  1. Rarity

"Amazing! You truly do have a gift with the pencil! It's almost like the way I sew - bringing an idea to life for other ponies to enjoy!" Rarity gushed, enjoying the blush on the other unicorn's cheeks.

"And yes, I have had the unfortunate luck of coming across poison joke before... it was not fun." She said flatly, shivering at the memory. She was lucky Zecora had made that large batch of the remedy... otherwise she would never have been able to go out in public again!

"If you don't mind me being so bold, what exactly did the poison joke do to you? I know it played a truly horrific prank on me,but I cannot imagine what it could have done to you!"She said, truly curious as to what happened to the artistic unicorn.

[hope you don't mind me jumping in :D]

  2. Rarity

    Rarity visibly twitched.

"A...a...avant....garde...sir?" She said, already feeling faint as the words left her mouth. She swooned a little bit, but managed to pull herself together before she fainted. She gave her head a shake, mentally slapping herself. No fainting in front of one of the front-most ponies of fashion! Who knows what that would do to her career if she presented herself that way!

"A-are you sure, sir? I know that... avant-garde.... is the latest trend, but do you really think it is worth making a new design for? I-I know that that style comes and goes like a spring breeze, so I to believe that making a new design with that style would be a bit risky..." She said, practically spitting out the word as she scrambled for excuses, ideas, ANYTHING to get Hoity's mind off of the 'avant-garde' idea. Avant-garde was not elegant. Avant-garde was not supreme. Avant-garde was... simply.... not Rarity!

"Oh...Ha ha, Rainbow. You silly pony... avant-garde is not a fabric! If it was.... no pony in their right minds would even touch the stuff..." She said, mumbling the last bit bitterly under her breath.

  3. Strawberry Fields

"The barn? Really? Well, if it's what suits you best I don't mind...but..." She said, looking out the nearest murky window nervously. Even from this distance she could see how dilapidated the barn had become... it looked like the next strong breeze could push it right over.

"Thing is, The barn needs some real serious TLC first before I'm letting anypony even take a step inside, let alone live in it. We can go take a look at it after we take a peek around the house. Who knows! You might find a room to your liking up there. " She said, turning for the stairs too.

"Oh, Swift? If I may call you that... please be careful! I don't know what the condition of the upstairs floors are, and last thing I want is somepony falling right through the ceiling!"

  4. Aqua Drop

Aqua floated even closer to the surface as the land pony inched closer to the surface of the water too, the two ponies squinting at each other. As his face came into focus, Aqua remembered. It was that ...bag fellow... from when she first arrived in the Ponyville region! He had shared a bit of his lunch with her. Purse.... or some sort of bag thing was his name. She could recognize that bad haircut anywhere!

Smiling, Aqua swam up a little bit, breaking the surface. She grinned at Satchel, her nose just half a inch from his, her head not even fully out of the water they were so close together.

"Hey! Long time no see!" She exclaimed, staring right back at the land pony, her big eyes reflecting him perfectly.

  5. Aqua Drop

Aqua's temper fizzled away with each of Granola's sniffles and sobs, her pathetic attempts at wiping the mud off her pelt only adding to the effect. She sighed when Inkwell trotted up, adding his own misery to the air as he helped Granola with his magic.

"It's okay Temp. Stuff happens. It just gets to me when ponies don't stop and listen, and bad stuff happens. Plus... I don't like surprises. At all." She said, using a hoof to lift her soggy, mud-encrusted bangs from her face. She looked down at her hooves, seeing the papers Tempest handed to her earlier completely soaked and breaking apart in the puddle in front of her.

"Oh... the papers... Oh well. Not like we can't get more." She said, letting it go. She looked at Granola and Inkwell, noting Granola's flinch at her look. "Hey, I'm not gonna eat you. Like I said, I just don't like surprises. Also, we kept trying to stop you, but you weren't listening... next time, open your ears and pay attention instead of rushing off on your own devices. You might learn something."

"Now... While I want to keep walking around Ponyville, I think the town needs some time to recover. And I don't want them to pin the blame on us. Let's go back to my lake Temp... Inkwell and Granola, you can come along too. I can wash off there and you ponies can help me find the best spot to set up my new land-home by the lakeside." She said to her friends, smiling softly and turning around, slipping in the mud a bit as she started walking back the way they came.

  6. Sorry sorry I've been gone! I've had alot of work shifts lately so I've been trying to juggle some stuff, again.

Also my mom's laptop power cord went bust, so she's been commandeering my laptop (much to my chagrin)

Also, I've had my friend over for the past few days, and then after that I'll probably spend a few days at my boyfriends...

I promise to try and get online tonite and over the next few days, and update some stuff, both my RPs and staff stuff.

 Sorry so much I've been gone!!

