  1. Bull Dozer looked down at Shanna when the sudden turn threw her against him. His hooves that were up at the moment, slowly came down around the mare. Since the safety bar prevented him from hugging her completely, he settled for a side-hug. The brown stallion felt the mare nuzzling against him, and smiled happily at her affection. The last hill gave him the same feeling as the others, but now it was hard to differentiate between whether it was the ride that made him feel that, or if it was his feelings for Shanna. Either way, it was amazing. After their cart reached the bottom and came to a stop, Bull Dozer still felt the adrenaline coursing through his veins. When the beautiful pegasus mare asked what he thought about the ride, he just stared at her. He was caught by her beauty once again...and the rush of the thrill ride made his next move less of a decision and more of an impulse. Bull Dozer leaned down and pressed his lips against the mare’s. He kissed her with a fiery passion that was fueled by the excitement he got from the roller coaster. Indeed, this kiss was a bit more rough than the one they shared at Big Time’s party, but the brown stallion was able to not kiss too roughly. The kiss only lasted a few minutes, and when he pulled back, he blushed and flashed his sheepish grin. “Uh...sorry about that, Ms. Skybright...I s’pose this ride really got to me.” He chuckled nervously. The operator had already begun going cart by cart and pressing the release button on the safety bars.
  2. Bull Dozer laughed and closed his eyes as they hit the barrel roll. The feeling was similar to going through the loop, his stomach rising up to his chest. That tickling sensation is what made him laugh, though. This had to have been the happiest he’d felt in his entire life. He was on a thrill ride, feeling an adrenaline rush that was foreign to him, and on top of that, he was soaking in the love he was feeling for Shanna... Bull Dozer paused at that thought. Love? He didn’t know for sure if that’s what he was feeling, but he recognized how powerful that word was. In a way, he surprised himself that he so easily threw that word into his thoughts about Shanna. Really, when he thought about her, he thought about love. However, he knew better than to just go throwing that word around. The ride continued down the track taking another sharp turn before slowing down. It seemed that the cart was going to come to a stop. However, for all Bull Dozer knew, the roller coaster could just as easily have jolted forward and made another turn, but he didn’t know.
  3. Bull Dozer blushed a little as she gave him a kiss on the lips. Even though the kiss they shared at the dance was much more heated and passionate, the after-effect was the same. It left the large stallion in a silly smile with an entranced gaze. However, Bull Dozer turned his attention back to the ride as soon as they crested the hill, he looked at what awaited them once they reached the bottom. Excitedly, the blond earth-pony pointed a hoof at the part of the track that seemed to twist. “Look! It looks like we’re gonna do a barrel roll too!” Right after he said that, the cart started down the large hill, the feeling even more exhilarating than the last time. Again, Bull Dozer let out a “whoo hoo!” as they dipped all the way to the bottom.
  4. Big Time listened to Destiny Star brag about herself, and start talking about how the issue being solved was because of her special talent. The blue pegasus had tuned her out, though. He want to be rude to her, and he still wanted to keep her out of trouble, but the conflicting emotions he was feeling were getting to him at the moment. Was getting Bull Dozer to apologize really worth it? Was that grudge that was held over all these years really worth it? Big Time shook his head. He had to clear his mind. The time for being sad would have to come later. Right now, he had a party to maintain, and bits to earn. Surely that hole he had on the inside could be filled with bits. That’s how it always worked before, so the talent agent was sure it would work this time as well. With a smile returning to his face, the blue pegasus looked to see Destiny Star chasing after saddlesore “...oh boy...that wont end well...” Though he wanted to see how the chase ended, Big Time walked over to the clip-board. He needed to see who all was going to perform tonight. Plus, looking at the list of potential clients always lifted his spirits. “Yeah...I didn’t either, Ms. Skybright...” Bull Dozer commented. He put a hoof around her to hug her back, and closed eyes for a moment. He may not have felt good, but he was definitely feeling better than Big Time was. Apologizing to the talent agent hurt both of them, however with Shanna hugging him and giving him praise, Bull Dozer was already healing to the point where he didn’t care about the dispute. Bull Dozer listened about the deal Hoss made with Big Time. Even though Bull Dozer was still somewhat angry at the talent agent, he took comfort in Shanna’s words. Her smile was contagious. The brown stallion smiled down at her, nodding his head also. At least now he could see how Shanna looked when she was flying. He was sure it was nothing less than graceful. Big Time looked over his shoulder as Shanna approached the table. He raised an eyebrow, then was hit with realization, “oh yeah, the air show.” The blue pegasus stepped aside so the brown and black mare could access the sign-up sheet. “Go ahead and put you and your brothers name down, and also what you will be doing.”
