    (I told Doppel its confusing already - but the plan was like this: Chrysalis turns into Shining Armor to lure Cadence out of hiding - she did not want to tell her exact plan to Rainbow Dash - then when she was lured out and brought to the castle Chrysalis would turn back to herself and Cadence is shocked when she is arrested suddenly. But due to Chrysalis mentality (she is scared as **** and also does really like Cadence) both - Chrysalis and Cadence in this scenario are changelings - hope its clear now)

    I probably gonna wait until Gladius and Free reach the Neighagra falls before I continue to do stuff with Chrysalis - except if I come across something I could do in the meantime.

    Ignoring Doppels concerns for her well being - she had to look strong - she focused on explaining the really important stuff: [colour=#009966]"Doppel, I need you to transform into Shining Armor - the other changeling here will turn into Cadence, I want you to lead her to the castle and change to myself once you are inside. Use your magic to hold Cadence down, say that you found her and that the plan worked out, Rainbow Dash will know what you mean. Once they take the fake Cadence you get the hell out of there, alright?"[/colour] She waited for him to nod. [colour=#009966]"I have a safety spell active, so just try to teleport to the hive and you should come out somewhere close to Canterlot, I couldn't use more energy on that spell. I don't want to lie to you, if the Red Fox smells this feint he can easily disable your disguises and the spell - you probably will be imprisoned, tortured and killed. But I need someone I can rely on and you will have better chances to escape than someone else."[/colour] Despite this terrible odds she did not try to strengthen his will - she knew he would obey and the other changeling was ready to die as Cadence for her. Chrysalis left the house as guard - a pegasus this time - and flew away into direction of the north and her hive, but not directly to the Neighagra falls for the case someone is following her.

    Chrysalis was the last one to go downstairs. Mainly because she did not intend to go downstairs at all, but Gladius story was interesting to her, especially when she heard what he had been through. After a few steps though she stopped and saw that the others looked at her, wondering why she is standing there all of a sudden with a sad expression written all over her. [colour=#009966]"Excuse me, I have to make sure the GEF believes they have Cadence in their hands - if I survive... we will meet at the Neighagra Falls, from there it is my country and you should be save. I sent a message to every changeling that you are our guests and they shall do everything you say."[/colour] Obviously not everything, but she was concerned of their well-being once they are there, and of course quite a bit more before that. Chrysalis was scared and one of her weaknesses came to life now. She could see it in front of her eyes: Walking towards the castle, with a fake Cadence in her magic grasp, the Red Fox revealing the feint and killing the Changeling Queen for her treason ... or worse. The doubts were nibbling on her strength, but Chrysalis cunning was not broken yet. She had ordered Doppelganger here and weaved a security spell that consumed quite some power. The task was simple, Doppelganger was supposed to change to Chrysalis and turn over the changeling positioned here, who is going to change to Cadence. The security spell will teleport Doppelganger out of trouble. Both - the disguise of the changelings and the security spell were counterable, especially with magic of Red Fox strength, thats why she is not willing to risk the best chance to beat the Red Fox - herself - for a small feint like that. After Chrysalis went out of the tunnel she moved the pressure plate up with her magic, the wall closing in front of her.[colour=#009966] "Goodbye my friends and goodbye my dear Princess"[/colour], grining she turned around and changed back to the guard she was before, walking out of the house and towards a different house. In the basement she met the other changeling and she waited for Doppelganger. (It sounds a bit badass, but believe me - if we want to play this real canon (aka Twilight has by far the strongest magic) then it is this way - I explain later why.)

    Being seductive is a great and interesting characteristic - her dialogues are far better this way. =P And listen to her voice, she just has the voice for that kind of talk. Actually she was just seducing Cadence and that only for the purpose of winning her trust. About Shining Armor being alive... hell, Cadence cheating on him with Chrysalis would be HILARIOUS - well like she would ever do that *giggle*. The whole secret about Chrys is basically what happened to her during the time the monarchy was overthrown and the past five years. It has changed her entirely - mentally I mean, she is a changeling after all.

    [colour=#009966]"I am sorry that Free is right, but Cadence, you don't have to kill anypony yourself, nor do you have to command somepony to hurt or kill somepony - not yet and maybe not even in the future"[/colour], Chrysalis tried to make Cadence smile again. She was raised in a happy world, without much cruelity or other terrible happenings - you cannot throw her like that into leadership and make her decide the death of hundreds or thousands of ponies. Chrysalis knew this and she will take the burden of giving those commands, even if she has to kill people herself until Cadence' mind changes and she is able to also fulfill the less pleasant duties of a ruler. Nevertheless, for the case Cadence never gets to that, Chrysalis had a plan - just as secret as her real plan, because it is basically the same with a little detail different. [colour=#009966]"We cannot waste more time my Princess - Galdius, lead the way."[/colour] Her short look to each of the stallions with the serious expression let Free and Gladius know that they are supposed to just grab her if she doesn't come along by herself - but the guards will surely search this area soon after Chrysalis performance.

    [colour=#009966]'Yes! Yes!'[/colour], Chrysalis thought, happy that Cadence at least forgave her the wedding - she did actually not believe she ever would. At the end they got together but she was messing up her wedding so badly and holding her prisoner in the old crystal mine, which is in fact not a nice place. [colour=#009966]"Well I used a bit to beat Celestia - I would apologize, but well"[/colour], Chrysalis looked ar the ground, her grin fading for once, [colour=#009966]"I cannot anymore. The major part of it is still inside of me - I refused to use any of my power to help the GEF, but I might use it to bring them to fall again - I feel betrayed by them. Noone messes with me, not even the Red Fox. I might not be able to kill him alone, but with joined forces we will make the GEF bleed."[/colour]

    [colour=#009966]"Yes Free is right Princess, whenever you are ready we can go"[/colour], Chrysalis said, wanting to make sure she is safely escorted to her hive before she lets her alone, [colour=#009966]"I want us to meet again - sir name a position."[/colour] She turned at Gladius. Of course Chrysalis is not going to the GEF and then leave the Princess alone with those guys - who knows where they go?

    [colour=#009966]"After you send me miles away from Canterlot at the wedding I did lose track of Shining Armor - there are rumors that he got killed by the Red Fox himself"[/colour], if those rumors were true or false was up for debate, but a little wrath in the cute face of Cadence wouldn't hurt, after all she is the one to replace the Red Fox if they can restore the monarchy. Chrysalis focus was on getting Cadence trust - if she can accomplish that she is one step closer to her true goal and she can let Cadence go her own ways. [colour=#009966]'Maybe some empathy can break the ice.'[/colour] The queen moved closer to Cadence, very slowly, removing her saddle with her magic and brushing off the ash from her flank with her tail, which turned out to be extremely soft due to its smooth and thin hairs. [colour=#009966]"Gladius, you and Free take the Princess to my hive - I will hand over the fake Cadence to the GEF. Whenever you are ready Cadence."[/colour]

    Despite the fact that Chrysalis hated to already have Free with her she did not see how she should make Gladius stay, except kill him or cripple him - but that certainly was not what she wanted, Cadence would be mad at her. [colour=#009966]"Fine"[/colour], she said, her voice sounding like she was annoyed, [colour=#009966]"you come with us, it might be better anyway to not leave behind any witnesses of this meeting."[/colour] The queen turned back to Cadence to look at her.[colour=#009966] "I cannot imagine what happened to you the last years Princess, but once you are with me in my hive things will become better, I promise."[/colour] Chrysalis knew that noone would believe her words or feel okay with Cadence being with her. If she could just tell them all about her real intensions - but no, she had to fake being a nice addition to this resistance and if they grow too suspicious tell them her fake plan of controlling whole Equestria.

    [colour=#009966]'At least free is being useful for once.'[/colour] [colour=#009966]"My ambassador and others of my hive who are involved in the GEF politics have informed me of a great gathering today - I am sure the Red Fox wants to ensure their loyalty and fortify their position. With Cadence save we set the first stone to their fall."[/colour] Chrysalis looked very serious now, she feared the GEF for their spies and strength in numbers - if they could at least eliminate their science with the help of the freelancers it would be a great victory. The first big step would be to conquer a major city and set herself or Cadence on a throne - once they are at equal strength. Seeing the Princess look into the room she walked over to her, but not too close. [colour=#009966]"I'm so sorry for what happened five years ago Cadence."[/colour]

    Chrysalis real goal is something you all will love - but she cannot tell you yet - I just hope she is cunning enough to make it work without having to kill too many ponies.