  7. WHY AM I MAKING YET ANOTHER PONY augh I'm terrible

    Name: Blast Radius

    Sex: Female

    Age: Mare

    Species: Unicorn

    Pelt Color: Light Gold yellow

Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Mane in a bun with various matches, sparklers and small rockets stuffed in it. Bangs are short and burnt terribly. Tail is long, but the ends are burnt and shriveled. Both are a silver white.

    Eye Color: Purple

Cutie Mark: Firecracker rocket with a halo of light around it, little sparks surrounding both.

Physique: Small, fairly short and pixie-like.

Origin: Born in Far East end of Equestria, lives in Canterlot.

    Roleplay Type: Main

    Occupation: Pyrotechnics, mainly Fireworks

Motivation: Blast has always been attracted to bright lights and loud noises, even since she was a itty bitty baby pony. It wasn't until her parents took her to her first festival that she realized just how bright and loud things can be! As she watched the bright lights explode in the sky in a dazzling array of color, light and sound, she knew that was what she wanted to do!

Likes: Bright lights, loud sounds, explosions, black powder, when her fireworks don't explode right in her face, watching ponies enjoy her firework displays.

Dislikes: Silence, darkness, fireworks not exploding or going off at all, wet days (harder to light fuses and powder), ponies not enjoying her displays, ponies using fireworks dangerously

Character Summary: Blast Radius was named because of her birth - she was born during a fireworks festival, right when the grand finale was going off. Blast's first smile wasn't at her parents, but at the fireworks going off through the window, the bright lights sparkling off her big eyes. Since then, Blast (Or Radi as her parents called her) was always enamored with bright lights and loud sounds, even sounds the other baby ponies were terrified of. She loved sirens and flashlights - her parents had to hide all the flashlights high up where she couldn't reach because she would be caught staring right at the bulb, grinning as she flipped the switch on and off.

Once she was old enough to be trusted not to wander off with the festival, her parents took her to her first official fireworks festival since her birth - and that's when she knew. She was born to make fireworks!i And her newly-appeared Cutie Mark proved it. She begged her parents to let her go to a boarding school in far-off Canterlot, where she could learn to properly train her magic and use it to it's full potential. After a few years of saving every bit she could get her hooves on, and begging her parents, they finally let her go.

During the next few years in school she learned to harness her magic properly...though more often than not she made things explode in the Chemistry class. For her big final before graduation Blast managed to successfully set off her own deluxe array of custom fireworks, wowing the judges and earning her spot as Grand Fireworks Master for Canterlot. She is the one who makes all the fireworks for the Castle's events, and is the main supplier for fireworks in Canterlot and the surrounding area.

She has been living happily in her own specially-made studio, making fireworks each and every day since.

..... Of course, as to her trademark, she still makes mistakes on a daily basis. The neighborhood just doesn't feel right until a explosion and cloud of smoke comes from Blast's workshop.

    Exploding Chinese pony.

  8. Looks good! Odd little fellow, isn't he?

I like your write up, but I think it would be easier for ponies to understand 'who' he is by defining his background, how he did at school, and exactly how and when he got his cutie mark. Also when and how he got into the Syndicate too.

And why he has such a thing against the gloomies. :D

  9. Strawberry Fields

"Really? That would be great! This old house has lots of rooms that you ponies can use. Once we get everything cleared up, you can pick the room you want." She said, gingerly walking up the steps of the porch and walking through the open door. The porch looked like it needed some serious TLC, but the inside of the house was in pretty good condition. A few floorboards and some doors needed to be fixed, the windows too. New paint, wallpaper and furniture was a absolute must. The kitchen needed some real elbow grease too - the windows around it had been broken and every thing had some serious water damage.

"Come on in! Just... watch your step. Some of these floorboards need to be replaced, and I've seen some pretty big spiders in some of the corners." She said, welcoming her guests in.

"Oh, and I haven't really taken a good look around upstairs, I only went up there to open some windows and come back down. If you want, we can all take a good look around to see what's happened up there too."

    Pink Sparkler

    Sex: Female

Age: Young Mare (few years older than CMC)

    Species: Unicorn

    Pelt Color: Light, light grey

Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Both mane and tail are a bright pink with dark pink lowlights in them. Her mane and tail are both very curly and messy, so because she has such a hard time taming it she lets it go wild.

Eye Color: Brilliant blue, like both of her mothers.

Cutie Mark: Her cutie mark is a blue and yellow party blower, surrounded by bright pink jewels and sparkles.

Motivation: Pink loves parties. Pink also loves fashion. What she loves even more than parties or fashion is fashionable parties! Pink got the best of both parents - her greatest love is making ponies smile and shine and be at their best, whenever they can!

Likes: Parties, party favors, balloons, dresses, gowns, jewels, fashion magazines, her parents.

Dislikes: Mud, chaotic parties, sad ponies, dissatisfied ponies, her friends lying to her.