  5. ((OOC: I’m gonna remove Big Time lol I haven't been keeping up with the RP very well XD)) Big Time leaned forward and took another sip of his tea. He was very impressed with Sherlock’s talent as a detective. It was entertaining to see how the earth-pony could find an answer through piecing together small clues. However, the blue pegasus thought twice about actually taking this stallion on as a client. He was already infamous, and most likely didn’t even need a talent agent like him. The blue pegasus checked a clock that was up on the wall of Pony Joe’s restaurant. He gasped a little he saw the time, choking for a moment on his green tea. “Ah! Shoot! I forgot, I have an appointment!” The talent agent looked to Misty, then pulled out a card from beneath his wing and set it on the table before her. He didn’t know if he’d given her one already or not, but it was better to be safe than sorry. “I’m afraid I have to go now. Keep my card if you think you’ll want to start performing, or if you just need some more details about what I have in mind,” Big Time smiled and winked at the petite unicorn, “with my help, I could get you in the big time, in no time.” After delivering his somewhat corny line, Big Time slid out of the booth and walked through the double doors. Now that the sun was more present, the blue pegasus was even more grateful for his sunglasses. His meeting with the caterers would be a little delayed, but the events that took place in the restaurant at least had him leaving in a happy mood.
  6. “A loop?” Bull Dozer shouted over the rushing wind and screaming ponies. He had no idea what was in store for him, so when the cart went upside down, he let out a loud: “Whoa!” Though it surprised him, the feeling afterwards was even more of a thrill. It was like coming close to death, and narrowly escaping. Even though the roller coaster was built with safety in mind, Bull Dozer pretended that it wasn’t, which made the whole experience all the more exciting. All of a sudden the cart slowed to a stop, then slowly started to climb another hill, this one bigger than the one they had gone up before. As they climbed, the thrilled stallion took this time to glance down at Shanna. Her smile only made his excitement turn into a more romantic feeling. Bull Dozer brought his muzzle down to hers and nuzzled her gently. Since he was feeling a little more relaxed, he loosened his grip on the pegasus’s hoof.
  7. Alright, I had this idea swimming around for an awesome PMV, but I want somepony who actually has both the skill and time to do it XD I was recently listening to "Sweet Lady Marmalade" (the new version) and thought it would go perfect into a PMV since...well...all the singers are girls, and most the ponies in the show are girls lmao This could just be my inner Christina Aguilera and P!nk fan coming out...but it just sounds like it'd be so awesome! What do you folks think? For those unfamiliar with the song, you can listen to it hurr:
  8. “Alright, Ms. Skybright...” Bull Dozer said. He couldn’t close his eyes, though, the feeling of the wind brushing against his coat and main at this height was too thrilling. It all felt surreal. Being the employee of a construction company, going to very high altitudes was a requirement...however, right now it was different. He couldn’t tell how it was different, but it just was. That feeling soon got vanquished as the roller coaster started on its decent. It felt like his stomach was rising, and a tingling chill went up his spine. It tickled, to say the least, and it made him display a broad smile while holding Shanna’s hoof as tight as he could without hurting her.. They were going down at what felt to be a rapid pace, and it was one of the funnest feelings Bull Dozer ever had, other than breaking wood of course. The large stallion gave a loud “whoo!” as the coaster dipped low and rose back up a smaller hill, making them go up and down quickly. Bull Dozer laughed, his eyes wide with excitement. Was this really what flying was like? If so, then it was no wonder Shanna seemed to love it.
  9. When Shanna strutted proudly to the roller coaster, Bull Dozer breathed a small sigh of relief that she was not mad. The brown stallion thought that after his jumbling of words, he would surely deserve a cold-shoulder. Nevertheless, he trotted behind her. Bull Dozer got into his seat next to Shanna. He towered over her in comparison, so it looked a little bit goofy. To try and distract himself of his embarrassing moment, Bull Dozer fussed with the safety bar, trying to get it tight enough to secure Shanna, but loose enough that it was not suffocating him. Suddenly, Bull Dozer’s ears perk as Shanna whispered to him. He felt glad that she understood what he was trying to say, even if it did come out a little inappropriate. However, when she mentioned about his subconscious, and how maybe one day... Bull Dozer accidently released the safety bar before it could click into place, and it jolted back into its upright position. He went wide-eyed and blushed deeper than when he was talking like a foal. “Uh...w-wow...” Before the large stallion could say anything else, the ride-operator had appeared next to their cart and pushed the safety bar until it clicked a total of three times. Before Bull Dozer had time to even look at the pony, the operator moved on to check the other ponies. Within seconds, they were off. The ride jolted forward, which took Bull Dozer by surprise. This being his first time on a roller coaster, everything felt very foreign. Instinctively, he moved his hoof over so it was on top of Shanna’s.
  10. Bull Dozer smiled and tightened his lips to contain his laughter. “That must’ve been pretty embarrassing...not to mention painful for the pony that was trying to get fresh.” Even though he was stifling his laughter, he still felt a little pang of protectiveness strike him in the side. He didn’t know why, but he wanted to keep his eyes peeled for any stallions that may be looking at her. Bull Dozer nodded his head to her and grinned, “don’t worry though, Ms. Skybright, you’re secret is safe with me.” The brown stallion responded to her snuggling by purposefully standing taller and puffing out his chest. He tried to flex his muscles at the same time to show off for the mare. After she spoke about him scaring off anypony that would want to hit on her, Bull Dozer chuckled. “I’d be more than happy to keep those ponies off you, Ms. Skybright,” Bull Dozer said while glaring down at her with his hazel eyes. He could’ve ended his sentence there...but unfortunately his mouth started to move faster than his mind. Bull Dozer expressed another chuckle, “I’m the only pony allowed on you-” He went wide-eyed and blushed. Did he really just say that? “I mean. I’m the only pony that’d be in on you...er...” he started to stutter a little bit as his face twisted into a combination of confusion and embarrassment. Even though he wanted to shut up, he just couldn’t. “W-What I mean to say is, you’d be on me too...no...” Bull Dozer face-hoofed. After a few seconds of silence the stormcloud of words that were in his mind at the moment finally began to calm down. “...I’m sorry.” After he said that, the ponies that were on the roller coaster ride had come to a stop and were finally getting off. The ride operator opened the gate to let Shanna and Bull Dozer through. Bull Dozer returned his hoof to the ground, and looked at Shanna. His grin and apologetic eyes almost begging her to forget about what he just said.
  11. “Not as remarkable as you, Ms. Skybright,” Bull Dozer said happily. He tended to ignore too much talk about his personal past. He wasn’t sad about it or anything, he simply just ignored any part of it that would be considered bad. Plus, they were at the carnival, it was a place built for having fun, and he was going to abide by that standard. After the next ponies got on, Bull Dozer and Shanna stood at the gate. They were next. As they waited for the ponies to get off the ride, the brown stallion struck up some more conversation. “So what’s it like having a brother? To be honest, it sounds like it’d be kinda cool. Like havin’ a permanent best friend.”
