Though it is quite an embarrassing thought as to who might be watching him in his little antic; all for this one little experiment that may very well be the moment of truth for his potential patent. His cheeks would turn red, but only slightly. At the same time, a slight laugh emits from the truly strange pony from the thrill of the all-too-short event about to occur. A thrill that will last him all the while as he continues his dash across the rooftop, planning to carefully leap his way up to that one giant cupcake at the top of the building to maximize his granted height for this one small test that will land him either in safety, or within the care of the nurse of Ponyville's local hospital. All the while during the tumbling pegasus's sharp descent.

The very abrupt sequence on her part has caused a thud in her landing that startles the young stallion to the point of losing all concentration, as he was nearly complete in his scale of the enormous cupcake shape on the building with his continued momentum to where he found himself not even an inch before his objective height on the curved top of the structure just under the candles, as his hooves slip on the smooth surface of the giant model, and in an instant is lost in balance and is sent tumbling down the front side, and the way he bumped the structure was enough to send him at an angle that would land him just before the stairs of Sugarcube Corner's main entrance.

He yells out briefly as his natural fear of injury sweeps him, and the dose of secreted epinephrine can be felt flowing through his system. In remembrance of what he came here to do, this emergency situation is perfect for this one test. In a short reaction before he meets his possible doom, his forelimbs reach for the dangling strings fluttering about as he falls, as everything around him seems to slow down only for this single moment as he acts before even thinking... His hooves reach through the loops of the strings successfully, but as moves his forelimbs in such a way to tug on them, he winds up arranging them in a sort of X across his chest instead of spreading them out to give a proper tug... With this one failure in action, the contents of his backpack fail to deploy with the insufficient tug. As such, the stallion continues his plummet toward the ground that will end in mere seconds with a large thud.

The air slows and the sky tints orange-pink with the imminent dusk that would soon sweep the small town of Ponyville. Shops and cafes ease in their business rates as the day grows tired and slower; at the same time introducing a sense of pure serenity that comes from the reminiscence of yet another beautiful day that progressed smoothly like any day in Equestria should be. During the said day, a recent arrival of the province goes about in a more excited manner than normal, as a bit of research in these past few weeks maybe just about to pay off!

Unlike most packs seen on ponies that travel with multiple items, i.e. saddlebags, this black stallion bears a pack that is directly on his back. A rather thin pack that spans from the bottom of the back of his neck, to just before his mid-waist. The bag contents remaining unknown to those around him, and a rather strange detail of two strings dangling slightly from it down either side of him. Going about excitedly, he suddenly stops to think for a moment... Just where could he test this new design? Though just the idea of testing his new invention is enough to make him jittery again! All he needs is a high point, but not too high... though the mountainous peaks surrounding Ponyville are very tempting, he decides to use one of the local buildings that are reasonably tall. It'll only be a moment of his time, after all. It's not like he'd be loitering or hurting anyone. Then his target peak strikes his gaze in an instant, as he eyes the reasonably tall and very possibly climbable Sugarcube Corner. It should provide all the grab-holds and height he needs for this one test... Using what he's learned during his travels, he uses his momentum and darts toward a wall of the building whose part of the roof is lowest. His hooves spring him upward and he scales the wall to grab hold of the ledge of the roof. With great effort, and a grunt of power, he brings himself upward toward his objective height...

Haiiiiiiii!!!! Sorry, just had to greet that way... Anyway, I would like to make a solemn request! I'm convinced that you would be prefect for this task, as you're very confident in your abilities! Okay... Is it okay if you could draw my OC, Dark Star, which is featured in my profile picture, performing what I call the "Supernova Technique".

This technique is a simple power where he builds up a considerable amount of energy within the core of his being, and then suddenly releasing it in a massive explosion of dark energy whose shockwave is sometimes powerful enough to shatter the peaks of mountains.

Do you think you could make a piece of artwork that depicts this in action? Perhaps during the explosion?

During the stallion's walk, he would discern the figure of a fine well-to-do and fine looking mare in his path. With the scrap of self-control he possesses, he manages to keep his eyes from forming into the shapes of hearts as he looks at her coming his direction. Instead, he lets out a nice, merry sigh as she approached. Not a single detail of her misses his gaze as he 'checks her out' in a subtle fashion.

Dear Princess Celestia,

Today I have learned a very valuable lesson... The hard way. In fact, make that quite a few lessons as I will now convey them to you. No matter what your reason may be, they are all simply excuses that are never acceptable when you get right down to the fact that you've just abandoned people that you care about. There is no reason in the world why one should ever have the right to cause such emotional turmoil in so many other living beings that really are true friends. Here I was, about to throw all the friends I've had in my life into the wind out of a simple emotional response; and it probably caused much sorrow to those that had to experience it. I may have caused much damage as a result, but that's when I learned my second lesson. On my return, I've found that even after all the deeds that I've done that should be considered unforgivable, the same people that have been my friends all this time welcome me with open arms. That's when I learned, that friends that are worth keeping will always stand by you, no matter what happens. The past is in the past, and should not be delved into for too long. I now look forward to forever-lasting friendships as a result of my return...

