I can't blow people up...the consequences would stress me out more or turn me into a psychopath.

It's working so far. Watching the videos while eating lunch helped.

My stress levels have been reaching it's peak recently; sometimes I find myself having to watch some youtube videos before I sleep so that I could take my mind off things. Anyone have any suggestions to cope with stress?
