  1. Pesto clapped her hooves together, and giggled softly again. "Really? Gosh, Grey! You thought of everything!" She kissed his cheek. She wondered what she had done to deserve so many treats. She giggled more and wrapped her wings tight around him, holding herself close to him.
  2. Yep, if that's okay with everyone.
  3. Pesto, still reveling in the moment. She followed Grey and looked up when she saw the marquee. She then looked at him. "What is it?" she asked, giggling softly.
  4. Pesto looked back out to the water, and she gasped as the fireworks exploded in the sky. She was glad that it was becoming dark, but she knew that the light from the fireworks would expose her blush. When she felt his words against his ear, she giggled softly, and scooted over closer to him, so she could lean her head on his shoulder.
  5. Pesto's smile widened as she saw the sunset. She loved sunrise and sunset, though she wasn't sure she had told Grey this. She had a few paintings loosely inspired by the rising and falling of the sun. The light shimmering off the water was beautiful, and she couldn't seem to take her eyes off it, but she forced herself to look at Grey.
  6. Pesto nodded, and stood up, smiling. Despite her excitement, the nerves of being in an unfamiliar town were getting to her, and it was nice to have his hoof to hold onto. For stability. "To leave? Yep, I am."
  7. I can play the stallion, unless someone else wants to. Any particular kind of pony you got in mind?
  8. Pesto had quickly filled up on her fair share of looking at the paintings. They weren't something she was interested in. Just paint on a canvas; no prints, no trees, no sculpture. She turned back to Grey and smiled, but her smile faltered a little at the look on his face. There was a tiny bit of tension there she couldn't explain. Her smile returned as she tried to rid him of this tension, by putting a hoof on his.
  9. Okay, forget the posting order idea then
  10. I think that if we all play Judgement, that might get messy, so I think that one person playing her is handier. Although who that is, I don't know. Posting order could just be something as simple as Dawn / Tangy / Chrysalis / Hallow and so on an so forth. I dunno, whatever you think. Just let me know when you're starting the topic.
  11. Pesto finished her fries slowly, and patted her stomach with a wing gently, indicating that she had enjoyed her meal. She smiled warmly to Grey, and began to look around at the art that hung around the walls of the restaurant. She was working out patterns and shapes in the frames, but she couldn't help but wonder if Grey was waiting for something.
  12. Pesto laughed at Grey. Every minute they spent together, he became more and more endearing. She thanked the waiter and smiled, digging into her fries happily as she watched Grey regain himself from his slip. She was still bubbling with excitement, and she smiled to herself, thinking about the future. Their house, their foals..
  13. I think that whoever starts the thread should play Judgement, so perhaps Chrysalis should start the thread, and play him. A posting order might be a good idea too, so she can determine who is attacked/injured etc. Just some ideas. ^^;
  14. Pesto looked back into Grey's eyes, and smiled, blushing once more. Something she loved about Grey was his ability to be rather spontaneous. She pursed her lips and blew him a kiss, teasing a little as she fixed her glasses, then folded her hooves on the table, waiting for her fries. "I love you too."
  15. Pesto picked up a menu, and then realised how little she thought she could even eat. She wasn't really that hungry after all. The excitement of the day had clearly gotten to her. She looked to Grey and then put the menu down, stretching a little. "I think I'll just have a small portion of hay fries."
  16. A pink blush powdered Pesto's cheeks at his words, and she raised her head, smiling shyly still. She patted his hoof with hers and nosed his cheek, not needing words now anymore. If only there was some way to express how she felt about him; someway to repay him for everything. She stared at the wood on the table, thinking hard. She shrugged it off and just looked back up to him, smiling as the ciders were placed on the table. She took hers. "Meeting you had to be the best thing that happened that day. Forget meeting Syd," she joked lightly.
  17. Pesto nodded eagerly, smiling at the waiter, and then to Grey. "Good? Some apple cider sounds amazing right about now." She blushed and once they were escorted to their table, Pesto took a moment to whisper in Grey's ear. She wanted to say something she hadn't had the courage to say to him throughout the years. "Thank you. For everything," she murmured, and then dropped her eyes down to the table, smiling a little shyly.
  18. Pesto smiled at Grey, and her eyes watered a little bit. She nuzzled him. "You arranged dinner for us?" She nuzzled him, wrapping a wing around him in a gentle hug. "That's very sweet of you!" The two began to trot down to the restaurant, hoof in hoof. Pesto smiled all along the way. She was glad Grey had thought of food; Pesto sometimes forgot herself and forgot to eat. She glanced to Grey, blushing a little. She couldn't understand how she could have been so lucky.
  19. Uh, I'm not much good at thinking up plots. But say if we do RP with Chrysalis, I think it would be a good experience for the two, trying to learn to trust the changeling queen while they go on their adventure.
  20. Pesto laughed nervously, but smiled still. "Yeah, I suppose you're right." She turned to leave, and nuzzled him as she past him, glad he was able to reassure her so easily. When she thought about it, she really was so lucky. "So, what have you got planned now?" she resisted the urge to grumble at him. "You know I'm not a big fan of surprises," she teased, smiling widely at him so that he'd understand she was just kidding.
  21. Pesto giggled. "Well, if you're sure.." Truth be told, she felt a little bad dragging Grey all around the stores she wanted to visit. She trotted into a floral shop and smiled as the scent of flowers and earth hit her. If only she could bottle her favourite smells. She looked around at the different flowers, smiling as she imagined the gardens she might some day be designing for other ponies. She didn't want to buy these flowers, just look and imagine the gardens that somepony will enjoy sitting in one day. She turned to Grey, blushing a little. She was concerned that he might think she was silly for chasing what seemed like a far-fetched dream.
  22. Pesto looked up as she heard his voice. "Oh. This book." she showed him a few pages with detailed explanations about trees and plans, locations and examples of their prints. She led Grey to the counter and plopped the book down on it, then handed over the amount of bits that it cost to the pony behind it. She smiled and slid the book into her saddle bag and exited the shop. "Okay, your turn. Anything you want to do?" she asked gently, smiling.
  23. I'm up for a RP with my new OC idea, Tangy. She's a rather sweet, friendly and hyperactive (yet strong) earth pony, with a taste for citrus fruits. Just let me know if you're interested.
  24. Pesto began to trot towards the town, and waited for him to follow. She smiled and once they had entered the town, she glanced around, and immediately spotted where she wanted to be. "Hmmm," she smiled, glancing to Grey. The bell above the door jingled as they entered the book store, and she smiled, reveling in the smell of new books. She half wanted to see what kind of shopes the town had, but also she wanted a new book. She trotted straight over to the hobby section, and began to sift through the art titles, hoping to perhaps find one on new techniques for printing. Or failing that, a new book on trees and plants of Equestria.
  25. Pesto tilted her head and tapped a wing to her chin, as she did sometimes when she was thinking. She nodded. "You always come up with such good ideas, Grey," she trilled lightly, still smiling. Her eyes were still focused on the house, but she kept close to Grey, and tucked her wings into her sides, itching to get going and see the rest of the town. She was thrilled by his suggestion, and hoped that the rest of the town would be just as beautiful as the bay. She glanced in the direction of the town and smiled. Even though she couldn't see much, she figured she wouldn't be let down.
