Name: Regulis, but shortened to Rulis. Sex: Female. Age: Mare. Species: Pegasus Pony. Eye Color: Baby Blue. Coat Color: Pale, flesh coloured/Peach Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: A short, flicked up mane. A long choppy tail, both are bright, firey red. Physique: A slim, athletic physic. Cutie Mark: Around 5 or 6 feathers stacked upoon eachother. When Rulis was a young filly, she was ill. Though she was born in Cloudsdale, she was moved very quickly to a Canterlot hospital for fillys. Coming back after a few years to start school, her cutie mark appeared the first time she put her hooves on clouds. Ever since she had always had a talent at handling bad weather around cloudsdale, with her parents, who were also weather ponys but stationed in cloudsdale, letting Rulis come to work with them, and suprising them on how well she delt with thunderclouds that would have made a apprentice weather pony struggle. Origin/Residence: Origenally from Canterlot as a filly, but becoming a weather pony means she has to travel all over equestia to help with extreme weather problems. But is now taking a small vacation in PonyVille. Occupation: Becoming a weather pony just like her parents, Rulis has the oppotunity to travel all over equestria to assist with the weather of other towns and citys. Motivation: As becoming a weather pony as she left school, she lost touch with old friends and now because she has to go to the next town once her job is finished in a specific area, Rulis has not had enough time to really make some life long friends and hopes to settle down one day. But Not too soon, she isn't ready to give up her some what dangerous life of dealing with extreme weather and meeting new ponies in every place she goes. Likes: When Rulis was a filly, he head was always in a good fantasy book, but as she has grown older and has no time for such things, her favorite thing in her life is that every night, when she has to traveling to a new town. Rulis has to set up camp, and looking up at the stars, next to a small but bright campfire is a wonderful thing to her. Dislikes: At first, when she began her job. Rulis hated that she had to leave every pony she met in every town, as her job was too demanding for her to constently send letters to these ponies. The contact with them soon died out. Also she doesn't like spiders. Character Summary: Born in cloudsdale, Rulis did not have a happy beginning as she had health problems and was taken to a Canterlot hospital for fillys. Coming back a few years later to start flight school, Rulis was thilled as she had never met fillys and colts who were pegasi like herself as canterlot was, in her opinion, over run by unicorns. Being the first in her class to get a cutie mark, Rulis knew what she was going to do with her life and when she left school, Rulis joined the weather ponies. Not content with her short life in cloudsdale, Rulis left to travel. Once her mother and father were too old to care for themselfs, Rulis worked hard to put them into a Cloudsdale home. And now works hard to support the bills and now unable to stop working as she finds no other job pays as well and as she never learned no other skills for another other work. Not letting her parents know this burden, Rulis continues to travel. After she gets a yearly bonus that will sustain her and her parents for a good few months, she decides to have a small vacation in PonyVille. Loving the sites, food and Ponies, Rulis tried to find work but as she was unable, Rulis promised herself she would always come back here when she had the chance. Her current struggle was finding a place to stay as the small town seemed over crowed with ponies. Rulis has a very caring personality, always quick to help any pony in help. But some times she feels things are stacking up too much and can be very stressed and snap at innocent ponies. She is very excitable but shy pony. As in her life Rulis has not had much social skills, but tries her best, Trying to show a strong face all the time, Rulis wants a special some pony to really see the pressure that is on her shoulders.