  12. Big Time was shocked to see Destiny Star stand at his side and try to defend him against Bull Dozer. He didn’t even know that he and she had become best friends. He didn’t complain, though, he was just glad somepony was supporting his side of things. When Hoss began talking with Big Time, the blue pegasus just sighed. “I don’t think that giant doofus is going to apologize for anything...” Big Time stated, “...but if he does, then yes, he can stay...and that air show would be much appreciated for the talent show.” The blue pegasus was still angry at Bull Dozer, but he was more willing to forgive and forget...he just never had forgiven the bulky earth-pony for what had happened. Bull Dozer had stared daggers at Big Time, even when the DJ pony got between them. He hadn’t even noticed Shanna, Hoss or Mojo until Shanna pulled him aside to talk to him. He was still visibly upset at the whole situation, and he didn’t care who noticed it. His expression became even more distraught when Shanna started asking him to apologize. “But I didn’t do anything wrong?! Why should I apologize to him for doing something when I was a little colt!” Bull Dozer shook his head, “I don’t want to give him the satisfaction of hearing me apologize...” The brown stallion looked over to Big Time again, but when he turned back to look at Shanna, he saw her wink and start to use her charm to twist his opinion. Bull Dozer looked down as if in deep contemplation. At first, he spoke in an annoyed tone “look, Ms. Skybright...” The large earth-pony cleared his throat, then spoke more politely to the mare, “...I really don’t want to apologize to that no-good, grudge-holding nancy-colt that doesn’t even deserve to be called a stallion. I came here tonight to finally settle things between me and him, whether it ended nicely, or it ended in a hoof fight...” The prideful stallion let his sentence hang in the air for a moment before continuing: “...but...” He looked to Shanna. “...I s’pose that was before I met you...and I want you to be happy more than anything...so if you think it’d make him look stupid, then I guess I’ll give it a shot...” The brown stallion took a deep breath then turned towards Big Time. He walked towards the talent agent, all the while taking a short glance to Mojo and Beat Match. Bull Dozer didn’t say anything, though, he didn’t want to. The moment felt more humiliating than anything else, especially with all the ponies watching. Big Time looked at Bull Dozer, his green eyes lit up as he realized that Bull Dozer might actually go through with an apology. Bull Dozer kept his head up, but his ears were lowered. “Big Time...” he said, finding it hard to speak through all the rage he had bottled up. The next two words out of the earth-ponies mouth came out slow and strained. “...I’m sorry...” Big Time was taken aback. He couldn’t believe his ears. After all these years of fighting with the bulky stallion, he finally got the apology he wanted so badly to hear...then why didn’t it feel fulfilling? Why didn’t hearing Bull Dozer’s apology give the talent agent any sense of satisfaction? Big Time couldn’t stand that feeling, he had to push things further, “...for what?” Bull Dozer went wide-eyed. He had to say more?! The destruction worker had almost hit Big Time again, but thought first about how Shanna would feel about that. Instead, he tried to keep playing along. “...for...knocking over your stupi-” Bull Dozer interrupted himself, “...your sand castle...” “...and...?” Big Time looked at Bull Dozer challengingly, as if he wanted Bull Dozer to hit him again. “...and...and hitting you...” Bull Dozer lowered his head and looked away. Big Time paused for a moment, as if considering Bull Dozer’s apology. However, in reality, he was looking for some type of emotion to feel about this...but he felt nothing. It was like there was a hole in his stomach. “I forgive you,” Big Time said. He then almost immediately turned away and trotted back to his spot at the corner of the room. He didn’t even worry about his sunglasses that had been knocked onto the dance floor and broken. Bull Dozer exhaled and walked back over to Shanna, his head still low and his eyes avoiding any sort of contact.
  13. Bull Dozer smiled at the kiss on the nose, and looked to Shanna with a loving glare. He definitely wouldn’t mind getting more of those from her. His ears perked a little at her question and he shook his head, “I’m afraid not, Ms. Skybright. I was an only child.” He laughed, “my parents had their hooves full with just one foal...I couldn’t imagine what they’d have to put up with if they had two.” After Shanna spoke about her parents possibly wanting another foal, Bull Dozer nodded his head respectfully, “well congratulations, Ms. Skybright. That’d be lovely to have more ponies like you in this world.” The brown stallion noticed the line getting even shorter. After the next ponies got on, it would be their turn. Bull Dozer looked to Shanna again, “I don’t think my mom and dad are gonna have any more children, mostly because I was so troublesome.” The large stallion paused, “Well...there's that, and my mom kinda ran off with some other stallion. So it’s just been me and my dad. We’ve done good on our own, though.” As Bull Dozer explained, he didn’t seem troubled by it at all. It was as if this situation were normal for every colt to have gone through...at least that’s how he saw it.