C, and D. I am going to convey to you a very true, inarguable truth. I was in sort of a dislike last year... In fact, all my life until I turned sixteen. I have never in my life thought twice about watching things like My Little Pony. Then suddenly all these memes started springing up all over the internet, but I was still in question as to whether I should like it or not. Here's where option C comes in. Since I knew of the intended audience of the whole franchise, I assumed that the themes and values of it were not for me... Of course, at the time I was an even sadder, more angry individual than I am today. Especially after I lost a whole group of friends that basically tossed me into the wind like I was nothing... Even though I was the one that stood by them individually when no one else would. They didn't need me anymore, because they had better friends... Of course, these people also didn't like MLP and expressed that openly.

Then one night, I decided to give the whole thing a try. I sat down calmly, without any doubts or fears, and just watched the first two episodes of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic because honestly, after the first episode, I was curious about how the whole dilemma would turn out. Then I realized that there was more to it than just magical ponies and rainbows... I was actually learning about friendship and how to be a good friend. I thought that was quite a contrast from what I usually see on television these days that are all about violence, drugs, crime, and all the other things that tend to make people very upset... Then I look at this show and its clearly higher values that are so much greater than the average modern TV show. To this day, I'm doing all the things that my former friends seem to not do. I don't keep secrets, I'm now very open to everyone, I don't lie... And I made new friends! So, this was actually a very big turning point in life, and now I am far from hating My Little Pony! I learned so much from it, and plan on taking with me these lessons of friendship wherever I go. ^^

OOC: And here we have my second attempt at a One Piece x My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic crossover focused on new kinds of adventures in Ponyville when a peculiar being from Canterlot decides to leave his life of class behind to experience a more quite and peaceful aspect of the world.

A fine daylight sky sweeps the air far above the small town of ponies with a brilliant gleaming yellow sun that promises clear skies for this day and night. The trees surrounding it merrily swaying with the subtley changing directions of the gentle breeze. The scene settles around the presence of a calm and collected male Earth Pony with a gentle trot along borders of the peaceful farm area of Sweet Apple Acres. His full coat having a shade of blue slightly brighter than that of the beloved Princess Luna, and his bright and smooth blonde mane almost as bright as the sun, and his eyes a brighter blue than his main coat. Finalizing his appearance is his cutie mark that consists of a fork and knife positioned in a cross that forms an "X". He seems not to smile, but not frown either, as the currently calm stallion trots ever closer to the bounds of Ponyville; looking forward to a future line of work in a more quiet, a more peaceful environment.

What a long night it was. On a distinctly marked trail in the midst of a great Equestrian plain, the stars dance in a clear and lively lit night sky that the Moon Princess shows her true beauty through the brightness of the moon. Trotting hastily down the path, a lone cloaked stallion with a long, black cloth wrapped item strapped to his back. His self appointed task being that of searching first for a particular Unicorn that will be his first step in achieving an even greater goal. His strides filled with a determination and purpose that little can oppose.

Through the entire walk, he can feel every ounce of magic energy that surrounds Equestria tickle at every hair fiber... the feeling of such magic an internal thrill that the black Unicorn simply cannot get enough of. The art of casting being his lifelong quest to achieving the ultimate level of mastery, particularly in destruction spells. His cutie mark clarifying his favoring skill, a brilliant blue and cascaded lightning bolt. Though he makes room for spells of various types, his main specialization revolves around destructive forces, such as fire and lightning. Though he knows at least some altering and illusive skills, and some miscellaneous skills as well. Surely not the most powerful Unicorn around... as a true and most powerful spellcaster he believes would be able to cast every spell in existence, excluding no classes(and perhaps all spells at once). Of course, he reminds himself, that he wields only a fraction of the various magics that envelop Equestria. Maybe not even a pure Unicorn could be the most powerful magic user... perhaps Celestia and her sister might be able to achieve such a thing. Perhaps they have already...

Though the walk was as long as the night, the still yet calm air about it helped a great deal aside from the food bits that he'd brought with him for the journey, as the eastern horizon begins to have a pink hue to its edge. A clear sign that morning is about to bring forth a new day. The sky already turning a deep blue, and the stars fading away exponentially. As the view of his destination soon reveals itself to him in the dawn. If his calculations are correct... he is a mere hour left from stepping within the boundaries that are home to six potential helpers; his destination: Ponyville.

Unless you guys can find yourselves another person that knows the game, or you simply want to improvise, go right ahead! ^^ However, I unfortunately will have to leave this thread. IMPORTANT! My Sophomore year is back up in its second semester as of today. On top of that, one month from now is the beginning of this year's Golf season. With this said, I may not be on as much as I used to be for the past couple of weeks(Winter Break). I do hope you understand... it is with this that I promise to try and keep this roleplay's greatness so that you guys may still appreciate any opportunity to post no matter how long it's been! If I weren't in school, then things might be easier... but I also want to be an educated adult that's in a decent place in life just like the rest of you. ^^

Hello once again everypony!

