  1. Moon Brook

Brook started, nearly tripping again when a friendly voice called out from the darkness.

"Whoosat?!" She said, swinging her head around to flash her horn-light all around. She finally managed to find the voice's owner - a pegasus hovering just over the grass, squinting in Brook's bright horn-light shining in her face.

"Oh! Sorry!" Moon apologized, turning down the light's brightness so that she wasn't blinding the other pony. "Yeah, I'm here for that! I don't get out much, but I'm so glad I found somepony else around here who is interested in the night sky! I even brought all of my favourite astrology equipment too!" She said, shaking her bags a little so they klunked around, showing how much she had stuffed in them.

"I'm not too well versed in the care of night-time animals, but I'm not afraid of them. I've seen more than my fair share of bats, owls and fireflies on my nightly studies."

  2. HOKAY.

Seeing as how I have been having money problems lately, I have taken on a load of commissions and other drawing projects. SO. Those will be top priority.

    Thanks~

  3. Aqua Drop

Aqua swam along the bottom of the river, swimming slow to conserve her energy. She was swimming against the current with a heavy load behind her - she was dredging this part of the river. The sand on the bottom had gotten uneven and particularly dirty in this part of the area, and it was her job to do the dirty work. Nopony else could do it as well as she could of course.

She clamped the bit in her mouth even tighter, straining against a fast portion of the river. Attached to the wooden bit in her mouth was a net with a heavy bottom on it that dragged the riverbed. The bottom of the net leveled out the sand, and the net caught any litter that had gotten stuck in the sand. It also sifted out the rocks and let them rest evenly and cleanly on the bottom of the river to improve water flow and give little critters places to hide.

Stopping at a slow part of the river, Aqua let go of the net, letting the wooden bit float to the surface. It wouldn't go far, attached to the net, and it was hard on the teeth! She would have to mention it to the crafters next time - make a softer bit! Maybe wrap it in cloth or something.

Seeing a shadow pass overhead, she looked up. Somepony was trotting down the side of the river, whistling so loudly and merrily even she could hear it far underwater. Floating there for a bit, Aqua watched, thinking the silhouette was vaguely familiar. She slowly followed it, floating closer and closer to the surface. She didn't let herself float right to the surface, preferring to gaze through the water, trying to figure out where she had seen this brown and tan pony before.

  4. Rarity

"O..oh of course not sir! That would be simply too... uh... 'flamboyant' for this style of dress." Rarity said sheepishly, using a hind leg to kick some spools of sparkly thread out of view that she had pulled from her kit ten minutes prior to this whole event.

As Hoity got absorbed looking at her pattern again, Rarity sidestepped swiftly to Rainbow's side to whisper to her out of the corner of her mouth. "Now Rainbow, I know you didn't -mean- to crash into my boutique, but pleeeease try to be more careful from now on! Now, you can stay here until Mister Toity leaves, but please, please try your best not to make a mess or ruin anything!" She said, sidestepping bac to Hoity's side before he even noticed she had moved.

"Well, sir. Do you approve of this design? Is there any pointers you would like to give? O-or would you like to see any of my new designs?" Rarity said, nervously pulling up a hornful of sketches and designs off of her wall to stuff them in Hoity's face with her magic.

  5. Boo! Edited a few things and added more art!

Changed it so it isn't Spike directly who made her cart. While I play Spike, I think it would be neat if I got one of the various users' to help me make her cart with their 'handy' pony, if you know what I mean.

  6. Feathermay

"Oh, I'm here to stock up on supplies. Bird food, medicine, the sort." She said, getting back up on her hooves and walking over to her barrels and boxes, pushing a few together to make the pile neater.

"I am Feathermay, pony piratess of the high seas!" She said, bucking back on her hind hooves and striking a fierce pose as her mane and tail blew boldly in the sea breeze. "My ship is a haven for birds of every feather, where I care for them until they are well enough to fly on their own! I'm a crew of one, well, if you don't count my parrot friend Rocko. HEY, ROCKO!" She yelled over her shoulder at her boat, where a loud indignant squawk was heard. With a puff of red feathers, a fat Macaw flew over the edge of the boat where he fluttered down to perch indignantly in her rump, yawning widley and obviously.

