If we're going by fanon interpretations I'd go with Derpy. Pinkie is random, but mostly in predictable ways, if that makes sense. She breaks the 4th wall, she references cupcakes, she acts happy and kooky. Standard, for the most part.

Absolutely. <3 I love the idea of a chaperone, perhaps you can coordinate with someone? Of course, if things dont work out you can come yourself (just bring an imaginary parent ;}). This Gala is for everypony; even foals should be able to find things to marvel at, and have a wonderful time. Just imagine the sweets!

Stuff I'd like to see...

A little development on some of the background ponies. Nothing much, just maybe give them official names and standardise their voices. Decent voices please (Bon-bon and Caramel, I'm looking at you! ¬_¬). Admittedly part of the fun of fanon is making this stuff up, but having something more would be nice. And give Lyra and Derpy/Ditzy some lines dagnabbit!

Some more of the male ponies would be nice, particularily Big Macintosh. One of the main facets of AJ's personailty is her devotion to her family, and we haven't really seen too much of that yet, beyond being overprotective of her sister and trying to raise money for Granny's hip. More Big Mac screentime would help with that. Plus he's awesome.

Seeing unicorns besides Twilight doing some cool magic stuff. It's not like she's the only one who's talent is magic. There's a whole magic school in Canterlot after all. In "a dog and pony show" I was so happy to see Rarity use her gem finding spell. "Yes!", I said, "Finally a pony uses a spell Twilight doesn't have!"

Minutes later: "Goddamn it Twilight!"

*sigh* I guess she still has her topiary spell But yeah, even if it's just a background pony casting a unique spell or something. This is a magical world after all.

Naturally I'm looking forward to the return of Luna. Plus I'm positive they will bring back Trixie at least once. Might be nice to see some other minor characters back like Braeburn or Gilda. Not really expecting that though. But we do need more Zecora.

So I found these over on the giantitp.com forums. They look pretty decent to me.

Well I read the whole thing. I really liked the story, certainly kept my attention, and believe me, that's hard to do

That said, it could use a little tuning-up in places. I'm not much for poetry I must admit, so please excuse me if I say something dumb. There are a few lines that just don't rhyme, such as in paragraph 3 when you rhyme "am" with "came", or paragraph 9 with "office" and "lawless". Also there are a few points where the flow seems off to me, mainly due to where the pauses are. i.e.

The younger bull yielded to his masters better ideas. He dare not complain.

The Chief proudly announced just then, "She shall be forever called: Arrow Plain."

To me, the pause in the first line comes too late, and so the second seems off. Re-reading it I can see where you were going with it, but it's hard to know the speed it's meant to be read at to keep it flowing smoothly. This might just be a formatting thing though.

I do hope I don't sound like I'm nitpicking. You did ask for feedback. I really do like this, I just think it could use some tweaking ^^:

Frankly this sounds suspect at best. I doubt simply switching to a healthier diet can get rid of tinnitus. Likewise exercising and avoiding stress, while good advice, seems suspicious, especially considering that tinnitus has such a wide range of causes. I'd personally be quite wary of anything on the internet that calls itself a "miracle". Frankly I'd be more inclined to try electrocuting myself first

Oh and for the record, yes, I do have a mild form of tinnitus. Too much loud music

I work as a publisher, 9-5 in an office. Today I had two emails to send and I updated some pictures on the company website. I had nothing else to do. The rest of the time I spent on TVTropes, Failblog and this site.

Most boring day EVER. Work keeps my mind busy. I don't mind doing nothing at all, as long as I at least get to do it in the comfort of my own home.

I intend to look for a new job very soon...

Wow, I love it! Something about it really tugs at my heartstrings. Wish I could say more than that. Looking forward to the final version.

I just got back from seeing it. I thought it was pretty entertaining. Good, but not great. Would have liked the norse mytholgy fleshed out a little more, but I still enjoyed it. Missed out on the stinger, but I really hate sitting through all the credits.

I was quite happy with the length of it. Not too long or too short. That seems to be a rarity in movies these days.
