I'm agreeing with all above..And yeah, the animation. They're never lazy when it comes to character animation. Chuck Jones always liked to point out the Hallmark of great animation is the ability to turn off the sound and still get the story out of it...

To be honest, the imagery is only part of the issue with zombie ponies, but with the fact that ponies are not omnivorious. So flesh eating should be theoretically nonviable. They have no claws (nor anything that can act like claws (ie nails)), and they don't have teeth that are designed for flesh, but for grazing and for their vegetarian diet.

Well, isn't that the point of zombies? That they've been reduced to one single purpose, to consume the living! And while regular not-at-all dead ponies enjoy their tasty hay fries and a cupcake or two, once they get the undead tick on them, all bets are off! They're gonna eat yah! Doesn't matter if you're a duck, bat, griffon or pony, you're on their current meal plan.

Eh, the did pull that from the show... so they obviously changed their minds about making her a real part of the show...

Well, they're airing the episode today, so it should be interesting to see if what version they use..

And they aired the non-Derpy Apple version. SIGH.

I believe the second "Dr Whooves" does a little bit of time traveling, then he'll be everyone's favorite pony..But for now..

Last pony I bought was my Pinkie Pie Bubble Blower. I was sooo excited to find her at CVS. She's the only Pinkie Pie I have so far with a cutie mark on each side C:

it's surprisingly hard to find an image of her in her packaging.

Well, The last episode of season 1 played 5-6-11, while the first episode of season 2 aired 9-17-2011, so that's not -that- bad.

I've been reading "Ponies Make War", and they do have the King and he's kind of awesome, Evil, but awesome. They need a real bad guy in the show. A really really bad guy. Like the 'Litch King' in Adventure Time, where even the character bible said, "THE LITCH KING IS NOT FUNNY."

That there's a perfectly reasonable explanation for why the Apple family keeps pigs. D:
