Wow I can throw out poems in german like nothing, even with correct rhythm and complex patterns, but even with a rhyme finder its goddamn hard in english for me. I so totally lack short unpronounced words and even more 2-syllables that are pronounced on the second syllable... so it sounds rather simple and the tail rhyme couldn't save it. Though my head burns somewhat and I do not intend to change it =P Uh, I added music because ... who doesn't like Vivaldi?

(Ugh... tough posts, I have to step up for this) Fortunetaly it was summer. The frozen north of Equestria is not a nice place, especially not in winter. The neighagra falls were the most beautiful waterfall in whole Equestria, but nopony would ever visit them anymore or even less go north of them. They were the border of central north Equestria or better known as Syrchalis now, the new quarter of the land that belongs to the changelings as tradeoff for their role in helping the GEF overthrow the monarchy. The further you go beyond the border of this land the more common become patrols of changelings which are flying in groups of threes over the entire area. Whoever is stupid enough to get caught here will be altered by magic and used to feed the army of changelings that are waiting here for the weak moment of the GEF. Queen Chrysalis was watching over her "accomplishment" from a ledge at a mountain on the very north of this land when her expression became dark and angry. She closed her eyes, teeth clenched. [colour=#009966]"How could this happen? To me? Have I been so foolish to take this chance?"[/colour] Manehatten, Canterlot, Cloudsdale. Three important keypoints all so close - in attack range, yet the brood is silent, you rarely ever see a changeling anywhere outside of their territory. The queen even removed the ambassadors from the capital, not willing to accept further ignorance from the GEF. They did not involve their interests in whatever they did. They were merely interested in their own race. She moved back from the ledge to her new cold throne, laying down across it. Nearly whispering - a song. (if you need music go with... End this cursed shadowplay, gather all, we need allies."[/colour] She becomes quiet but grinning devilish, now rather talking than singing. [colour=#009966]"There is this one royal, that I used to fool them all, broken but somewhat loyal, I have to find her and I shall. The truth - I will be lying when I say, that the GEF is my only prey, and restore Equestrias shine. But at the end, it will be all mine."[/colour] An evil laugh was heard along the mountains. (Poem rhythm is quite a bi*** when you are not talking in your native language. And yes, Syrchalis is an anagram...)

The changelings! The changelings! Muhahahaha! But seriously, since Chrysalis worked together with them to conquer Canterlot she surely has gotten some reward or? I'm thinking about just talking a part of some city or an entire city, but also that she only got a small piece of land without a city so she has a motivation to be mad. Edit: Ugh, I just read through the entire wall of texts - somehow I still don't know what exactly is going on, would someone mind to sumarize it shortly?

Would be nice if you include a form to use in the first post. So my question was answered, with what you said I can work. Name: Chrysalis Age: Unknown Gender/Looks/Race: Cast Character (no further description necessary) Faction: Changelings (obviously) Occupation: Queen of the Changelings Goal/Motivation: Win as much land as she can for the changelings. She has no loyalty and will help whoever promises her the best conditions. Further will try to weaken all factions equally, so noone can stop her anymore - thus is mostly trying to support the weaker sides. She already got a part of the world as exchange for helping the GEF, but since they disrespect other creatures and Chrysalis isn't happy with the area she got she won't stop until the GEF falls again. In other words she is trying to get as much out of this conflict as possible while having a focus on destroying the GEF since she feels betrayed by them. I would say that a goal or motivation is very important for this kind of RP for the application.

I really like the story - the only thing that give me trouble is to understand what the goal of the roleplay is? Do you have any aim in mind or do you want different people who are on different sides "fight" each other, verbally or physically? So in other words I miss some structure here. Other than that, as usual I wouldn't mind being Rainbow Dash but I also have to say that I would prefer a different role for once - Chrysalis to be exact.

I hope everypony doesn't mind be being a bit evil, but I have those tendencies... And I could translate Stars map into some nice picture. I just need a game with an editor where you can make good looking maps. I would go with either SC2, Stronghold (if I can find it xD), Spore or whut else I can find in my room or on my PC. It very much depends on following things: - How the maps turn out when I'm done. - How big the island should be. If it should be really huge, then I might go with SimCity even... SC2/Stronghold are more medium sized maps and Spore would be a very small island (because planets are kinda... micro there) And I have to talk with StarStorm about details *g*

I was just talking with StarStorm (yeah we are hardcore chatbar-buddies, talking all night) and we thought it would be good to have a guideline for the location stuff - nothing you HAVE to use, just a hint how to make it contain whats important so people dont get lost. Basic scheme: - 1.[Where] + 2.[Who] - Example: - At the beach with Fluttershy - Additional information: [Where] = Your exact location, can also be "between X and Y". If you happen to change your location drastically during the post make the position thingy twice at the start and end of the post. [Who] = Not everyone who is there, but everyone you are interacting with. For example: There are quite a lot of people at the beach now, but there are like four groups! They don't interact with each other they just interact within their group. Imagine it like this: There are four campfires and people are sitting around them. All campfires are at the beach - if you would just write "beach" people had trouble to understand if they can talk to you or not. So you say for example: - At the beach with Fluttershy and Rarity -

I just came across one important thing - when you are changing your location, it might be wise to add the new place at the END of the post, since this further reduces confusion. I say it because I got kinda confused already with who is with who and such.