[colour=#009966]"No need to hold him in place any longer. I told you that I have a plan but I couldn't risk anyone screwing it up, thats also why I had to come in here beforehand. I have a changeling waiting for my orders closeby - lets say when my plan works out the GEF will think they have Cadence and no longer search for her while we can hide her in a safe spot - in other words, my hive. Noone would ever expect her to be there." [/colour] [colour=#000000]Cadence in a changeling hive sounded so wrong - but noone could argue that it was probably the best spot to hide her. [/colour][colour=#009966]"I apologize if it is confusing for you"[/colour][colour=#000000], she looked at Gladius, [/colour][colour=#009966]"but the Princess needs to come with me, agreed Free? Your duties here, hiding her, will not be forgotten."[/colour]

    [colour=#009966]"Yes there is"[/colour], Chrysalis said, moving Gladius inside of the house with her magic and closing the door behind her, then changing back to her normal form - obviously scaring whoever could see her. Nevertheless she was quiet and everyone in this house would also not scream out loud. [colour=#009966]"I know Cadence is here"[/colour], the stallion lost all the colour in his face, [colour=#009966]"and I talked with chancellor Rainbow Dash that I will hand her over to the GEF, so they can do whatever they want with her."[/colour] She held the pony in place with her magic, not wanting to be stabbed or worse before she comes to the fun part. [colour=#009966]"Now now, don't look so scared and desperate. Imagine if the Cadence they capture would just be a changeling while you are safe with the RLF and ... well me."[/colour] She was not ready to reveal her full plans yet, but this offer should be very tempting already. [colour=#009966]"I know that neither you nor Cadence trust me - especially after the last time we met, but things have changed, to the worse, even for us. I would like to explain, but our time is limited. Either take my decayed hoof or die here today - I wish the leader of the RLF would be here to support my cause."[/colour]

    The ambassador turned around, since he was about to leave, but all changelings had their orders to be polite to whoever the Queen says so and answer their questions - Doppelganger was one of those favored ones. "Our allies, namely the freelancers and RLF seem eager to cooperate with us, what in my honest opinion surprises me. Especially the RLF should bear a grudge against us, but nevertheless they allowed us to safe their royal, who will indoubtly be the new queen if they can remove the GEF from the surface of Equestria." His face became focused and he was visibly thinking about something. "And I have to say that I don't understand Chrysalis." He just got the attention of all the changelings around them. "She is saying that she wants to side with the weakest side until it gets stronger than the others. If they reach equal power she is hoping for a war that will eradicate a lot of strength from every faction, so we are by far stronger then they are and can conquer this land", he walked up and down the room, "I get it to this point. But why is she so eager to get that one royal? The RLF need their queen or they cannot form a new monarchy. Indoubtly she would be a good pawn, but for what? She did even agree to let one of the RLF leaders come with her - nevertheless I believe Queen Chrysalis will lead us to a better future." Ending his doubts with this sentence made the other changelings think without seeing him as a possible traitor. Chrysalis was very aware of her surroundings when she was talking to Rainbow Dash. After hearing her answer (so Val you can write something after this post) she saw someone or something - a mere shadow - vanish through an open window in the house she suspected Cadence to be in.[colour=#009966] 'Darn - that might be Cadence herself - maybe even some Black Ops from the GEF - I cannot let whoever it is screw over my plan.'[/colour] [colour=#009966]"I'm sorry Chancellor, I need to prepare myself - I hope I see you again"[/colour], she answered politely and gave her a seductive wink but then quickly flew away the opposite direction of the house. After a certain distance she landed and changed to an GEF guard, a unicorn with scratched out symbols of the GEF - a sign that Cadence or whoever is with her hopefully would recognize. Chrysalis walked over to the house and knocked on the door - a guard checking a house was far less suspicious than one jumping in through a back window. She was prepared to be attacked at once and would freeze whoever opens the door at once with her magic.

