  1. No duh. If anything, she should be first in line to be the next character created for this game.
  2. This is obviously incorrect, as I am actually a furry that actually loves non-anthros. Many other furries are, too.
  3. Well I haven't read the other replies, but I'll just share what I think. I'm not sure myself, but I'm a furry even way before I engaged in the MLP fandom. In fact, some bronies around me told me way before I was in the fandom "you're a furry right? You shouldn't find it hard to engage in this" but I still refused. I think MLP fandom is a separate charm on its own. Of course there are similiarities with the general furry fandom, but one of them can't be the subset of the other. At least from my experience.
  4. No I meant that if that is so, then the game would probably be coming out LATER than June owo
  5. Well I learn something new everyday...
  6. Unfortunately for every multiplayer-versus game that has character selection featuring unique properties for each character, tier lists are really inevitable.
  7. Thinking of MLP's simplistic view, I actually think that the cutie mark might mean she's a good swimmer, IDK... It sounds more plausible, though you still have to wonder at the fact that ponies here can swim. What?
  8. I'm just curious guys, would a MLP:Fighting is Magic Character Breakdown Hyper Guide sound appealing to you? I have experience with fighting games down to the competitive core, and while I can't say I'm among the best players around, I've personally taught people about some detailed stuff in the fighting games I've played and have actually launched some people in their fighting game career (who knows, maybe in all literal sense of the word!) and are now better than me (dem skills man, I don't have time to practice as much as them). I was thinking that since this will be the only fighting game I'll be able to have access to at home (since I have to rely on going to other people's places to play my fighting games due to not having a console at home), maybe I could pour time to make a public tutorial. I've never done it before though, but I'm very pleased with my own idea (narcissism much?), and noticing how this game might get a huge playerbase, this might be my opportunity. I'm relatively new to the MLP fandom in general, and truthfully I want to make a contribution sometime soon but just don't have enough time to match with the already bigshots in the community. ...for those who know what I'm talking about, yes this was inspired by the initial hype boom of Marvel vs Capcom 3's release, where the hyper guide was filled with not only informative walls of text, but a video breakdown for the game mechanics + character specific breakdowns. Also inspired by youtube user Miles923 (Maximillian) If I do see a good amount of responses, I'll be happy to take time to give a shot at it. ...hope I'm not sounding too much like a bragger... sorry if I am... On a sidenote though it'd be a bit out of place if I'm not able to do these breakdowns before the game's release though...[/hinthintMane6DevTeam]
  9. Thanks for the welcome guys, hoping for a lot of stuff to do here... I'm sure with ponies like you though, I wouldn't have a problem with activity now, eh? ~~
  10. That's a bit subjective, I guess, lol... I'm more of a fan of games that require pure skill though (hence the rhythm game, fighting game, and action game preferences. Pokémon just seemed to be a big exception to this lol, but that's because it's a player vs player thing like fighting games. Plus I love Pokémon, so yeah)
  11. Thanks, and I'm amazed that there are actually people with a lot of common interests as mine despite the fact that I have very, VERY few interests... thanks for the compliments too, and I'll check your art out too when I have time! Oh really?! Yes I AM a fan of difficult video games myself, too! This amuses me... Well, I was looking for an MLP:FiM message board, and my scouting has brought me here... I think it's all worth it
  12. ...I'm bad with introductions, I usually get on a message board without introducing myself... lol Anyway, Zekira Drake here... Game Conqueror #3, title given to me by a community that disappeared 14 years ago... I'm just new to FiM, I've only been engaged in it for around 2 weeks. And I must say the amount of fandom material you can find on the net is incredible... I don't think I'll be able to catch up at all, or even fit in... I have a huge obsession with Rainbow Dash. THERE I SAID IT, at least I can get that out of the way before anything else... Now for non-MLP stuff about me... ...I consider myself a video gamer but I actually only play VERY FEW (canterlot voice'd for emphasis) games. This however came with the fact that I am able to focus on getting good at those games pretty darn well. I'd be willing to bet you guys will only recognize very few of these, though... -(JP) Taiko no Tatsujin -(JP) Pop'n Music -(Global) Marvel vs Capcom series (currently playing Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3~) -(Global) Pokémon -- Competitive Battling -(Global?) Monster Rancher -- Maxxin' out everything These are the only things I'm playing as of late, of course I've played more, but this is the only ones that I'm sticking with right now. I'm not a good visual artist at all, but I did get into attempts at drawing stuff late last year. http://www.pixiv.net....php?id=1777264 these contain most of the stuff I make, though there aren't any ponies here (you'll need a pixiv account to see all my stuff though). Actually the only things I upload here are of one fandom that's only rotating between 3 people lol... but it's also one of my favorite things to fan about despite the fact that it's not even a public thing. If some magic strikes me I might even try drawing MLP:FiM related stuff sometime. I'm also versed in computer programming, but I'm actually not practicing this well despite the fact that my current college course is that of software technology. I feel pathetic as such... I mainly use Java but I'm very, VERY curious about C# as it seems like almost everyone is using it. Since it's and OOP language I think it's possible to adapt real quick? I don't know, I've never tried yet... I'm also curious about the world of digital music. Because of my focus on rhythm-type video games (Taiko no Tatsujin + Pop'n Music, and then getting exposed a lot to BEMANI games too...), everytime I listen to a particular music I think I'm able to separate the instrumental channels even behind vocals and stuff like that, but of course I may be wrong here since I'm not actually knowledgeable in the world of music... I just have developed a very good beat-sense due to video games, that's all... I was also a fic writer a few years back but I really only published one fanfic in the entire internet and it didn't even finish. Now that I notice it, a lot of the stuff I'm mentioning here as my hobbies that aren't video games are stemming from the fact that I'm incredibly lazy with these...! Previous fandoms I've engaged in: -Klonoa -Spyro the Dragon (cue the mindfeather I got when I first saw Spike) -Pokémon (still do) -Devil May Cry (been out of touch ever since the series went to the PS3) -some other stuff I might be forgetting Oh dear, I think I've said a little bit too much. I hope I'm not being too annoying... ...eep... I forgot to mention, I can read Japanese, but can barely understand it. I'm also very stupid at Kanji though, so... orz
