Phyrexian hulk walked to winter and looked up at him "i warned you...im even going a step below my usual methods...i dont want to see you die..."

He walked into the forest and set up a trap...if winter was flying it would net him...same thing if walking

he sighed and his armor returned to the gems. they glowed and shot black energy at the gum wich then shattered. he smiled mockingly at Discord. "That was not too bad...not too good either but not bad...MY TURN!" his horn glowed and 2 giant slabs of stone shot out of the ground and smashed Discord in between them. "ah...sweet irony...history repeats itself and at the same time is 'set in stone'...bwahahaha hahaha mwahahaha!" he coughed to stop the laughing...

Phyrexian hulk returned to the temple and re-equiped himself ...ready for round 2......it started to rain......the drops bounced off his already rusted body

The young alicorn smirked and dodged the chocolate milk......he felt the godlike tug on his body and shrugged...he wasn't being made to do something he wasn't going to do himself... "Who you callin' a freak ya walking circus animal mash up? and never call me lesser......it wont end well for you..." he dived toward Discord and his horn glowed...he felt power surge and a beam of light shot from his horn into the sky......it LOOKED as though nothing happened......he landed steady and look at discord with bright yellow eyes with pupils like those of a dragon......

A purple unicorn with wings was walking through the grounds of the canterlot castle, the 2 gold bands he wore on each of legs shining bright each had a black gem in the center...he glanced at the front gate and stopped......he saw someone there...and it sure wasn't a pony...the winged unicorn flicked his blade like black and yellow tail and shook out his mane......he spread his wings and took to the sky......he sped towards the figure "hey bub! what ya up to hanging around the castle?!?" his sharp horn glowed and his gems did too......the gems turned into obsidian armor around him...

he saw winter tiring "......you have not fought back...i will leave you so you may rest...but i suggest for your sake that you don't continue looking for the phyrexian ruins" with that he vanished into the woods...

pyrexian hulk lowered his altitude and flew by some trees......he reached out and grabbed one as he flew by...he ripped it from the ground and flew higher ......he chucked it at winter "catch!"

He saw the way winter flew and couldn't help but clap "nice trick...but it will take more than that to loose me" he charged at him through the air

Phyrexian Hulk chased him with surprising speed for such an old construct......he sped up and his gears grinded as he pulled his arm back and slammed his fist into the ground......a huge boulder came out of the ground and he punched it...sending it at winter...... "the other guardian"

The guardian saw him fly and activated his own flight systems......ancient gears turned and metal panels slid open......old rusted jets sent him crashing through tree branches and into the air......the guardian was known as Phyrexian Hulk (9th edition). "none shall enter phyrexia without his permission......none"

The guardian spoke again "......thats what the last one said......and now all we have is the temple......we will not allow our home to lose its final monument......" he looked at winter......the red laser light of the guardian's right eye focussed between winters eyes

The metal guardian spoke again "those who would dare try to deface the resting place of my lost people will not be tolerated......i am one of 2 who remain to guard this, our home." he moved abit so his location would not be comprimised......

The metal guardian lumbered through the forest and stopped when he spotted the intruder. "leave now...the ruins are not meant for your kind." he stayed hidden

The woods thickened and twisted. the figure from before emerged from another vortex and spoke to the metal guardian who awaited his orders "There is an intruder in our midst...stop him at all costs...he must not reach the temple." the guardian nodded and walked into the forest to do as ordered "i shall not fail"

As Winter landed a dark silhouette of a unicorn with wings emerged from the shadows of some nearby trees. The figure's bright yellow eys glowed. A dark voice came from it. "Those who seek the remains of my pony's home are doomed to fail...turn back now and your life shall be spared...do not seek the remanes of Phyrexia..." With that the strange figure vanished into a strange purple vortex

In the darkest part of the Everfree Forest there lies a strange temple made of rusted and twisted metal that is said to be guarded by two powerful beings. One a masive metal giant of unknown origins and immense physical power. The other is said to be a master of dark powers that few ponies have seen. This temple that they are said to guard is supposedly the remains of a lost civilization of ancient mechanical titans that once lived along side a warrior race of ponies. This is where our story begins.

Origin/Residence:Lives in the Everfree Forest where he was born. Occupation:Is currently a scavenger gathering supplies to build his steam creations. Motivation:He is motivated by revenge so he can avenge his lost family. Character Summary:he once lived happily with his mother ,Melody, a red Unicorn with sparkling green eyes who was a royal mage from canterlot at sometime, and father ,Brice, a strong and dedicated blue earth pony with an amazing sense of honor who was an engineer in ponyvile, and sister ,Sylvia, a yellow pegasus with one red and one blue eye, in the Everfree Forest. His parents met when repairs were needed to be done on the canterlot castle and Lightning's father was head of the team in charge of the heavy machinery. He was injured when a temporary support beam fell on him, it was Melody who had healed him with her magic. Melody and Brice fell in love and got married within the following year. After some years in Canterlot they decided to move to the Everfree to get away from city life and bond with nature, then years later Lightning was born. After about 3 years Melody gave birth to little Sylvia. One day many years later Lightning's parents went missing sometime after going to gather food and he stepped up to take care of his baby sister...there was no sign of them or there captors...only some disturbed earth and broken branches. his parents remain missing to this day and he is always thinking of them. one summer day ,while he and his sister were in their separate rooms relaxing, his home had caught on fire...he and his sister had been separated during the inferno and he had to use the scorched wreckage of his home to survive after by creating a masive metal structure that he uses as his home...he now lives in the darkest part of the Everfree to avoid too much unnecessary interaction with others as he is actually afraid that he might hurt somepony if he forms an attachment to them, though he wishes he could make friends and end his loneliness. as time went on he found he could use his unicorn magic to construct giant structures of stone wood and metal and devices such as trip traps to defend himself from the dangers of the forest, he also uses this skill to create weapons that he carries manely a sword and shield, though depending on factors such as material, size of the object, what the object is that he is trying to build, ect., it may tkae time to actually construct things. this earned him his strange cutie mark. He wears 2 golden bands on each leg...each band has an ancient black magical gem set into it, they help him focus his powers and glow differently depending on his mood, they were gifts from his mother. He has blamed himself for everything that has happened to his family because he thinks he could have done more and seeks out those who took parents and those who started the fire that destroyed his home. he also calls out for his sister everyday. He first appears cold and distant with no trace of emotion. but he is really a kind and compassionate pony who would give his life for his friends. he is meticulous and at the same time quick to act. he has a massive temper and an extremely short fuse but he will hold it inside if at all possible.
