    The whole thing will be more obvious in its final stages, as there will be zoom-ins at that point. She's going for the TV as is. And about the TV, the inside is clearly supposed to be black, but it's empty right now so that I can put in anything I want in it later.

    (Click for the animation) Newest update on my fanimation. Still lacks a few key elements, but it's otherwise progressing decently, if not slowly. After this is the walk sequence, which may or may not take FOREVER to get done! On the upside, every scene after the walk should be easier to animate since they will mostly be upper body shots.

    http://www.equestria...xcess.html#more Oh look, another Rainbow Dash episode! All kidding aside, Spike getting a growth spurt raises my interest quite a bit. Will it be permanent? I guess we will just have to see. Airs December 10. Still no skip week.

    13 episodes could mean they are only trying to reach broadcast syndication. On the other hoof, it could also mean that they are testing the waters since many of the writers left along with Lauren and Rob. Also, even if the show ends at S3, there can still be animated movies made from it anyway. G3 had 12 Direct-to-TV adaptations, if I recall.

    By Tara Strong, voice of Twilight. Fantastic news if I do say so myself. I hope all voice actors return: If I recall correctly Ashleigh Ball's group canceled a tour because of throat damage recently. I hope she will still be back to voice RD and AJ. EDIT: Some more information. Not sure how to feel about these. The biggest concern right now is only 13 episodes got green lit. Not sure how it works over there, but I do hope we get a 26-episode season again.

    Someone apparently leaked this last night. It's a Pinkie Pie song, but it's "Winter Wrap Up" size. Still a rumour, although the massive effort into it definitely makes it hard to not believe it's official. It should be noted that it could also be a Season 1 song that never got released as well. Personally, I like it, although I wish it wasn't mostly a solo.

    About the songs, by episode 5 of Season 1, all we had was "Giggle at the Ghostie" and "The Best Place For Me". And those are just short Pinkie Pie songs - "Winter Wrap Up" wasn't until Episode 11. So I think it's a bit early for expecting them. We should get one by episode 10, though.

    Not too bad for an episode, although they only used AJ and Rarity out of the mane six. Also, Dinky has a sister now. Not sure who it was, but it will probably get some fanwank to explain how she can still be Derpy's daughter or something. Rarity had some great expressions at the beginning, by the way. Most of all, though, I'm really glad AJ got almost as much exposure as she did. Still needs her own episode, though. Finally, this re-enforces that Scoots has no sister. Not that it wasn't implied already...

    Rarity's parents making an appearance! Organized Chaos?! Sweetie must really grate on Rarity's nerves if that's how she is around her.

    http://www.equestria...elite.html#more Is it a well-needed AJ episode? Nope, it's actually another Rarity-centric episode. Sweet and Elite Rarity must choose between her friends and important social connections in Canterlot. At this point, the next few weeks are going to be ALL about Rarity and Rainbow Dash (and that one Applebloom episode). Air date: December 3rd. Still no skip week. I'm guessing we might see the return of Photo Finish, Sapphire Shores and Hoity Toity on this episode. Or possibly a new celebrity pony.

    Speaking of feminine male ponies, take a look at Big Macintosh's description in French. "Gentille" is the feminine form of gentle. We know Big Macintosh is a guy, so I think it's fair to say that the translators have no idea who the characters are and just assume every pony is a girl. Either that, or Hasbro enforces Rule 63.

    There was a set of male pony toys from G1 (a big brother set, I think), but I don't know how many there were. As far as this gen is concerned, Noteworthy, Big MacIntosh and the other male pony (Sir Colton, I think) are the first ones.

    "Lyra Heartstrings" is catching on, although some refuse to acknowledge it. Noteworthy is probably one of the most accepted, if only because Blues wasn't very popular to begin with. Berryshine ironically sounds much like a drunk-related pun like Berry Punch. A lot of users refuse to use this one because the blind bag pony with this name is a unicorn (Berry Punch is best known as an earth pony). Golden Harvest gets the most flak, although hoping she'd be Carrot Top was a foal's wish because of a certain comedian with the same name. The biggest irony I've seen is people saying these names are unimaginative. Because "Lyra" apparently required so much more thought to think up.
