  1. The colt laughed, and shook his head. ''Help you down? Hah! First, what in the hay are you doin' in that tree, anyhow..'' he rose his eyebrow, and slowly laughed again, looking down at the ground. ''It seems you've made quite the mess aswell!'' he slowly stopped his laughing, and kicked some of the needles away.

A sudden thought came to mind, and he glared back up. Was this ..pony.. hunting for the same treasure as he was? He grunted silently. ''By the way.. what is your business here, in this forest? You seem far from home!'' he asked.

  2. The colt gasped, and took a step back. Manehatten? That was one of the more popular places for models, photographers and stylists! He had been there, once or twice, but mostly for his boss and research. Alot of clubs, bars, disco's and other entertaining buildings were located there. And yet, his most favoured place in the entire town there. Didn't spot alot of models there either, not to his suprise.

This made him think about what part of town she was from. The crowded part, or the suburbs. Wouldn't suprise him if it were the former. He was to timid to ask, so he just smiled at her a bit more. ''So, you.. came here on an invite?'' he asked, scratching his head. He was a bit at a loss of words. As, he really wasn't good at being a very social one. He tried, obviously, otherwise he had ran for the hills some time ago!

  3. The colt merely smiled back at her. She looked a bit distracted, but that's probably because he worried too much. He slowly cleared his throat and laughed a bit. She was rather beautiful, so it was fortunate that she didn't join in on the event. But, one thing was a bit hard for him to understand. Though, he was probably just not experienced enough to get it.

Well known. Even though he had never heard of her. Though that wasn't to his surprise either, as he hadn't joined in with the fashion business anytime before. She must've been a very good-looking model, if she still manages to look like this. He also noted that she didn't look so old, either. Wouldn't surprise him if she wasn't all that old either. Her clothing - dress to be exact - only matched her natural appearance, and really made him think she was just kidding and really was a model afterall.

''Well.. i'd like to know.. uhm.. what that home town was. the colt asks, scratching his head. Must've been a big city.. seeing as not alot of the cities that are spread out over Equestria are famed for their succesfull modelling business.. '' he noted, grinning at the mare.

  4. Shaking the delicate mare's hoof, the colt nodded at her. It seemed like a good thing today, considering he wasn't wearing a hat to cover up his mane. The mare, though he suspected her to be atleast a bit more confident that he felt of himself. Somehow, he wasn't getting that feeling of the mare. After complimenting her voice, hopefully providing a small boost of confidence so that he would get stuck in any awkwardly silent moments. As so far none have occurred, he felt a bit more secure. So, he cleared his troath, gently moving one of the flowers in his mane back into it's rightfull position.

He slowly assumed she was somewhat of a rich pony, just like others on the party near the Tiki Bar and the Dancefloor. But she seemed different. She didn't seem to care much for the fancy part of being a fancy pony, or so it seemed. She didn't shake her hoof like one, she didn't speak like one, the only thing that bugged her was her fancy look. Though, it was impressive how she looked, he rose his eyebrow at the dress. It looked marvelous.. and that was pretty much what was his only issue with the otherwise sweet mare. Still, being rich doesn't make anything any different!

''M-my.. my dream?'' he stammered, taking a small step backwards. His dream? His dream of becoming a model, alongside his desire for the adventures with his employer? How could he put that in a easy way... A slow sigh came from his troath as he spoke up. ''I only desire on becoming a model.. the whole competition doesn't matter to me.. it's a mere waste of time!'' he spoke, with a heartfull chuckle. ''But.. what about you, miss? Are you here for the competition?'' he asked, tilting his head slowly and keeping his smile up for the mare.

  5. His eyebrow rose a bit, but a gentle smile continued to being spread across his face. His carefull approach was hopefully going to work, because running away from ponies can't be a real good thing. But still, not the worst thing he had done to ponies, due to his high nervousness or plain foolishness. He remembered all of them clear as day, and tried his best not to let this happen again. Not anytime soon, atleast.

The mare, beautifully brushed purple mane and purple pelted looked as if she had done modeling for years, and years. She had great looks, her voice was pretty delightfull to hear, and she could rhyme too! He couldn't rhyme for a sentence or two!

''Oh.. well.. i prefer more silent places.. and i d-don't.. really.. want to be with those ponies, anyhow..'' he sighed, and shook his head. They were all such high-praised, most likely rich and important ponies he was facing up with. He'd never win, or even get close to winning. Atleast it was a good thing he wasn't hoping on that either.

