    "Alright then. Come on Angel, Tehengu, Midnight. You can read in the dinning hall if you're not hungry." Slash smiled as he started to walk towards the dinning hall.

    "Is...that a yes?" Slash asked, looking at the others.

    Slash continued to walk, making it backup to the cliff in a sort amount of time. "You did good work. Take a short break and meet at the Hall for the results in fifteen minutes" Goodwitch said. "Please hand in your relic as well" Slash realized that the girl and Midnight talked more, and he talked less. This is probably what happens when people get to know each other. He turned towards the rest of the group and smiled. "We did good work. Shall we go to the dinning hall to grab a bite? There is going to be a big lunch after the results, so don't eat too much" he said putting his hands behind his head.

    "It is best if you do. We need to get back up the cliff before something else comes" Slash said as he continued to walk.

    Slash yelled louder as he pulled as hard as he could, the rope cutting all the way through. He heard the Nevermore stop breathing, swinging back to the top of the bridge and retracting his rope kunai. He ran towards Midnight, kneeling beside her as he asked "Are you alright?" He checked for any serious wounds before standing back up, look back at the pink haired girl.

    "Deliver the final blow now! Aim for the neck!" Slash yelled as he went under the bridge. He put his feet on the bottom of the bridge so he stood upside-down, pulling hard on the rope that was around the Nevermore's neck on the top of the bridge. He gritted his teeth as he felt the Nevermore struggle under the rope, beating it's wings to free itself. Slash yelled as he pulled harder, the rope sinking deep into the Nevermore's neck and starting to tear flesh. Slash would only be able to cut halfway, since the rope isn't a blade and cannot cut through the bone, he would need the others to go all the way.

    Slash groaned inside his head as he watched Midnight charge at the Nevermore. "I'm going to hold the Nevermore to the ground while you guys hit it with everything you've got. Once it's tired, deliver the final blow all at once" Slash said as he began to rung towards the Nevermore. He over took Midnight by shooting explosive rounds behind him, making sure that Midnight wasn't hurt. He lifted his fist and punched the Nevermore, pushing it against the cliff. Slash quickly shot his rope kunai around the Nevermore's head and pulled it down to the ground.

    Slash looked around as they approached more ancient ruins. "The Nevermore is circling back, we have to hurry" Slash said as he started to run across he bridge. "Prepare for battle!" he yelled as the Nevermore landed 10 meters infront of them. Slash let Auralynx extend to his elbows and loaded an explosive dust round.

    Slash shot an unamused look at the girl. "Angel, it's not polite to say things like that" he said. He noticed there was a bandanna over Tehengu's eye when they first met, but he didn't ask because he thought it would make bad memories come back.

    "Calm down angel, we don't need to fight other students" Slash said with a nervous smile. "We've got ours, let's head back together then. It would be safer since there is a Nevermore circling above our heads"

    Slash nodded and walked back. He started to slow down as he heard voices, one belonging to a male and another belonging to a female. Slash went closer and saw the both of them, a smirk growing on his face. "Hey Tehengu, hey Midnight. What are you guys doing?" he casually asked.

    An unamused expression grew on his face as the girl laughed. "Unless they are going to sabotage us, it would be best to leave them at it. Do you want to see who they are?" Slash said, hooking his thumbs onto his pockets.

    In the show, they picked the same piece and same color. The way we are doing to now would only work for the queen and King since there is only one each.

    As Slash replied to the girl, he stopped as his ears twitched. "Someone's behind us, they probably just arrived at the temple" he said, turning around.

    Slash chuckled lightly as she tried speaking in a deep voice. "I guess a girl like her has a jovial side too" he thought. As she continued to talk, he furrowed his brows and looked at the girl. "You can read my mind too?" he asked, placing two fingers on the bridge of his nose as he sighed. "Well, I can tell they are both skillful in different ways." he replied, ignoring the fact that she technically assumed that he was a bad fighter.

    Slash looked at the piece that the girl was holding. "The black knight? Interesting choice" he said as he looked for the other black knight; it's still there. "Right" he said as he went after her. He wondered how Tehengu and Midnight were doing, they might have been paired together.

    Slash shook his head as he followed her. Once he was out, he saw a temple with relics on different podiums. "This should be it" he said, jumping down from the small cliff with a front flip. He landed lightly on both feet and walked towards the podiums. "They are chess pieces" he said, looking at each of them.

    "Get under the tree!" He hissed as he watched the Nevermore circle around.

    "Since there area many other students, there would be a variety of different relics. It would probably decide on the rest of the team or the team name" Slash replied. He stopped when he noticed something block out the sun. Slash looked up and widened his his in shock. "Nevermore..." he muttered as he looked up at a giant creature of Grimm, flying over their heads. "Get over here!" he yelled as he went under a tree.

    Slash just kept on walking. All the happiness that came to him fled like there was no tomorrow when he remembered her personality. Slash's ears twitched as he heard a rustle in the bushes. He continued to walk until a beowolf jumped out of the bush. Slash simply grabbed its throat and bashed it hard to the ground and twisted its neck, also creating a small hole in the ground. He continued to walk, not bothering to look back at the Grimm or at the girl.

    "Yes, they can see everything, even that little event just now. I'm guessing they'll be grading this as well" he said, his cat ears picking up every word she said. He was really happy that he was paired with this girl, how they were paired made him even more happy. Being inches away from a kiss still left his heart beating fast. But considering what happened in the locker room, he didn't dare look at her again. He's still uncertain about his feelings, but he knows very well that she'll never fell the same.

    Slash quickly turned around, but was suddenly pushed off the branch and fell onto the ground. He opened his eyes saw light reflecting off a...blade? He quickly moved his neck to that it would miss it. He looked at his attacker in the eyes and widened his own. "Hello, angel" he said as he flipped himself onto his feet. Usually, he would smirk and comment about the situation. Instead, he kept his half-lidded gaze and his mouth in a straight line. "North is this way" he said, jumping over a log and continued walking.
