"You should come join us on one of our pony pet playdates! I'm sure everypony would love to meet Rivet here."

Forte's song was interupted by an outburst from the unicorn he was trying to cheer up. The pegasus had been silent till this point, so Forte decided to approach helping more directly. He walked up to the pair. "Um, excuse me, but I overheard your... Outburst. Is everything okay?" he asked with a concerned look on his face.

As they walked, Applejack looked at Rivet. "So, ya never did tell me how you got Rivet here." She said, the implied question obvious on her face.

"Hey there Rivet." Applejack said, patting the bird's head. Once Flashbomb mentioned the possibility of a date to Canterlot, she immediately jumped at the opportunity. "Ah'd love to!" She said excitedly.

Forte watched the two ponies by the tree, one a rather menacing unicorn mare, the other a seemingly shy pegasus stallion. They seemed to be upset about something. Whether it was a relationship problem, or something else, he didnt know. But he decided to try and help, indirectly. He sat down on a nearby bench and pulled his trombone out of his custom trombone-scabbard that was strapped to his back. He began to play, hoping the calming melody and soothing tone of the piece he had chosen would help ease the ponies minds.

"Ah've been good. Big Mac decided to get up off his flank and help, so Ah finished early." Applejack laughed. Contrary to popular belief, Big Macintosh could actually be very lazy. "It seems like forever since Ah've seen you! What with you being at the Wonderbolt Academy and all." She sat down and smiled at him.

Applejack was trotting through Ponyville, her work at the farm finished. She saw Flashbomb leaving his house, and she smiled. "Flash!" She called as she went over to him, pulling him into a hug.

Meanwhile, in Canterlot, Forte Fermata, a dark green pegasus stallion with a messy brown mane, and the first chair trombonist for the Canterlot Brass Band, was walking through the park. The couples were still out in the wake of Hearts and Hooves day. He noticed a particular pair of ponies under a tree.

(Gah, stupid phone. Anyway, Im going to bed. If the group goes anywhere, just ask Dusk if she wants to go too, and she'll accept with a quiet "sure." Goodnight everypony)

Dusk looked up at Delila, and gave her a soft smile before dropping her gaze once more.

"What?" She glanced at the mare. Dusk was, in fact shy, though, not by personality. There had been a time she was known by everypony, and loved by most. But in recent days, she had withdrawn. It had been almost a year now...

"Its a nice enough place..." She said, still not meeting anyponies eyes.

"Oh, its fine.. Im Dusk Fade. I was born here, but I went to school in Canterlot. I only moved back here recently." She said quietly.

"Oh, um... Im fine..." She said quietly, her voice trailing off...

"Huh?" Dusk looked up. The pony who had crashed asked to sit with her. "Oh, um, yeah, sure." She said quietly, looking down at the table.

Dusk jumped when the couple surprised her with a hello. She sat, frozen, until the two left to go talk to the pegasus who had fallen. It wasnt that she didnt want to talk to them, she really did. They had just surprised her...

Dusk watched as the pegasus crashed. As he attempted to fix the table, she giggled. One of the things she took pleasure in was the antics of other ponies.

Dusk fade looked over at the table next to her. There was a fairly cute couple, one of them eating a strawberry cupcake. She would have loved to say hi, but... She sighed. Its not like they would want to talk to her anyway....

Dusk Fade walked into Sugar Cube Corner. It was where she went when she was feeling... Down. The purple unicorn mare sat down at one of the tables. The line was long, and she never felt at ease with other ponies

After that day, Applejack and Flashbomb stayed together. They had a long and happy life. And who knows, maybe a couple of kids?

(This was fun, Even though I wasnt here for the ending... Anyway! Good rp everypony!)

Applejack, having been teleported with Celestia and the others, stared at the whole debacle with horror. Could this be it? What could be happening? She watched, worried about everypony, especially Flashbomb. Then, time stopped. Or, it seemed to. Applejack looked around. Everything was black and white, except for the two alicorns, her, and Timespinner. The time pony seemed to be having an internal conflict... Applejack wasnt sure why she wasn't being affected by the time stop, but she ran over to Flashbomb and hugged him. "Ah love you." Then she kissed his frozen lips, and ran over to Time Spinner. She bucked him.

(Sorry, but I'm just trying to make Applejack relevent to the story again. I apologize for my missed days. I'm chalking AJ's immunity to time schenanigans to a combination of her natural Apple family stubborness, a possible backfire of the potion, and element of honosty stuff. What happens when Applejack bucks the time pony with the multiple personalities? We'll see )

Applejack sat next to Flashbomb through the whole debacle. Tears appeared on her face, but she held them back. When he was resurrected, Quill Heart beat her to a hug. After he had dressed his wounds, she leaned in and kissed him. She just wished to have him back, whole and untouched. Well, untouched by anything but her.

(I just realised... Applejack had drank the punch too, though nopony but flashbomb knows it. That may or may not manifest later. We'll see )
