Well as far as this fandom goes, most of my interaction is from Equestria Daily where you would occasionally see the "stupid furfags" comments on anything from anyone who is considered "furry" (even if the art or story was completely within the FiM mainstream). So basically I would never say that I am from FA or anything of the sort. I wasn't sure about this place but I assumed the same just to be safe.

*Note*: To be fair none of the anti-furry stuff came from the Equestria Daily admins, I just wanted to get that out there.

I myself haven't come under heat for being a furry yet. I guess I just don't care if I get furryrage against me. It would mean that I am semi-popular at least for random people to find me, which would be a compliment XD

Plus, art is art, no matter the content. And I am proud of my art.

Zecora comes from Africa, so her religious views could be more tribal. As for the other ponies in the rest of the land, they worship the Goddesses of the sun and moon. That may also be why Zecora lives in a forest rather than a town. She may not have the same beliefs as the other ponies do. Being alone let's her practice her magical (Wiccan?) arts, without interference or skepticism.

I think instead of 'religious' views, it was her 'cultural' views. All the masks she had were for greetings and such, remember?

Ehh.....

I'm not sure that adding religion into Equestria is a good idea... slight politics is one thing with Princess Celestia, but I don't think we need to add something as complicated (and unnessecary in my opinion) as religion.

Now I don't feel so bad, I thought I was the only one from or on FA in this group.

Why would you feel bad if you were from FA?

I kept on seeing fanart of it all over the place, and actually disliked it at first, but after a while and reading from people how AWESOME it was, I decided to give it a go.

Now I love it.

That seems to happen with alot of cartoons I like. I used to hate El Tigre, Danny Phantom.... and those are 2 of my favourite cartoons.

I like any body of water! Streams are my favourite though. Nice little clear stream you can wade through.

Awwwwesome. I can't go to AC yet cause of money/ parental issues, but one day I will for sure!

Hoping they add Hippocamps (half horse-half fish/marine creature) to the accepted creatures list, with Cutie Mark acceptability!

Cause I've grown too attached to my character already!
