Slash looked up and recognized the man who was on stage. Professor Ozpin was the guy who talked to him when he stopped the robbery.

"Ahem, I'll keep this brief. You have travelled here in search of knowledge. To hone your craft and acquire new skills. And when you have finished, you plan to dedicate your life to the protection of people. But I look amongst you and all I see is wasted energy in need of purpose and direction. You assume knowledge will free you of this, but your time at this school will prove that knowledge can only carry you so far. It's up to you to take the first step" he said, walking off as Glynda the beautiful middle-aged huntress took the stage.

"You will gather in the ballroom tonight. Tomorrow your initiation begins, be ready. You are dismissed" she said, walking off the stage.

"I guess we find our stuff and get ready for bed" Slash said as the crowd started to head for the ballroom.

Slash walked through the big doors and into the hall. The hall was packed with many people, all ready to begin their first day.

Slash was so excited that his aloof character just faded away. He just kept on a half-lidded gaze and a smirk as he waited for all the other students to arrive.

I adjusted Tehengu's bandana. I'm pretty satisfied with Slash, but i gave up on the plaid pattern. Andrea's cloak looks kinda blank, colors need to be adjusted too.

We could stick with that; i was just asking for opinions. If we are satisfied with the pairing:

Slash Claw & Andrea Indigo

Midnight Blossom & Tehengu

Then we'll just roll with it

Slash smirked and walked out onto the ramp. "Wow..." Slash breathed as he looked a the building. He was really impressed, the whole place looked like a castle. He walked around the courtyard and turned to Tehengu, "We should probably walk to the hall, the headmaster is going to give us a speech"

Okey! What would be interesting is if the two people had contrasting personalities in the pair. That would be funny XD

Slash's ears perked up as he heard that they were landing"I'll see you later, Midnight" he said with a half-lidded gaze as he stood up and walked back to Tehengu. He recognized the grumpy girl before who soon ran off, her face slightly pale. "Well, it looks like we're here. I hope are in the same team" he said.

Slash chuckled lightly, but kept quiet afterwards. He still had lots to say, but he didn't want to agitate Midnight anymore than she is now. Instead, he adjusted the bandages around his wrist, his face returning to its usual unamused expression as his ears bent forward since he was slightly hurt. "You don't know me, yet you assume that I would hesitate if I fight against a friend" he thought.

"It's not flirting, it's the truth" Slash said and looked out of the window. "You can take the time to know me and the people around you. Books don't have to be your only company, especially when you need someone to talk to"

Slash opened his eyes and chuckled at the word 'cute'. "Why? Am I not allowed to sit next to a pretty girl?" he smirked. His smirk turned into a frown as he put his hand on the back of his neck. "Yea, that would be kinda weird. Just continue reading, I'll stop talking" he said as he looked away.

XD I'm doing the guys first since I'm used it. The hair for girls are so much more detailed XD

"Well Midnight, I'm not like the other Faunus. I know that not all humans are hostile towards our kind. I agree that the humans in the past were...not friendly, but don't scowl at every human you see. Acknowledge the ones who see you for who you are, not what you are" Slash said with an encouraging smile, "My friend Tehengu does the same thing."

Slash leaned back on the chair and brushed his hair over his eyes. "I'll let you continue reading if you don't want to chat. I'll just take a short cat nap" he said in a soft voice as he started to close his eyes.

"Really? I like fantasy novels" Slash said as he smiled. "I'm Slash Claw"

Okey dokes. The armor is pretty good, i'm actually excited to try the hood for Andrea and the hair for Midnight.

As Slash waited for an answer, he scanned the room again and found a grumpy looking girl opposite him...definitely his type. He smiled and winked at her, before turning back at the faunus girl next to him.

Dreamy, aren't you gonna post?

Slash flashed a smile as Tehengu talked. He then looked at where he was looking and saw a Faunus girl who had cat ears just like him. Slash saw her eyes looking above the book at them. He walked over to her and sat next to her, asking "Hey, what are you reading?"
