Flare Charger is a Pegasus from Cloudsdale, He is an expert in putting out fires just as easily as starting them by accident. Hes a real hot head with a big temper but it takes a lot to set him off. His closest friend is Rainbow Dash, they grew up together in cloudsdale and went to school together from the start.