  14. ((OOC: bleh, this reply turned out to be longer than I thought sorry about that...)) Big Time listened to Destiny Star begin talking about her special talent. He was intrigued with her talking about singing and dancing, but when she mentioned being part of the talent show, the blue pegasus was surprised. He didn’t remember having her name put on the list of contestants. That thought was instantly abandoned when the DJ congratulated a new couple, and put a spotlight on them. Big Time looked at the two ponies in the spotlight, and whispered beneath his breath, “...I knew it...” Big Time turned to ask Destiny Star to follow him, but was shocked to see that Saddlesore had actually moved in and given her a kiss on the lips! In a way, the talent agent was glad to see somepony else keeping her busy, so he decided to use this moment to slip away. “I’ll let you two be...” Big Time moved through the crowd, his target now set. He was going to have a stern talk with Bull Dozer...and maybe they could finally settle their argument...hopefully with the brown stallion’s apology. Bull Dozer was in a world of his own. The kiss had helped him settle all the worries that crept through his mind. It was the happiest he had felt in his entire life...that is, until the spotlight was shown on he and Shanna. His eyes opened wide, and he slowly separated from the kiss and looked around at all the ponies that were watching them. The brown stallion’s hazel eyes narrowed as he realized that they had become somewhat the center of attention. Bull Dozer looked back to Shanna. "Mmmm, I guess it's official now, huh?" “Uh...y-yeah...I guess it is...um...” Bull Dozer fumbled. This whole thing caught him by surprise. “Ms. Skybright, I-” “Well well well,” came a familiar voice from behind the blond stallion. Bull Dozer didn’t even need to turn to face him to know who it was. The large earth-pony winced at the sound of Big Time’s voice. Bull Dozer looked into Shanna’s eyes. He had a choice to make...and even with Shanna here, he couldn’t let this moment pass him up. The brown stallion returned his front hooves to the ground and turned to face the talent agent. “Big Time...” said Bull Dozer. “...I don’t suppose you’ve come to my party just for fun,” Big Time said. “Are you here to apologize? Have you finally seen the error of your ways?” Bull Dozer furrowed his eyebrows, “what in the hay did I do wrong?! You’re still mad about somethin’ that happened years ago!” “It still happened,” Big Time pointed out. Now, Bull Dozer was getting furious. He lowered his head intimidatingly, gritting his teeth to try and keep himself from turning this into a physical fight. “Listen, you! You better stop bringing this thing up!” “Or what?” “Or else...” Big Time squinted and lowered his head as well, “don’t do anything you’ll regret, Bull Dozer.” Bull Dozer butted his head against Big Time’s, “don’t give me a reason...” The two just stared at each other angrily for a moment. Even with Big Time’s eyes hidden behind sunglasses, the rage could be felt burning through the lenses. After almost a minute of nonstop staring, Big Time was the first to speak. “I think it’d be best if you left this party...” Bull Dozer opened his mouth to say something back to him, but decided against it. He just huffed and turned his back on the blue stallion. He mumbled just loud enough for Big Time to hear. “I can’t believe idiots like you actually make bits.” Big Time, hearing this, responded with his own insult, “I can’t believe a big oaf like you always runs to daddy when things get tough.” Bull Dozer’s eyes went wide, and his mouth hung open. That insult really hit him where it hurt. Without even thinking twice about it, the large brown stallion turned around and brought his hoof to Big Times cheek. He hit the blue pegasus, which made a snapping noise as his hoof broke the talent agents sunglasses and sent them flinging to the floor. It was uncalled for...but Bull Dozer couldn’t respond any other way. Big Time, however, was much more composed. Even though he had just been hit, he simply rubbed his cheek with a hoof and looked at Bull Dozer with a disappointed expression. “Why am I not surprised you did that?” Big Time said. “...first, you buck down my sandcastle back in elementary school, and now this. You’re just a complete bully, aren’t you?” “That was back in second grade, and you wont let it go!” Addmitedly, the two stallions arguing over something as small as kicking over a sandcastle was...silly. But to them, logic didn’t have any place in this dispute.
  15. “Hehe...” Bull Dozer chuckled and blushed. “Well...I do love to buck things...” The brown stallion leaned his head down and nuzzled Shanna. “...plus, I think I’d be more happy being able to fly around with you, than bein’ the top weather pony.” Bull Dozer looked at the ride as Shanna pointed it out. He looked just in time to see the roller coaster shooting downwards. The brown stallion lit up a little at the sight. “That looks like a lotta fun.” He had never been on a roller coaster before, but he always wanted to see how fun it would be. After upsetting his parents with his behavior on the ferris wheel, they decided not to take him to any more amusement parks. However, Bull Dozer didn’t share that part of his history. He wanted to seem like he had more experience with things...even if he hadn’t ever done them before. It was a pride thing.
  16. Bull Dozer looked up in thought for a moment. He had only been to the carnival once in his life, and it was back when he was a foal. “I’m not quite sure, Ms. Skybright. I don’t think my parents took me on many of the rides...mostly because I kept trying to buck them down...even though their mostly made of metal. “I s’pose when I got bucked off of all the rides, my parents just took me to the food court. So I know what I like there, which is darn near everything.” The brown stallion shook his head to stop himself from reminiscing. “Anyway...I suppose the ferris wheel was my favorite ride before they told me I couldn’t go on there anymore.” He laughed, “that little cart we were in was rocking like crazy...almost gave my parents a heart attack since we were so high up.” Though it didn’t seem like it now, Bull Dozer’s story proved just how much of a restless and troublesome foal he was.
