Nemesis took another kicked at the Ice dome....nothing...not even a crack "Oh by celestia's beard!" he said to himself in frustration and landed back in ponyville. He looked at the filly's and colt's playing in the snow not even worried about the dome.

After a few minutes he entered a potion store. He needed something to warm up his inner core and maybe a dose of antifreeze so he can finally free his metal wings....

If I could offer a little constructive feedback though? I took some public speaking classes back in collage, so I've noticed you guys have a habit of using 'nonfluencies' a lot. It's something lots of folks use, and it's become something of a common new age speaking tick.

As you talk through the day, and especially when you're doing a presentation (like the podcast) , take a mental (or even physical) note of how many times you say 'um' or the likes. Once you're done, go back and try the speech again while trying to reduce the number of nonfluencies you use.

It's hard to not use them while on the spot if you haven't or can't rehearse or plan what you're going to say (so it happens a lot on podcasts and radio shows).

I've had a lot of practice and I still catch myself doing it.

After a minute at full velocity mecha sonic arrived at ponyville, he looked around to find more animals similar to the one he met moments ago but all sporting different colours, He pointed to the nearest animal and said "you there small one! What is this place?? Where are my chaos emeralds??"

Mecha Sonic looks down at the four legged animal that approached him "Hmf...that almost sounded like an order" he said before walking past the animal and then added "My business is my own and lets just leave it at that!"

Mecha spotted a village in the distance, he bent down slightly and the engine in his back came to life, after a few moments mecha hovered above the ground before shooting off at speed towards the village.

I'm listeniiiiing!

Did you mean to put "Canterlot Voice is an authorized member project on Canterlot.com" ?

I'm guessing this is just a case of dictionary fail. But either way, you can't go saying you nothing to do with Canterlot.com then go using our images/logs etc.

Keep up the good work. It's nice to see more effort into improving the format has gone in.

A minor mistake this week I do apologize for that we were rather taken off guard with the whole two host thing and some things we forgot to mention. next week we will be back on track.

Only two hosts made the discussion seem just a little thin overall, but I suppose I understand if the others weren't available. Iron Pony coverage seemed somewhat underwhelming to me, not even going into the detail of all the fun events that are currently open. A lot of the other content didn't really excite me personally either, but that might be a matter of personal tastes.

I really love the idea of the featured artists section though. This site has some amazing artists and it's always wonderful to see see them get some much deserved attention. I definitely think that section should stick around.

Yes I too agree that two hosts made it seem thin and we hope to have at least three people on each week. we attempted a two host show but we preffer three XD. As for Iron pony we just wanted to let the community know it had started and that next week we will mention the threads in the iron pony section.

And yes the artist section was certainly a nice addition to the podcast.

Just outside of Ponyville a patch of dark clouds gathered with lightning hitting the surface every few minutes, suddenly a bolt of navy blue lightning struck the land, there was a flash of light and the silhouette of something came into view. It was nether a pony or a human but something new. It featured a single eye with spikes on its head and large boots with a single wheel on the back of each.

It was Mecha Sonic!

Mecha looked around "This is not mobius" he said to himself. The land didn't match any known signatures in his database.."Chaos control must have brought me here thanks to my annoying organic counterpart." he thought to himself and noticed a small village to his right and began to make his way to the location.

Mecha Sonic was heading for ponyville.

Nemesis sat down again and did a check of his systems "Power: 126%. Armour: 88%. Weapons: 93%" Everything checks out. and he will be ready should discord return...

Yeah. I think I like the more abbreviated format better. Thirty or so minutes is easier to sit through than an hour. I think you should only go an hour if you have something really incredibly big for the forum to discuss with the extra time (like if you ever had Manestream on to talk about something huge like Hearts of Equestria, or something like that). For an ordinary episode, thirty minutes is much more manageable and easy to digest.

I also think Threads on the Rise idea is an improvement. Being able to talk about more than one thread puts more focus on the forum, which is always a good thing in my book. It also comes off less like this particular thread is being held above others and more like they are just interesting threads worth checking out. Something fun like Telephone Pictionary definitely deserves the attention too.

So yeah, I think this was an improvement and not a bad little episode. I look forward to the next one.

Many thanks for your comment I am glad that you like the new direction we took with this weeks podcast. I also hope that yourself and the rest of our listeners also like this new system in which we make a new thread for each episode. This way we can keep organized and hopefully keep the users guided too.

"Hmmm oh! how about mustard yellow darling? It would really bring out the blue on you and works well with that black backpack of yours" rarity said as she walked around nemesis, studying his design.

Nemesis thought about it for a moment "mustard yellow eh?" he said then added "Okay that can be for when I'm sent out to desert regions...Hmmm okay! How about white with patches of light and dark grey for the snowy regions?" He asked looking to rarity

Rarity s******ed slightly "oh darling those colours would simply not fit you at all.."

OOC: Nemesis and rarity are waiting at the meet up point so I'll wait till more show up. ))

It will be great to see trixie return hopefully she will stick around for a few more episodes during season 3.
