[/colour]he said he had always wanted to say Tangos but as he marched he put a few things in perspective to himself.. he would be a purely defensive guard if he could. a pacifist in a sense prepared to protect not fight. that is when while marching the broadcast went through.[colour=#008000] "a new day?.. yes i believe so.. for whom.. that is not set in stone though.."[/colour] he said wary of what future lies for him.

    he knew what some of the loyalists were doing was wrong and he knew what the GEF did was wrong.. but none of that mattered what mattered right now was that some foals were in need of rescue. innocents were in danger... and draco was not going to stand for it.. no matter the cost. he picked his head up broke into a stance and saluted [colour=#008000]"yes sir.. where too sir?"[/colour] he asked in a almost authoritative vice.. a surprising change in attitude.

    he looked at the guard and wondered the same thing. had he been sacrificed for others? he did not know, and part of him wanted to say yes and earn the admiration and fear of the guards but deep down he knew he couldn't because that would be wrong he sighed as he decided to pony up to the guard.     Draco sighed he did not want to do this it would mean his doom later he just had a feeling but the one that gave him the most trouble was on the floor in pain and Draco felt nothing but sorrow and pity for him. he looked at the floor as he slowly lifted his hoof to pint at him. he worried what might happen to the poor soul. his heart was heavy with shame and guilt as he looked away from the scene.

    Draco took the pass and nodded at draxis as he went to get something to eat he had calmed down a bit more now he walked through the halls to the cafeteria the strange looks from guards he got told him much. as he went to get some food he was stopped by guards who demanded to know why he was there and he showed them the pass that stopped them until he got his food and sat down. he then was harassed by another group of annoying Zealous guards he ate some food and ignored them but one particular zealot stopped him and told him it did not matter that he had a pass. no freaks allowed and they ripped the food away from him and pushed him out of the cafeteria he just shook his head and listlessly walked back to the room where draxis was and sat down quietly and spoke. [colour=#008000]"i just don't know..."[/colour] he said

    he shivered and he was fearing for his life Draco had just wanted some food now he was worried his life was going to end soon. [colour=#008000]"but i'm not violent.."[/colour] he squeaked as Draxis asked him to listen. he nodded slowly but was hesitant.. he was not sure he wanted to be part of a group that discriminated against anything that was different than a pony.[colour=#008000] "i will listen.." [/colour]he mumbled as he tried to calm himself

    Draco jumped back shivering in fear! [colour=#008000]"no! no! i did not ... and no i did not know.. why? they said the research was helping all.."[/colour] he asked a bit surprised at all this but was reassured [colour=#008000]"i never called you stupid.. i just need some food to survive.. and.. i was wearing the cloak to be treated like a normal pony..and your guards stopped me for just looking suspicious."[/colour] he said [colour=#008000]"but i had done nothing .. i had just arrived in town." [/colour]

    Draco had jumped away in surprise he had never seen a changeling before and he was a bit intimidated but he sat down and now was visibly shaking and listened carefully as he asked his questions. [colour=#008000]"i uhh do know of my origins... back in old Equestria when my mother was pregnant with me she was approached by some scientists.. and paid to be experimented on.. genetic experiments.. and when i was born .. well i had these.. instead of Pegasus wings. sadly mother died during the birth .. and.. dad pulled me out of the program.. and as to why i came here... well this is the only place not destroyed by war... i was looking for work to buy food" [/colour]he said as he looked down sadly at the memory of his mother

    Draco had dropped unceremoniously on the floor and got up his pride was nonexistent so it was not hurt but he had some dignity as he sat down. then the pony spoke with a voice as cold as the steel he had in his hoof. he nodded when asked that he behave like he was in prison having never been in a prison he would do what he would normally keep his head down and stay quiet. the guard started the interrogation with a question of his name. [colour=#008000]"D-d-d-d-Draco."[/colour] he stuttered
