I draw him only occasionally, although a Dinkleberg face will most likely eventually happen.

"Mare" often substitutes well for "man." Sportsmareship isn't ideal, but it's not terrible either.

Arrgh, now I want to take this upload down and change it. Sportsmareship sounds a lot better.

I was originally going to make this during the day, but then the screen would have been 60% white. Not good on the eyes, in my opinion, so I changed it to night for a nicer blu-ish white.

Also, those trees are detailed for a reason: zoom in and look carefully enough and you might find something different...

The whole thing will be more obvious in its final stages, as there will be zoom-ins at that point. She's going for the TV as is.

And about the TV, the inside is clearly supposed to be black, but it's empty right now so that I can put in anything I want in it later.

A fairy. I was drawing her a bit too loosely at the time though. I also had to add her wings half-way through, since I occasionally forget she's a pegasus.

Luna's got some wonky perspective going on in her room, though I guess as a royal princess, she's allowed to be eccentric. I keep thinking "Why can't I see the top of the dresser?" but I'm sure its actually taller on the near side than the far side and she just like being out of the ordinary. :PSeriously though, it looks fantastic.

The dresser is, sadly, slightly off perspective. I'm quite confused about how I should fix it, although the one thing that bothers me the most is that it's a lot larger than it appears when Luna is placed in perspective against it. In fact, the whole room kinda suffers when a professional animator studies it. I can hear my layout teacher right now... "Where is the horizon line?! Where is the horizon line?!" Arrrgh! This is just for fun! Leave me alone!

Also, I have to move Luna's tail a bit, since it's currently overlapping the bed.

Another thing - I should have made the window empy and add the sky behind the BG as a separate layer that could be animated. It kinda looks flat as it is.

Sounds about right. How many layers are in the mane/tail? (what I wouldn't give to see a character file from the actual series to use as a reference...)

Zecora was getting a lot of attention during Season 1, but she got usurped by later characters after it ended, like Spitfire, Octavia and Scratch.

It's kinda sad, too, because she was supposed to be Twilight's second mentor (we can still see some shades of this in episode 10 and 17), so she would have been almost as prominent as Celestia.

Here's hoping Season 2 gives her a new boost.
