to the directions he was given, and the aid of pony's he had met on the way, Elementum once more set up a makeshift home, knowing that the next day he would need to venture in to Ponyville and finally start his life. ------------------------------ Personality Due to never being around any other pony’s other then his parents, or having to worry about the well being of others, Elementum is somewhat courageous enough to try new things out, but not to go against the horrible dangers his parents spoke about. Being alone means that he has become very self reliant when it comes to entertainment, also increasing his creativity as well as skills to do with survival. This also led to him questioning many things, though he had a few books to read about matters on, he never felt contempt with the answers his parents gave him, even to go as far as trying to trick them in to giving him answers thus making him somewhat sly. ------------------------------ Skills As stated in his attempts to find things to do, he has accidentally become quite skilled in some manual aspects. He has great had eye coordination due to the games he would even regarding catching and throwing + targets. He has a good amount of energy, often pushing him self when it comes to learning magic thus increasing both physical and mental endurance. He has great control of water magic, how ever that is primarily the only magic he knows. ------------------------------ Magic As you know by now, Elementum's main and somewhat only know magic is that of controlling water, this includes manipulating the shape of it, turning it to ice and being apple to shape the ice into objects. Though he can control water to the point of moving it through the air, he does not actually know much about telekinesis, ever having to learn to move anything other then water/snow he has ever build it up. In the latest years he has been able to control the water vapour in the air to a small extent, with enough focus he can create small amount of water from the air to create smaller objects, however in order to do anything large such as creating greater objects, he has to have some form of water near by. ------------------------------ Cutie Mark His cutie mark is the North star. The star represents history and creativity, as well as a symbol of guidance to show his path in the unknown world, how ever it also represents his isolation, the north star sometimes being the only visible star in the night sky shows this as well as builds up on the guidance aspect. ------------------------------ Feedback & Comments are appreciated.
