  1. Well, telling someone you can blow them up twice isn't so much correction as it is borderline sociopathic. She could easily be corrected, as long as it didn't hurt her pride much, but the threat of multiple explosions does seem to peeve off some people.

Well politically it would be correct to inform ponies of things like this, I do believe it would come across the wrong way 9 times out of 10.

  2. Riddle smiled. That rhyme certainly rolled off the tongue. Not even half bad in the versing. Pausing a moment he thought about it. "Why, its the moon, of course! ... although, I could see how it could be a phoenix. Still going with moon, mind you!"

He chuckled. That was quite the handy riddle, and indeed it was dandy. He was confident with his answer, though.

"Hey Shimmer, you wouldn't happen to know a riddle or two, would you? The more the merrier, or something or other."

  3. Amber immediately acted defensively on behalf of her stash, and almost instinctively covered her pack with her wing. She was never fond of thieves. Be they ponies, dragons, diamond dogs, or even Celestia herself, she would never allow herself to drop her guard around potential ones even for a minute. Trying to be polite still, she was quite obviously cautious. Didn't mean she had to be rude, though.

"Hello, Show&Tell, is it? I do believe the pleasure's mine. My name's Amber Flare."

As a gesture, she extended out a hoofshake.

  4. So, yesterday I was walking out of my door when something very similar to a raccoon decided to sit on my fence and stare at me. I can never refuse a challenge, so naturally I stared back at it. This went on for a while before I realized that I had been staring at a raccoon like thing for about a half-an-hour while getting quite literally nowhere with it. While most people would ask something like was it worth it, or why'd I do that, I suppose what I'm asking is what is the mass of the sun?

  5. Amber blinked. Well, some things can't be avoided, so waiting would have to do it. As the pony trotted over, Amber tried to pay attention to something else, but she quite couldn't. Natural greed often took place as a thirst for answers in her case, so she looked eagerly well trying to compose herself. On odd combination, but somehow she pulled it off.

"I suppose I will, and soon too."

  6. Following Wine&Dine in, Amber looked curiously as he reacted to that red pony. What on earth could that mean? "Do you know that pony?" Obviously he did, but she was curious as to who this mystery pony was.

She was a bit at a lost, almost as if she was caught in a reunion. Only one thing left to do, wait for an answer! (or at least see if the red pony decided to approach)

  7. "Someone came to Cantorlot and caused a commotion? Well that's certainly a nice change from being caught up in itself. I can certainly understand the dissapointment..."

That certainly seemed like something worth noting, if anything was. He privately wondered if that had any lasting effects before this rarity of a pony left (pun intended). He assumed she left anyways, given that if she hadn't Mythos would still have the chance to speak to her. Anywho, he carried on

"Now, if the system works the way it should, it's your turn. A riddle for a riddle, an eye for an eye, although a question will have to do, if you'll give it a try."

  8. "Oh, well if its my choice, inside would be nice. I've been running that stand for a while, and somewhere enclosed would the closest thing to home I could get in this city."

Walking up to the door, she held it open for Wine&Dine, while taking a second look inside. Yup, the inside of the building was perhaps rather boxed in, but it was sort of similar to a cave. Besides, just being inside would be a nice change of pace from being caught up in all the city hustle. Being starstruck was rather exhausting, really.

  9. "Oh, that may not be quite for me then. I still struggle with low key, after, well, you know." Amber shuffled a touch. Then she was happy again. Sure high key might be difficult, but just imagine the reward! Oh well, that was an adventure for another time.

Taking a look around, she wondered how this town was difficult to look at. It was no mountain, but it was decent looking compared to a few other towns. So Sierra must have a high view on Cantorlot then. She started to dwell on this, before she realized idle chit-chat only occupied her attention for so long. Already, she was making brief glances around for something eye-catching. Deciding she should at least try to remain kind, extending an offer to this dragon couldn't hurt.

"Erm, its been lovely talking and all, but would you happen to know any of the sights-to-see around here?"
