    Is that a hovering hit point meter? :P I'm kind of curious as to whats happening. Is she bowing before royalty?

    Yes. In one of the first scenes, she gets to meet with Celestia in Rarity's stead. So I drew her bowing before Celestia.

    The circle is actually my signature in a really silly placement. lol
