  1. Yea, I've been running into this error also. Although this is my second time, the last time it happened, the it was what I would define as "the whole day" for me.

So yea, just my two cents, but either it randomly occurs to certain people, or everyone experiences it. I will say though, that they've been quite annoying and random. Nil warning.

  2. Tis to be expected from a Russian company. That patriotic pride.

Though I fly American/Russian aircraft, I still do somewhat fine. I usually end up top 5-10 on the leaderboard, even if the game itself was lost. The trick with Russians is that their planes just SUCK at turning without pushing their stamina, but I guess that's my deductions.

I guess flyin with G-Tolerance training pays off. I wonder about flight models though, because I haven't been on in a few days, due to bad internet.

  3. Anyone heard of or play this game? It's made by the same people who developed the Il-2 Sturmovik series of WW2 flight sims, but made for large-scale multiplayer combat, and eventually will expand to ground and naval combat (it's only open beta, but pretty much anyone can play). The game's technology focuses around WW2-Pre-coldwar. So don't expect missiles and jets. I'm looking around for some flying buddies for what it's worth.

Anyone can play with anyone anywhere, but that's just the game right now, combat isn't very lag-filled either. 380+ ping without random spazzing speaking here.

How I found Canterlot.com: Some reddit pic. Can't remember

How I became a fan of MLP:FiM: Something to do with school and a few months of excess influence. Or was it curiosity?

So uh... not sure if any of you guys remember me (or knew me to begin with at all), given I kinda "vanished" without a word. Long story short, life caught up, senior year hit hard, and I find myself juggling roleplay time, game time, chill with friends time, and schoolwork, so I had to make some cutbacks or face an overload of events and the lines between reality and virtual being blurred, So here I am, months later, with a fresh mindset, a much more stable time-slotting, and the same thirst for adventure I first had coming here.

I will be rolling overhauls on my personal things, such as my chars, profile, etc. Hence, if a mod eventually reads this, could they go over and remove/lock/relocate/reclassify/whatever other word every single 'active' char I own (I remember I had one or two) from the 'accepted' list, with thanks in advance.

So um... am I missing anything?

  5. I will be playing the role of Amber Cross, one of my approved OCs, in a attempt to garner my interest and motivation. Nonetheless, I'll put up a link to the bio and some basic points.

    Link:

    Basic things:

    - Young Mare

    - Works as a private practiconer of medicine and alchemist. Sorta also a experimental approach pony

    - Lives in ponyville, but I expect rps in places around the Foothills and Heartlands of Greater Equestria.

    - Normally shy, but can be very expressive in a happy and cheery manner when around ponies close to her

    - Very busy and dedicated to her work, possible to say proud, but she doesn't boast about it.

Well, the rest is in the bio. I'm not feeling up to being the first one to throufh up ideas, so I'll let y'all come up with something I can work off.

  6. "I am no stranger to Ponyville, thank you." He said to Bright, "Nontheless, it's been awhile since I have come here. More clients stepping it up in Ponyville." he added. "We could go now, if you want." he said.

"So I guess I will see the rest of you ponies tomorrow, same place?" Solven asked, now unable to resist a slight chuckle at Gear's suggestion of setting up a tent.

"You know, Gear, a stone or wooden structure won't fall, but a tent might." he managed to say to Gear after controling his chuckling.

  7. "Well, surpise surprise." Solven said. "You must be one lucky stallion then because the last time I checked she wasn't the type who'd actually even consider hunting for stallions."

The waiter came with a cup of black coffee. "Thank you." he briefly said to the waiter, as he then greedily sipped at the coffee. Just as I remembered it, unrefined and rough.

"So yeah, do go on." he finished talking, now listening,

  8. "Nice to meet you too, Miss Bright. Logically, I would agree. But I take pride in my work. I almost treat them as if they were you or me. It may sound silly, but that's what I believe in. And when the day comes that they must do the best for you, I believe that they will." Solven said, waving near a waiter and asking for a cup of hot, black coffee. Just what he needed to make the day better.

  9. He observed the manadrive. Interesting...

"Now I may have recently developed something similar to that, give me a second, if my somewhat forgetful nature blesses me today, I will have it with me." instead of using magic to levitate it, he rummaged through his bag, feeling a crystalline shape. "Got it." And he pulled it out. A transparent, yet simple appearing cyrstal, it did not reflect, nor did it pulsate with energy. "I don't like using it often, because it's applications require a object specifically designed to run with this, but the possibilities are endless." He flared his horn abit, the magic jumping into the crystal, as a metallic grey aura, similar or same to his own magical aura, began to fill into the crystal. Bringing out Hyperion, he extended it's stock, revealing a socket where the crystal could go, and inserted it. He retracted the stock back to it's normal position, as some lines began to glow with the same aura.

"It acts similar to a storage device. It's got no name, and it's got not much of an interest with other ponies. I'll call it a pet project now, but that's all it'll ever be.' he concluded, then realized that he hadn't introduced himself.

"I'm Solven, by the way. Solven Sprockethooves." he said.

  10. "Interesting, though I don't have much of a fondness for mechanical constructs. I leaned towards the side of mechanical gadgets and machinery which everypony could use. Or atleast, most ponies." he said, observing the blueprints of the Griffon. 50 bits says I can replicate this and using a magic infusion and a enchantment I could get this to run smooth.

"Then again. I do find mechanical constructs interesting. Especially their behaviour towards other ponies." he said.

  11. "Hey, wait up." Solven said, moving after Gear, as they walked towards the Cafe, he too, had noticed the other ponies talking about the train, maybe some idle conversation would help to recollect his thoughts, but rather, he noticed a Pegasus had crashed into the pony who had questioned him about Hyperion, and thus, couldn't resist a slight chuckle, Dem Pegasus nowdays are going to land more ponies in hospital than bandits and thieves. He thought

  12. "Interesting..." he said to the pony that remained. "Then if I'm correct, could you be the other pony the client asked for?" he asked.

Solven thought, then added on to what he had just said. "There's not much information about any of this... which is why I opted to bring Hyperion." gesturing to his crossbow construct. "Ever since the Changeling attack, I've been on the fritz, and somehow managed to get into my mind that the royal guard can't properly defend, not unless they had firepower." he said.

  13. ((I assume we're using the canon timeline, which included the Changeling invasion))

I was hoping the crossbow would be a deterrent. Maybe I'll add spikes and make it look like it camestraight from Tartarus next time. He thought.

He sighed. "Simple in appearence, but complex in operation and purpose. There is nothing that shoots which the Guards, or any other military unit posses which is capable of sustained fire. Thank magic and mechanics." he said, wondering why he felt he was going to give a lecture on technomechanic applications.

"Now if you'll excuse me, I must attend to a mysterious client that I have been contacted by." he said.

  14. Solven stepped off the train, attracting the attention of a few interested eyes with his new toy. He'd recently developed it a week ago, but it was the most innovative fuse of machinery and magic. Well, if war was the mother of necessity, that is. He breathed in the air of Ponyville. Such a place... I was long overdue for a working break anyways, so I will check in with my mysterious client. he thought. He made his way off the station itself, before bringing out the letter, and checking for more instructions.

Wait for a guide to help you around. You'll recognize him when you see him. If you don't, another mechanic also has the same arrangements. Showing the letter would be advised at that point. I trust you will resolve your prejudices.

So he simply kept and eye out, and looked around, though to the other ponies, it would seem that he was simply staying still, occasional trotting around to evade the large crowds, as to not obstruct them and to not loose line of sight.
