  1. Rather interesting instrument O_o... I'm surprised I didn't know of it, being a composer and all Argue as you may, I will simply stand my ground . Skyward Sword's graphics were the perfect embodiment of a Zelda game, and the combat immersed the gamer on a whole new level. It had some of the best characters (Ghirahim, Groose, Fi) and the story was fantastic because it told us how all of the Zelda norms (Reincarnations, Timeline, Origin of Master Sword) came to be. Best. Zelda. Game. EVER! I will agree though that Link to the Past & Majora's Mask were freaking awesome as well. I think I suffer from the same symptons; I love RTS but suck at them as well haha. RPGs and ARPG's are by far my favorite as well. Is it bad I've never heard of Atlus? Lifeguarding, despite the appearance of the job, is quite difficult. Most people think we just sit on our rumps and yell at children and senile old men/women. But they are Spinal injuries, ruptures, broken bones, heart attacks, seizures, and the like are NOT simple to deal with when under the pressure. I'm sorry you didn't make the job, though . I thank you for your respect. *Gasps for breath* Thank *HACK* you. * WHEEZE* Already am, to be quite honest, but thank you! Oh my! You must simply play some of the newers Zeldas! I got the Plushie from etsy.com . Isn't she adorable?: http://www.etsy.com/...ow-dash-plushie Thanks! I think I want to stay here forever! Hehehe. That was awesome! It made me smile! Thanks for the rather poetic welcoming, DreamNotes! EDIT: Sorry I missed your post, Rosewind! So many friendly ponies welcoming me it's hard to keep up! I unfortunately haven't had the time to look at E3. Between work (both Lifeguarding and game developing) and trying to squeeze in some downtime (which has been absurdly overtaken by MLP: FiM), I just haven't found the time to check out E3. I should probably get around to that, huh?
  2. Apologies if my reply is short. I am on a mobile device at work, and I don't have the thumb coordination to type 90 WPM like I normally can. That being said, thanks for the welcoming, Armory! I intend to be around to RP, hopefully on a regular basis. I'm quite new to pony RP though, so I'm going to have to do a lot of wiki'ing to make sure I know my facts. I definitely look forward to making my first pony though. I already have an idea of what to make Blaze, I'd love to roleplay with you sometime. I have a lot to learn before I can rp on your level though And Tales, what even is that picture from? Hehe.
  3. You got to test those maps o.o ... My personal favorites are Zealot Frenzy and Phantom Mode
  4. Bwahaha! You did get me xD . And dear sweet Celestia, DIAMOND!? Yeah... It's official... you're going to kick my flank back to Ponyville Elementary School... I never passed Silver League. I, uh, prefer Custom Maps...
  5. Oh my... I didn't expect such a warm welcoming so quickly! If I wasn't sure before, I am now; I'm going to like it here Thanks, Winter! Haha, I'll have to take you up on your "going easy" offer; I haven't played SC II in quite a while! You'll kick my flank right back to Bronze League, honest! But I'd be more than happy to go some rounds. As for the game developing... I wish I could say we're anywhere near completion, but we've got a lot to do before it'll be done. But, I will more than most definitely alert you when it is done (2-3 years from now :S...) It's going to be for the iPad, but it won't be a silly mini-game like Jetpack Joyride. We wanted to make a full blown RPG for the iPad since there really isn't that many on the market for it. It'll be 100% original and have at the very least 20 hours of gameplay. It's nice to see the moderators are kind enough to take time to welcome the newbies, and so quickly! Thanks, MyLittlePonyTales. Hope to see you around You have my gratitude, Shyshy! I'll be sure to ask if I have some questions and, don't worry, I will. What a coincidence! I was browsing some of the Roleplaying section before I decided to join and it was your thread (To Brave the Everfree) that I was looking at over in the Free Roleplay section. Small world afterall, huh? hehe And of course I will be your friend, CrescentBlaze! A Roo for you I shall be!
  6. About Myself: I love gaming. Whether it be online, single player, RTS, RPG, FPS, etc, I'm what you would call your "hardcore" gamer. Can't really blame me either; Dad was an IBM technician, and by the age of two and a half I was playing Super Mario World. I then traveled onward in the virtual world to Zelda, Diablo, Starcraft, Warcraft, Guild Wars, Team Fortress 2, and many other games. Currently, my favorite series is the Zelda series, the new Skyward Sword topping as my favorite out of the franchise. My passion for gaming has lead me to follow the career path of a game designer, starting a business with a close friend and working hard to create our first game. Geekiness aside, I also am a lifeguard, I enjoy fishing, reading, writing, and can walk on my hands! How I found Canterlot.com: After becoming a fan of MLP:FiM, I really wanted to get into the series. I searched "My Little Pony Fansites" in Google and found a wiki that had a list. Canterlot.com was on the list, and I got excited; I love roleplaying and I love MLP, so this seemed to be the perfect combination! How I became a fan of MLP:FiM: You can thank my significant other for introducing me to the series. I had heard of it before, but I never dared thought of watching *gasp!* My Little Pony! My friend and I couldn't understand why so many people were into a show who's target audience was far different than the mass of its fanbase. The funny thing is, my special someone didn't even ask me to watch the series. She only told me it was one of her favorite shows, so I figured I'd give it a chance to see why it was so great. To my surprise, I fell in love with the series. I've already watched all of Season One within a week, and I have just recently started on Season Two. I've decided to thank my significant other with a plushie of Rainbow Dash (her favorite pony), handmade too! I can't wait for it to arrive so I can give it to her. My favourite main cast pony/s: Fluttershy If I were a pony, what would I be like? I'd definitely be a green unicorn, with a blonde tail/mane. I'd say I'm nearly a Stallion now, and my cutie mark would easily be a game controller (no brand specifically). If I had to hang out with one of the main ponies from the series, it'd definitely be Pinkie Pie, simply because she knows how to have fun. But I think my favorite is still Fluttershy; she's so cute and adorable! I look forward to becoming involved with my fellow bronies and pegasisters!