Parents: One day, Twilight Sparkle was trying out a new Duplication spell she had discovered in a old book. Using Rarity as a volunteer, she began to cast her spell. Right at the wrong timing, Pinkie Pie popped in! Startled, Twilight accidentally cast the spell on both Rarity and Pinkie at the same time... and as the smoke cleared, they saw a tiny white and pink filly sitting on the floor! She looked up at the stunned mares, only to utter "Mawma?" at Rarity and Pinkie.

Pinkie adored the little filly right away, hugging the tiny little creature and immediately adopting her mother status. It took longer for Rarity to come around... it was Pink Sparkler's big blue eyes and love of fashion and jewels that brought her around. They both turned down Twilight's offers to reverse the spell, both too enchanted by the little filly. They each took turns keeping the baby at their house, Pinkie one week, Rarity the next. They both decided on Sparkler's name a few weeks after the incident, both also deciding to keep the spell a secret. They claimed it was a long-lost relative of Pinkie's who had lost her parents, and was taken in by the two of them. After all, Sweetie Bell would be just too curious if the filly suddenly appeared at her sister's doorstep.

Character Summary: Pink Sparkler is the perfect combination of her two mothers. She loves parties, and she loves dresses, but most of all, she loves pretty ponies in sparkly dresses enjoying a good party! Pink was taught my her parents to always cherish her friends and guests, and treat them like they were family. Make sure they are comfortable, well dressed, and most of all - having a fun time!

Pink got her cutie mark when she went with her parents to the Grand Galloping Gala for their second year in a row - seeing both parents finally successfully pulling off a Gala to remember. Fun and fashionable, it made her realize how much she too loved seeing other pretty ponies thoroughly enjoying themselves. That's when she got her cutie mark!

Pink now runs her mother's Boutique with her, keeping up with all the latest fashions. Pink is great at designing dresses, but she's a bit of a klutz when it comes to actually making the dresses. She takes after her other mother a bit more in that aspect - she can throw a killer party. A night at Pink's house will NEVER be dull!

  11. Rarity

"Simply marvelous, darling! You're both doing such wonderful jobs!" Rarity said, smiling as she used her magic to pull a few more brooms out from her cleaning closet. With practiced ease, she used the brooms to sweep most of the excess water from the floor and out the door all at once, already pulling buckets and mops from the closet.

"Sweetie, could you be a dear and go fill this bucket with water and soap from the bathroom? Please be careful not to use too much soap, and use hot water too! That will get the dirt right off the floor. Scootaloo, you take the other bucket and do the same." She said, floating two buckets over to the little fillies as she put the wet brooms outside, leaning them against the outside of the shop to dry in the sun.

"Remember, the bathroom is the 3rd door to the right, not second. That's my fabric room with the wobbly doorknob, and you know what happened last time you got trapped in there." She reminded her little sister, remembering the catastrophe Sweetie caused in that room trying to get out. It took her two whole days to re-roll and categorize all her fabrics in the right order again.

(hey bronies! Sorry it took me so long to post here - had to get the 'feel' for the RP. It's hard to jump in where another pony left off.)

  12. Spike

At the 'young and handsome' line, Spike's demeanor changed. He puffed out his chest, pretending to polish a set of his claws off on his scales as he raised one eyebrow in his signature grin. "Well. Apology accepted! I sometimes have to keep reminding myself just how breathtaking I can actually be!" He boasted, pretending to slick back his headspikes with his other claw, striking a pose.

His boasting was cut short by a rather large sneeze to his one side, followed by a large crash and a cascade of books onto one of the poor unicorns, completely covering her. Spike rushed over, already pulling books off of the pile as he tried to dig the unicorn out.

"Oh my gosh! Are you alright?! Hang in there!" He said worriedly, finding the unicorn's tail... and deciding it was a good idea to try and drag the pony out by it. He grabbed the tail and pulled hard, heaving with all his tiny might to try and help her out of the pile

  13. Strawberry Fields

Seeing that the new pony meant no harm, Strawberry blushed a deep red, going from a defensive pose to a very abashed and embarrassed one.

"S-sorry about that... Reflex. Back at my dad's farm we've had more than our fair share of thieves and trespassers, so I've gotten a bit jumpy when I hear a strange voice on my farm. Our worst incident ever was when somepony decided it would be funny to flatten strange patterns into our biggest hay field - Dad was not happy about that."

"A-anyways. I'm the new owner, name's Strawberry Fields. Funny thing too - I'm hoping to turn this old weed farm back into it's former glory. This was my grandpappy's old berry farm about 30 years ago. It's been left abandoned since he died, so it's... kinda out of shape. " She said nervously, kicking a beam of the front porch. It creaked and shuddered menacingly, but luckily didn't collapse.

"Ooooh... That wasn't a good idea. Oh! And this here is Swift Breeze - he just trotted by and offered a helping set of hooves to the farm's renovation. I really don't know how I'll be able to repay him... maybe a place to stay for a while?" She said, throwing the suggestion to the old pegasus over her shoulder.