  17. The blond stallion smiled and grabbed his cone with a hoof also and started to take his usual large bites out of it. “Let’s head on over to the rides...and you were sayin’ that I’ll see how it feels to fly?” Bull Dozer looked at Shanna quizzically. “I would hope none of these rides launch me into the air or nothin’.” The brown stallion chuckled a little at his own joke. Bull Dozer walked with Shanna through the games section, where many of the employees of the carnival persistently tried to get the couple to participate in some of their games. “Come on! It’s an easy prize!” “Why not win something for your date, there!” The determined earth-pony wasn’t having any of it though, he maintained his course and led Shanna to the back part of the carnival. The sound of rollercoasters and loud screaming only made it that much harder to communicate, but still, Bull Dozer’s booming voice was able to cut through it like a hot knife through butter. “I think I see that Wonderbolt ride you were talking about.” The stallion led Shanna over to the rollercoaster and saw that the line was relatively long. They would probably be in line for about fifteen minutes to get on the ride, but Bull Dozer knew that with Shanna as company, the time would fly by.
  18. Big Time listened...and listened...and listened....he was fighting the urge to fall asleep, but he had to keep himself looking interested. “Is that right?” said the pegasus stallion. He had no idea what Destiny Star had just said, but he simply followed the ‘smile and nod’ method. At least she wasn’t upsetting anypony else. However he had never been more happy that she couldn’t see his eyes, because they closed at some points during their conversation. “So...” Big Time interrupted her story with a question, “...what’s you’re special talent?” He honestly didn’t know if she had already told him that or not, but at this point, he needed to at least get the conversation to be about something he cold relate to. Who knows, she could be utterly dull and troublesome, yet have an amazing talent. The beating of the music began to match up with the beating of his heart. The air around him felt electric, like what he was about to do would cause a spark. Bull Dozer worried what he was going to do would have been too soon...but everything about this moment, the dancing, the beauty of her eyes looking up at him, it all felt right. This was something he needed to do, it was what his body told him to do, as did his heart. Bull Dozer didn’t waste any time. With one swift movement, he closed the distance between he and Shanna’s heads. The brown stallion pressed his lips against hers, plunging them into a passionate kiss. His eyes closed, and his head tilted a little to make the moment feel more romantic. There were no words that Bull Dozer could think of to describe the joy he was feeling.
  19. The brown stallion nodded his head in agreement with his date. His ears perked a little at the sound of her stomach growling, and he felt that goofy grin return to his face. He was really getting to know her, even if it was just getting to know the noises her body makes. “That sounds like a great plan, Ms. Skybright,” said Bull Dozer. The still lovestruck earth-pony walked with Shanna over to a nearby snack stand that advertised the words “CURLY’S COTTON CANDY.” Luckily, the line wasn’t too long, and it only took about a minute to get up to the register. The large stallion ordered two cones of cotton candy, but when prompted to pay for it, Bull Dozer’s eyes went a little wide. He had forgotten his saddlebags, and didn’t have any bits on him at the moment. The last thing Bull Dozer wanted to do is ask Shanna to pay for them, but at this point there was no other option. “Um...Ms. Skybright,” Bull Dozer smiled nervously. “If you could get this, then I’d gladly pay ya back...”
  20. Bull Dozer looked down at Shanna as he stood next to her, then leaned down and gave her a short kiss on the cheek. The gesture was somewhat random, but he felt compelled to do so. At that particular moment, she just seemed extra cute. Continuing onward, the brown stallion trotted forward and led Shanna into the carnival. The sound of carnival music combined with the chatter of hundreds of ponies made it hard to communicate with each other clearly, but Bull Dozer’s deep voiced managed to stand out and remain loud enough to hear. The smell of smoke and fried foods wafted through the air, which made Bull Dozer hungry again even though he just ate. Right now, it appeared the pair was standing in the food court. If they continued forward, toward the center of the carnival, they would be in the game area. Even further back was where all the rides were, including rollercoasters, water logs, and one gigantic ferris wheel. “Alright, Ms. Skybright,” Bull Dozer said and looked down at her, “what do you wanna do first?”