I've decided to take the initiative after quite a fun evening the other night, which of course involved a full on four player Magic game. Now, I come to wonder... who would be interested in participating in Friday Night Magic?

Here's what I had in mind:

There is a program on the internet that allows you to build Magic decks and play the game over the internet with as many players as you want in a single room! The program is called Cockatrice, in case you're not familiar. With this program, we can hold our own FNM events, and maybe even some casual games here and there during any other time of the week. If you want to indicate that you're looking for other Canterlot users to play with, we can simply use the game description: "Canterlot" with the password, "Brony"

That, and we can simply discuss anything MTG related here on this topic! I can't wait for us to start playing together!

Um... guys... ERROR! There was supposed to be something special, at least somewhat, about the chapel as well. The chapel is supposed to be sealed by a thick stone door(until you approach it). It is textured with four tiles arranged in a square format, each tile having a skull in the very center. By approaching the door, you trigger its mechanism... then comes more fighting. xP

Actually, I have another idea... I'll temporarily take on QueenChrysalis' role, and the character shall pass away shortly after your entry into the chapel.(There are only two spiders for now, so there is no mother spider... ) If he's gonna die, he'll go down fighting. In my stories, every protagonist is epic! ^^

Good things come with patience, my friend. Remember that there's a strong possibility for differences in timezones, with this in mind, it helps to master the difficult task that is waiting. One thing that helps is to keep yourself occupied with something.

Don't you think we should at least give everyone in the RP a chance to respond to something? Just saying. >.>

First off, I'm glad you like the idea of this, and really look forward to the end of the month, when this RP kicks off! Though you might not like second off... a battle axe? That's quite a heavy weapon with a lot of power right off the bat... which is something I wouldn't really allow for a starter weapon. However... that does NOT mean that you will not find this sort of weapon along the way, right?(I mean, in HeXen II, you find one ) Still, this does not mean you will start off with nothing at all. Though it will be only melee range, same for the previous two players. Though you... I think I'll allow you to follow a familiar path, and start you off with a pair of forelimb spiked gauntlets, so that you can at least pack more than just a mere 'punch'. As a battle mage, I highly doubt your character will have trouble with a little hoof fighting, right? I do hope you understand; just wanting everyone to progress and grow along with one another as you learn to work with what you have.

Well, I honestly don't know what the other styles of RP are, because I haven't had the time lately to do much until recently, because of Winter Break(school). Though I'm sure in this case, it might be similar to the point where I participate only as the environment, and not as a character.

As for QueenChrysalis747, since there haven't been much replies lately(until now) I can most definitely reserve a place for you! But keep in mind there are only 3 days left until the RP kicks off from the starter. But don't worry, that should be plenty of time to creatively express your ideas as to your place in the RP. ^^

*Dies* *Twitch, twitch* *Defibrillator floating in the air, zapping my chest* WHOA! *Pant, pant* Dang... I literally died from the awesomeness of your app! Not to mention the fact that the way my character started out is so similar to yours! The only difference? Well, not only is he male, but he was also a sci-fi bad-boy. Though they are very alike when it comes to reasons for being angry...

Aside from that, I am merrily impressed! You are over nine thousand percent accepted, and you will be granted with wing blades... I shall state my reasoning. A slingshot can run out of ammunition, which will render it useless, and a boomerang is blunt, and there is a possibility of losing it... at least I think there is. >.> Wing blades can definitely do a good kill shot, though. As a blade in the shadows rather than the crowd, she should do just fine!

A nice class and a great starting weapon... approved! Now, we just need three more. From today, I'll give this thread a week. If all four slots are filled in before next week, we can begin early!

I think I forgot to add a few bits of information, but what class would you want your character to fall in? Is he a spell caster? Does he like brute force? Is he sneaky? What might your character be able to bring into battle?(This also determines what your starting weapon will be. ^^)

Hello, and welcome to the OOC thread! Unfortunately, I must limit this roleplay to having no more than four participants, excluding myself. I just feel it makes things go more smoothly with small groups like this. Anyway, let's cut to the chase!

The starter post has already been made in FFA, and now all you have to do is apply here, but don't expect to be given the best of the armory right off the bat. In this roleplay, you will build your characters from their foundations, you may learn new skills, acquire better weapons, and get better and better at defeating the enemy!

1) puzzlebeat as: Krakauer, a male Changeling armed with a one-hooved scythe.

2) Starbuster as: Flame Stinger, the lovely yet sneaky and deadly female pegasus equipped with razor sharp wing blades.

3) QueenChrysalis747 as: Darkness Eclipse, a literally silent lethal pegasus warrior bent on the restoration of Equestria with a bone-creaking rage, and a crossbolt!

4) JokerOfJester as: Tyrael, a flirtatious unicorn ready to deal the punishment through cold hard steel... his spiked gauntlets bearing a strong thirst for blood.