"Oh come on, you fat feathered fiend. You've been sleeping since 6 o'clock last night. It's time to wake up and greet the day!" Feathermay said, giving her rump a wiggle so Rocko swayed on his perch, giving another indignant squawk before glaring at May.

  7. Hey there! I wanted to voice my interest in adopting that purple Hippocamp.

XD Originally, I never intended on playing one but.. the design is just awesome - it's right up my alley.

Right now my idea is kind of vague but I'm leaning towards a very sort of refined/elegant character. Perhaps a hippocamp spin-off of my Sterling Stone pony, a socialite type.

That sounds good. Just let me know when you want them for sure!

    @BlindJester

Let me know when you come up with a name and she's yours. She's my favourite of the two ^^

  8. Aqua Drop

    *BWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH*

Aqua was bowled off her fins by the huge surge of water that came rushing down the street at her, carrying her away with the flood. Ponies everywhere scattered, slamming windows and doors shut, or hiding behind houses. The flood picked up everything in it's path - flowerpots, mailboxes, even a bench before it finally subsided, leaving Aqua to flop in the mud for a few seconds, trying to regain her senses and getting the water out of her lungs so she could breathe air again.

Heaving for air, she got to her hooves, slogging angrily through the mud until she finally found the source of the flood - a flopped over Granola beside a large hose, still dribbling water.

Aqua stomped over, slipping a few times in the mud before she finally got to Granola, whirling around to splash some water from a nearby puddle onto the dizzy pony with her tail.

"Don't. do. that. EVER. AGAIN." Aqua huffed, her face mostly covered by her wet and muddy hair, her hide covered in mud, leaves and twigs. "I tried to tell you, but NO you wouldn't listen. I am FINE on land. THINK for a moment. If I couldn't survive well enough on land, WHY on EQUESTRIA would I be in the middle of a land-dweller's town?!" She yelled out, hunched over the poor pony.

Aqua took a few steps back, flicking her wet hair out of her face - which whirled around and smacked the other side of her face, only making her more mad. "Okay. I look like a sea monster. Help me get clean NOW, and you won't met the business end of my tail. Got it?"

  9. Feathermay

Feathermay started, whipping her head around to try and see who spoke to her. "Whosaidthat?!" She said, looking underneath her, between her legs to see the light pink hippocamp giggling at her on the side of the dock. She untangled herself, trotted over to sit in front of the friendly filly.

"And rare is it to see a hippocamp so friendly! How are you? Fine day to be at sea, isnt it?" She said, pushing her hair out of her eyes with a hoof to get a better look at the beautiful pony, her tail fin sparkling in the water.

  10. Lots to add after doing some requests!

Here we have vorpalwhackety's little filly Pomegranite, MyLittlePonyTales's young colt Dodger, RCTwKudalyn's Aqua Drop, ilightSparkle's lil colt Sun Rider, Pony_Sage's Mister Freddie Freewings, and buxy's gryphon Dellios! I need to practice more action poses, most of these seem to be the characters just standing around.. but in my defense some of these were the first images of them and its best to have a relaxed pose for a reference!

    Lil mistake there :3

  11. Strawberry Fields

"I haven't checked the barn yet, but from the looks of it from here it needs to be completely torn down... maybe there might be some tools hidden in there. I'm not too hopeful however - this place has been abandoned for over a decade and I'm sure some thieves have gotten in once or twice. It's a miracle the house's contents are mostly undamaged." She said, sighing as she hung her head low. Horse apples! So much work to do! All this depressing damage was really taking it's toll on her mood...

"Good morning!" A soft voice came from behind Strawberry, from around the corner of the house. She whirled around, posing defensively.

"Whoa! Who goes there? Thieves? Bandits? Berry-nappers?!" She shouted out, stamping the ground. She wasn't gonna let any old ponies walk onto her farm without her permission, no-siree!

((.. holy hay, Cherry. That is SOME intro post! Well done!))