  21. “It’s not too much further, Ms. Skybright,” Bull Dozer said. He looked forward and continued trotting. The feeling of having Shanna on his back was possibly the greatest thing he felt in his whole life. Her warm body covering his back like a heated blanket, her hind legs wrapped securely around him while her fore-hooves rested on his shoulders, the whole experience sent Bull Dozer into a consistent grin. “...just two more stops, then we’ll be there.” The earth pony continued giving his tour, next pointing out a relatively large building. “That there is one of those fancy ‘shopping malls’...never been in there myself, but I’ve heard it’s got all sorts of things.” A few minutes later, Bull Dozer slowed down in front of a cemetery, “that’s where we put all the ponies that have...uh... ‘passed on’...only really been there once for my grandpa. Unless there’s a funeral, it’s your everyday deserted, creepy cemetery.” After he moved on, the carnival could be seen in the distance. With the sun almost all the way down, the lights lit up the night sky like fireworks, providing a warm and inviting view. “And over there is the carnival, if you couldn’t tell already.” Bull Dozer chuckled. As they approached the entrance to the fair, the brown stallion stopped and looked back at Shanna again. “Do ya wanna get down? Or do you want your charming steed to carry you through the carnival too?”
  22. Bull Dozer was glad to hear Shanna so happy. With a chuckle, he answered her question, “yep.” The brown stallion leaned his head back a little to nuzzle her, then started walking once again. “...I guess that makes me your charming steed...hm hm.” As Bull Dozer carried Shanna on his strong back, he began to point out certain buildings that stood out in Fillydelphia. Sure enough, some of the ponies that were walking the streets of the busy city were giving the pair strange looks, but Bull Dozer was too happy to care. “This building over here is called The Sugarcube. It’s a popular place that some of my friends like to go to sometimes.” He looked back at his date and kept his broad grin. His eyes seemed to light up and he felt a warmth inside that he always got when looking at the pretty mare.
  23. When Bull Dozer felt Shanna’s wingtip brush against his side, Bull Dozer walked a little closer to her. He knew that as long as he was at least standing next to her, he’d be happy. After the pegasus spoke about how she would enjoy seeing the sites with Bull Dozer anytime, he picked up that she felt the same about him. “Well, to be honest, I only gotta take down the ticket booths and snack stands. The rest of the stuff just folds up into carts that ponies pull away,” Bull Dozer answered. Suddenly, Bull Dozer had an idea. It was clearly seen through the expression on his face, and the excitement in his eyes. “Hey...since you probably couldn’t carry me without a cart...” At that point, the brown stallion stopped and got behind Shanna. He dipped his head low, then ran up underneath her and lifted her up so that he was carrying her on his back with her head up next to his. “...how about I carry you to the carnival?” Bull Dozer looked back at her with a smile.
  24. “Ha ha...well, it isn’t TOO far away,” Bull Dozer rose from his seat also, “plus, I don’t think you’d get very far carrying big ol’ me.” Bull Dozer led Shanna to the door of the restaurant. He politely held the door open for her, then followed soon after. The stallion found his hazel eyes glancing to her flanks as she got ahead of him, but blushed and quickly looked away, since being caught looking at a mare like that could earn him a hoof to the muzzle. The brown earth-pony moved up next to his date and walked with her. “Besides, maybe this’ll give you a chance to see more of Fillydelphia along the way.” He looked down into her eyes and gave her a big goofy grin. He felt confident that the rest of the date would go smoothly, especially from how happy and flirtatious Shanna seemed to be.
  25. Bull Dozer listened closely as she talked about the mysterious unicorn. The way she described him, the way her tone seemed to change when she spoke about the shady figure...it was enough to make the brown earth-pony want to move next to her and comfort her. Suddenly, the mood changed with the topic of their conversation. When Shanna stretched again, Bull Dozer blushed once more and felt his eyes looking at the same places as before. He almost didn’t hear anything else she said. The hazel-eyed stallion just sat there, jaw agape. “Uh...w-we could...” Bull Dozer’s voice sounded a little spacey, so he shook his head to get his mind back in the right place. “Um...we could go to the carnival...if you want to...M-Ms. Skybright. It’s only in Fillydelphia for a few more days.” Bull Dozer gave a somewhat cocky smirk, “plus...I’m one of the destruction ponies who's gonna tear it down when it goes away.” When Shanna laid her bits down on the table, Bull Dozer put his hoof on them and slid them back over to her. “You don’t have to pay him anything, Ms. Skybright, construction workers eat here for free...so this dinner is on me.” He gave her a wink. “And I don’t think our waiter deserves any kinda tip.”