    The changeling ambassador, who just returned from a meeting with forces of the freelancers and RLF went over the Doppel. "I'm sorry commander. Strict order from Queen Chrysalis herself - do not try to assist her on her mission. It's a well thought through feint and any unwanted participants can blow it. It is planned so good, that noone knows what exactly she wants to do, not even me." Chrysalis felt a bit ignored since she waited already an hour or so for the Red Fox or one of his GEF minions to show his face. Luckily while flying around and terrifying the population - a free changeling queen is quite a scary thing - she crashed into Rainbow Dash. [colour=#009966]"Chancellor Rainbow Dash"[/colour], she said proudly and somewhat self-conscious, being taller and stronger than the mare,[colour=#009966] "what a beautiful view on this day. Let me waste no more time. I have a proposition to make. You are searching for a certain royal who is leftover from the revolution. I know where she is hiding, but it will be hard to get her out of there and capture her - remember, she can fly. So hear my plan." [/colour]Chrysalis circled around the colorful pony with an evil smile over her face. [colour=#009966]"I will shift into the appearance of Shining Armor and when she comes out to hug me or whatever you ponies do - you have her."[/colour] Noticing that she needs to demand something in return to not sound suspicious she thought about what would be helpful.[colour=#009966] "In return I want to know about any projects you have regarding the changelings - and believe me, I know you have some."[/colour]

    Well I can see that you have a hard time. Chrysalis is still waiting for someone to hear her proposition - I'm going to abuse Rainbow Dash for that for a second so TheBritishBrony and me can go on.

    Aw, Doppel knows that I approve of him, no need to ask. Anyway, I'm waiting for some high ranks of the GEF to listen to Chrysalis proposition.

    I'm at college at the moment, so my time to write here is somewhat limited and since I'm half busy with listeing I cannot concentrate on how to pull this of perfectly so I have to wait until I can focus - aka at home.

    You might consider closing the thread for a while because we are getting quite a lot of people. But you have to know when its enough - just saying because it gets confusing and too fast if there are too many people, since you have to read through everything if you don't want to miss an interaction.

    I just want to say a thing. So I can play the changelings better I will need to be able to confuse everyone - but since this is very hard it gave me quite a headache how to do it. If I play someone elses character you have to look at it this way: It can be a changeling, but it does not have to be. Now how is this going to work? Since I cannot control other characters actually, just the changelings playing them. So if I play someones characters it IS a changeling, but you can switch the position of that changeling with your own character whenever you like (if we are allies). How this works I will demonstrate but atm I don't have time so maybe in a few hours. Lets say I need to message Femata for it =P

    Chrysalis lied. She was not going to search for what we know that is Nova. Her minions will take care of that, since they are prepared for combat and of great use when it comes to finding out stuff. Instead she was more focused on finding Cadence, the one royal alicorn that did not die yet and thus could be playing a keyrole in making the RLF stronger, by her skills and the moral she would give to her troops. The balance of power was one of the most important things for Chrysalis. Only with all factions equally strong they can fight and eradicate big parts of each other, leaving room for her to conquer whole Equestria with her changeling army. [colour=#009966]"Lypris, go and take our magic using squad - you need to find the raiding faction. I will be acting on my own, it's the safest way."[/colour] In the coming day Chrysalis traveled to Canterlot, asking to speak their leader or at least someone in high position for a proposition she had to make. She would offer getting Cadence out of her hiding. The deep connection between her and Cadence was leading her somewhat close to her, even though not exactly enough to locate her. But this could easily be done with some changing. In truth though, the changeling queen had far different plans, but needed the GEF to trust her for two simple reasons. On her way to the castle she came across some guards in the city. "Miss C-chrysalis, you cannot walk around like that", they said carefully, definetely in fear of her, "you are scaring the population." In fact she was walking around with pride and as the queen she is. [colour=#009966]"Would you rather be a squirming mess on the ground"[/colour], she said, closing up to the guards, her body far taller - her horn glowing. [colour=#009966]"I guessed so."[/colour] She kept on walking, leaving behind intimidated citizens.