  12. Rarity

"RAINBOW!" Rarity gasped horrified, a hoof over her heart as she whirled around to see the colorful pegasus had utterly destroyed a corner of her shop.

"Dear Celestia, What are you doing?! I understand the importance of a 'grand entrance' but this! This is simply too much!" She said, her hair already going frizzy as she shut off her sewing machine, her magic pulling the fabric rolls off of Rainbow and setting the mannequins upright.

"Really, Rainbow. You know I hate it when you simply crash in. 'Equestria's Best Flier' indeed! Do you know how long it took me to repair the hole in my roof the last time you crash-landed? Almost three whole hours out of my schedule! I could have made a whole new dress if you hadn't decided to try your newest tricks right over my shop!" Rarity ranted off, trying to smooth her mane as she trotted back over to her sewing machine, leaving her friend to let herself off the floor in her frazzledness.

"Oh! You even made me miss a stitch! I have to re-thread this whole section now!" Rarity fretted, her magic already pulling the thread out of the fabric with ease. Normally Rarity wasn't this easily ruffled, but this new-comer on the fashion scene had been pushing a few too many of her buttons, so her tolerance level had been a bit low the last few days.

Suddenly, she heard some light knocking on her door, before her bell rung, signifying someone had just walked in. She took a deep breath, readying herself for her usual welcoming sales pitch.

"Ah, Rarity, my beloved dress maker! Any new creations I can display at my awesome and rich boutique?" Came the unmistakable, uppity tone from one other than Hoity-Toity, the famous fashion designer who first helped Rarity reach fame - for a short while.

"H-H-Hoity-Toity!!! Sir! H-how are you? This is... rather unexpected!" She gasped out, her glasses nearly falling off her face. Good thing she had already cleared up the disaster Rainbow had made, it would have been disastrous for Hoity-Toity to see her Boutique in such a mess!

((hgfdjehdsjahd two awesome cast members here icon_arrow.gif Closed the thread so things don't get crowded with ponies))

  13. Moon Brook

Moon Brook eagerly trotted along the path towards the Whitetail Woods, her bags stuffed full with books, star charts and her collapsing high-strength telescope. She had moved into Ponyville just last month and had been busy remodeling her little cottage into a observatory, but on a chance trip through the Town Square lead her to the notice board where she saw the notice.

Brook flicked her hair out of her face, her horn lit up brightly like a flashlight to light the path in front of her. Despite being a night-time pony, she had horrible night vision. She probably should get more carrots into her diet...

    *Thunk*

Caught up thinking, Brook tripped on a rock in the path, nearly toppling over onto her face before she caught herself, swaying slightly because of her stuffed bags. Resettling herself, she carried on, leaving the path when she came to the edge of the Whitetail Woods.

"Now... where is this pony... They should have put out lights or something to let ponies know where they were..." She said to herself, squinting to try and see any familiar, pony-shaped forms in the darkness.

  14. Rarity

"Oooh... This simply won't do... How about... Nononono this is absolutely the wrong color for this fabric..."

The white unicorn was bent over her latest sewing kit, bobbles and spools flying in all directions as she sifted through her newest threads, trying to find just the right color for her latest masterpiece. Her brow furrowed in concentration, her chic glasses nearly sliding off her nose before she caught them with her magic, keeping them firmly in place as she dug even deeper through her box.

"No... that one has too much 'shar truce'... Ah ha! Found it!~ The perfect thread for my latest creation!" She gasped delightedly, trotting over to her sewing machine where her latest dress was waiting. So far it was still in cut pieces of fabric, but in no time it was sure to be her latest masterpiece, and her skills and talent were to once again be known across Equestria! Recently she had been bopped out of first place in the Fashion realm by this uppity new-comer... who's designs were simply atrocious and much to 'avant-garde' in Rarity's opinion. Sure, a little experimenting with designs was good... but for a dress to be made completely out of hay and wheat?

Rarity shivered at the thought, nearly dropping her thread spool. She quickly regained her concentration, the thread slipping through the needle easily as she started up the machine, needle and thread beginning to being her dress to life.
