    Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

    Stopped watching at first episode during the 8 minutes and 28 second mark.

    Please, make it stop! It's. SO. DUUUUUUUUUUUULL!

    It's like Lucky Star, but with even less believable characters and even more dull. How can you make something duller than lucky star? HOW?

    Can you point me to an episode where it already has picked up? please? I refuse to eat my vegetables to get to my dessert.

    Madoka Magica doesn't really start getting interesting or 'original' until after you've watched episode 3.

    After that, it's either you love it, or hate it.

    I personally think you should continue to stick it out until you've watched the third, then decide to give up~

    Pretty bored I am.

    And I need another excuse to draw ponies! =D

    Sweet glorious ponies....

    So I've decided to open up a request thread of sorts~

    I do like having references, or even just 'detailed descriptions' of what they look like.

    It's okay if you don't have one though; I can deal.

    Lets see... I'll start off by taking only 4 requests at a time

    so please don't request something until AFTER slots have been reopened.

    Or I may have to ignore them... =(

    Motivation: Shutterbug's cutie mark represents her love of picture taking.

    Likes: Photos, taking pictures of nature, organizing stuff, nature, ladybugs, cleaning, "the simple pleasures of life".

    Dislikes: Disorganization, messes, dealing with her cousin's chemical spills.

    Character Summary: Shutterbug comes from a fairly small but close-knit family, which mainly consists of her laid-back uncle, her cousin Antimony, and herself. Because they consist of only 3 people, or rather ponies, when someone's in need they make sure to do whatever they can to help pitch in. So when her uncle found out about her job not raking in the green, he simply insisted that they help her out by him sending her money to help pay for supplies whenever necessary, and sending his daughter off to move in with Shutter, to help develop her photos faster.

    Ever since she was a filly, Shutterbug has always loved looking at pictures. Be it photos of nature, still life or models€€Âshe loved them all. One day at school, she had to do a presentation on "something you love". Because she loved them so much, she decided to do a presentation on photos. But poor Shutter had no money at the time to buy herself a camera, so instead she built her very first pinhole camera. After building it, trying it out, and taking a look at that very first picture, she knew this was her calling; she knew she wanted to work with photos for the rest of her life.

    Shutterbug is a generally easygoing, laid-back and spirited unicorn who lives in Fillydelphia. She owns and runs The Photo Shop, a photography store/studio but, well... despite it being a job centered around the thing she loves most, it isn't a job she seems to be taking very seriously. Some of her negative traits are that she does not like to work very hard nor likes doing most strenuous activities, and is often too 'unmotivated' in doing anything that doesn't interest her.

    Ah. My reasoning behind that is that, because she never really bothered or cared for looking for her special talent when she was younger and just lived life/had fun, she didn't get her mark -- because she never went out looking for it nor did she do anything related to it until she worked at her cousin's studio.

    And at that time, not only did she not really socialize with anyone else, but she was kinda using working there as a means of escape from everyone else because of the fact she had no mark and was embarrassed. So the thought of chemicals being "it" never occurred to her; 'twas just something she thought she liked doing, like a hobby. Until one day she was kinda forced to come out of her shell when she got a new co-worker, and it was only then when she started to explain all about the do's and don'ts about the chemicals they use to someone else, did she realize how much she actually loved chemistry.

    But oh wells. So you think I should change that part?
