Look, I don't know if you meant rebellion here or what, but clearly you have no idea what a confederacy is. A confederacy is not a fancy word for rebellion or whatever the hay you were going for a confederacy is a form of government in which the regional governments have more power than that of the national government.

Motivation: Midnight has always loved writing and reading. From a young age he would write his own one or two paged short stories. He got his cutie mark when he turned in his first short story in school. He wishes to be a famous writer.

Likes: Reading, Writing, music, being with friends, and cooking (even though he is bad at it)

Dislikes: Small spaces, caves, being in a crowded room, math, bananas, Doctors

Cutie Mark Story: When assigned a creative writing piece in school, Midnight was a little skeptical about it. At the time, he wasn't big into writing, so he took it with a grain of salt. His teacher said it was due in 1 week. Midnight waited until the last minute, and failed the assignment. His teacher told him he had 1 week to make up the assignment, or the zero would stay. Midnight tried again, this time starting the day he got it. As he was writing, he had a sudden moment of inspiration, and started writing almost nonstop for the whole week. He turned it in to his teacher on the new due date, and at first, his teacher thought someone else had written it. After a few minutes of arguing, Midnight proved he wrote it, and received full credit, plus some extra. He then saw his teacher smile widely. "What?" he asked. His teacher told him to go look in the bathroom mirror, and sure enough, there it was. His brand new pencil cutie mark. As a reward for getting his cutie mark, his parents adopted a puppy, later to become Swiftrunner, Midnight's loyal pet and companion.

Character Summary: Midnight Blackhorn is a traveling writer from Stalliongrad with his dog Swiftrunner. They travel from town to town, searching for inspiration for his stories. He has been writing ever since he was a foal. His teacher in school always made his students write reports, essays, basically anything. One day however, Midnight's teacher assigned a creative writing piece . Midnight had a lot of fun writing that story; by the time he was finished, it was 15 pages long, his longest piece ever. It was about a knight who went on adventures all through equestria, like he dreamed to do. He got his cutie mark when he turned the story in, finally realizing that was his passion, his talent, and a really good way to kill some time. He is not famous by any means, but he wishes to be one day. A litlle known fact about him is that he is afraid of doctors, due to a mishap with an immunization needle when he was a foal. Midnight's parents always hoped he'd be good at magic, or athletic, however magic and sports have never been something he was good at, but his parents have supported him every step of the way. Midnight was an only child, but his 2 best friends, a DJ and an aspiring actor are as close to him as any brother and sister could be, along with his canine companion Swiftrunner. He tries to be modest, but in truth he is quite arrogant, especially around his friends. Currently he wants to write a story about the legendary "Elements of Harmony". After all, saving Equestria 3 times would give a pony some good story-fodder, would it not? He hopes to stop by in Ponyville sometime and meet them (that and he also heard that Sugercube Corner's muffins are fantastic).

Peace...prosperity...need I remind you that in the past two seasons alone, which could not have been more than a year in MLP timeline, the Mane 6 had to save Equestria's arse THREE TIMES? A bit much for teenage ponies, if you ask me. Also, each of those three times (Nightmare Moon, Discord, Chrysalis)...all those could have been prevented had Celestia taken proper action.

Instead of banishing Nightmare Moon to the...well...moon...she should have taken more drastic measures, not to mention the fact she COMPLETELY disregarded Nightmare Moon's return. (While I don't wish my beloved Luna any harm...her death may have been needed in order to preserve Equestria at that time)

Very true. Also, if 6 ponies can GET RID of Luna's dark side, why the hay couldn't Celestia do it? It was completely unnecessary to banish her to the moon at all, let alone for a thousand years.

its just suddenly dawned on me that mlp is the biggest fandom that i have ever encountered and joined in with since Pokemon waaaaaay back in in early 2000's when it came around.

And i thought that the Pokemon fanbase was humungous back then,,,, hahaha

really i have not seen anything bigger since MLP FIM: came about, since years after Pokemon kinda died down, this fandom has completely taken me off the rails with how incredible awesome it is and that its still growing ever so much . !

I was a huge Pokemon fan was a child growing up through school trading cards and going to conventions, collecting all the shiny's and memorabilia
