Go on, tell us! What did you have the joy of furiously tearing open on glorious Christmas day? Hanukkah/Kwanzaa works too.

Before you place the app in crossovers, I just want to point out just a few things that could use some a little work, then you could decide if those changes might be too much of a toll for you. Because, after all... Mane RP is a fun experience to play in. You get to hang out with carefully picked cast players, and there are many fun annual events. Of course it does take a little work to get into.

I may not have the final say in the matter, that is true. But I have been playing this game for long enough to know alot about it.

The name you have given will most likely pass. The cutie-mark, just requires a little change. Instead of an REA banner with a shield behind it, why not just a plain old banner? I say this, because we do not have a set-in-stone law, regarding an actual REA banner. Again, just a plain banner would be fine.

Now, about the cutie-mark story, I recommend staying away from any militaristic conflict having to do with it. I know it sounds really cool for your OC to be a war hero, but it really doesn't fit into Mane RP. Just tweak it into something else, and you'll probably be fine.

I definitely feel there is a lot of stuff in season 3 that was popular among the fandom, whether in fanfics or just in general. I'm not sure if it's coincidence, or if they're actually gearing things toward the fans. I feel that it IS a bad thing, because I didn't start watching the show for the shout outs. I want to watch an unbiased show for kids, that is magical and colourful.

That is true, I personally feel like this show is getting more, in a word, mature. But I for one, like it that way. It shows that MLP is more then just a mindless, emotionless, shell of a little kids show. (Like we see too much of nowadays)

It seems like you've hit a wall in terms of your help in Mane RP...

I mean, all hope is not lost just yet. You're entire app is outstanding. The first thing that you need to change is your Cutie Mark, and Name. Here is what I mean.

The name "Germanic Powers" in itself, would need to change. It's a really great name, but you see, it represents something else that exists, as a proper noun. (Germaney). In order to get this swiftly approved, you would need to change the name to something original. Something fresh, something new. There are two types of names that could fit in your OC. Descriptive, and Romantic.

Descriptive names, are names that describe your character by use of colourful verbs or nouns. Such as Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Quick Fix, Thunderlane, etc. These are names that also gives the reader more about the character. They are usually in two words. Talk to QuickLime about those names, she is very good at depicting that for you.

There are also Romantic names. Names that are human like, but are old and outdated. They are usually foreign, and fits well with foreign characters, (like yours). These names also usually tells something about your character as well. (These are all German).

I achieved numerous goals in Mount and Blade: Warband. But one that stands out the most, is when I wiped out the Kergits in a campaign (as Swadia). Without cheats. That took me nearly a year to achieve!

Hmm... If your OC was enrolled at a military academy, that usually means that he wants to be an Officer/Specialist. So that could be an option for your OC.

It has been a while since the airship crash, but it seemed just like yesterday for Percy... Just yesterday, he was trying to pop his dislocated arm back into his socket. Just yesterday, he was re-stitching a pony's forehead together. Just yesterday, he was feeling the icy snowflakes batter his hide like needles.

Percy shook his head wildly, that was in the past. This is now, he was with his newly-found friend, and his beloved homeland, Trottingham.

They had already visited various shops and diners, and even stopped at the old fortress, so Percy could greet his old squad-mates. Now they were headed to the city park, which is largely considered to be one of the best of the world... Percy could hardly contain his excitement in Trottingham. This was where he was raised in. Percival suddenly broke out into a full run.

Well... I'll tell you the story of my OCs...

Percival, an army medic, was actually inspired by a video game, called Battlefield 2. How? Well there was a class in the game called "Medic" which I adored and played as constantly. Now when I found out that this RP had a military lore... I instantly ran towards the application section and whipped that pony up, as my first Mane RP OC. His name is also based off of the knight of the round table.

Siegfried, an Everfree Ranger, was actually loosely based off of the actual Norse hero, and the entertainer of the same name.

Lady Ariel has a personality, loosely based off of the tomboy attitude of Fiona the Human, and the anti-prissy princess attitude of Merida. Her sword, Cloudburn, was based off of the popular song from Feed Me, of the same name. She is not named after the mermaid, but actually, an angel from the Apocrypha. Unfortunately she could not be allowed in Mane RP, because...

Knights, are frowned upon, in this establishment!

Antonovka has a backstory literally based on her name. In real life "Antonovka" is a type of Russian apple cultivar. So... I made her have a mother born in Appleoosa, and a father born in Stalliongrad. So I am literally making a walking, talking, Russian apple.

I also don't really resonate with most types of dance music. Most of it is just repetitive, frequently annoying and just not very interesting to listen to. There are exceptions of course, but just generally speaking, most of it puts me off. This is especially true of all the electronically driven types of it today; I don't get this dubstep thing like at all. It's probably actually the often vapid dance-pop of the genre I find the most listenable.

I can barely stand most rap, especially our german rap here is partially really stupid and only focused on sounding dirty, while stealing melodies from metal bands who actually write their music. Bushido is the best example (its already an insult to everyone that he named himself like that...). But some rap can be really good and I don't mind that.

Unlike pop music. That maybe was quite good when it came out, but todays pop music is just simple chords, combined with a oh-so-sad text about love plus random electronical sounds (sometimes). Every music slowly suffers from the problem that there aren't infinite amounts of notes and chords you can put together without it sounding terrible (I simplified that), but pop music doesn't even really try. Its just about making money. I don't want to say other genre bands don't want to make money, but they at least want to express them selves with their music.

Don't worry... I feel the same way as you... But I got three pop songs that I really think you'll enjoy.