''No, miss.. you have a great voice.. compared to several other ponies i've met, you are quite good.'' he said, causing him to chuckle. ''U-uhm.. sorry.. i should introduce me first, s-should i not?'' he asked, extending a hoof towards the mare for a friendly hoofshake. ''The.. name.. is Survey, i'm aspiring to becoming a model.. but currently i'm employed as the assistant of Brazil Nut, a explorer..'' he sighed, and smiled weakly at her

  6. A soft chuckle came from somewhere near the mare. A small smile forming along his face, as he trotted next to the mare. ''That's.. quite the song you got there, miss..'' the small green colt said, weakly turning his head to the mare, trying not to look awkward. He feared he might give out a stalker-ish vibe, and it wouldn't be the first time that happened. He did really bad on events such as this, and he was suprised that he hadn't gone with the winds as of yet.

Atleast the mare looked like good company whilst he tried to focus on the scenary, whilst reminding himself how much the song's lyrics also reflected on him.

  7. The small green colt laughed nervously, and poked the ground. ''I've.. w-well.. been h-here before.. quite alot even.. b-but..'' the colt sighed and shruged. He had no - and really no - knowledge of parties. He had even tried to find things about it in several of his books, but he remained clueless on how to even be part of a party! He looked down. ''I.. don't.. suppose.. a l-library.. w-would be a g-great place for a party?'' he asked, with a weak smile.

He looked at the newcomer, and shrugged. ''H-ha.. h-ha.. well, it's g-good to see that we are attracting s-so much attention!'' he said, with a coy smile.

  8. A slight breeze started stirring up and the waves elegantly rolling onto the beach, a beautiful sight as it was, the young green colt was still very busy with trying to find the best place in his mane to place the pair of flowers he had picked up. Two bright red lilly-like flowers and a floral patterned shirt was his outfit to the party. He had picked out the most ''outgoing'' clothing he could find in his closet - which was mostly empty anyhow - and took the best he could find out of it. He took a flying chariot, pulled by some pegasi to the islands he thought to have been at before for an expedition. Only that was mostly jungle, and was filled with critters and tribals that apparently weren't as nice as he had predicted.

Slowly trotting along the line of torches and the sand, trying not to get flattened by the incoming carriages, he sighed. He had spotted a few very good looking mares and colts, which made him think he was mad for even being at a fashion show!

    He probably was, though.

Lacking any form of experience and only doing something like this, the colt was still very terrified with doing something like this. As a foal, he enjoyed watching shows like these, but participating in one was a bit of a far step for the colt. However, he wasn't planning on backing down. Not now. Not /again/.

  9. The curious colt trotted over towards the voice, and grabbing his shovel to make sure not to be caught off-guard. ''Fine.. i'll.. help ya'...'' he called out, unsure if it were a trap or not. Usually, it was a trap, and it wouldn't be the first one either! He had many encounters with other treasure hunters who robbed him off his map and valueables. Pfuh.. they were worse than he was! The map, usually being a fake, almost always led them nowhere, but it was still a loss. A loss of bits that is! ''If this is a trap.. i swear to Celestia..'' the yellow earth pony growled, as he trotted further towards the voice.

As he arrived at the exact place of the yelling, he looked around. Several pine needles where covering the ground, and the ground was.. a bit ..sticky. He looked up to meet face-to-face with a pegasus, that had appearantly gotten stuck in one of the trees. ''I hope for your sake that you were the one callin' out to me..'' he asks, tipping his head backwards as he steps forwards, his hoof getting covered in sap and some needles.

  10. ''How.. do i.. hold.. this map..'' the annoyed looking earth pony mumbled. He was struggling quite a bit trying to found the route described on the map. He had turned the map onto each side, but just couldn't find the direction. The map itself looked old, wrinkled and had some tears and scratched on it. It was still readable - though it all looking like complete gibberish - so Dice still tried find the way onwards to the 'treasure'. Never buy things from strangers, said his adoptive mother, but what did she know? He was going to find a treasure, from a map he bought from a stranger! Hah!

He sat down at the campfire he had made and grumbled, putting the map next to him. The crisping of the campfire and the faint noise of somepony calling out to him he slowly began think- wait.. somepony was calling out to us? He looked around, and shook his head. ''Hello?'' he yelled back at the voice, frowning and trying his best to look at wherever the voice was coming from.

  11. Looks good thus far although I am curious what motivates her now outside of her loyalty to her current boss? She appears from her back story to be all about defending those in court who otherwise would have difficulty acquiring competent legal council. Is she motivated by a general sense of justice, a sense of fair representation for the poor in court? As it was such a case that lead to her cutie mar (indicating a "true calling"). It would appear that she does, which may also encourage her to do Pro bono work on behalf of the poor and/or advocate for better laws so poorer ponies may be better represented, in otherwords, a legal activist for social justice in the court system. If this is true, doe it cause any friction with her current boss or ethical concerns as she attempts to rise up in the company and be closer to him?

What about her relationship with her family. Did they ever discover she argued for the defendants in the suit her parents brought forth? If they knew it would adversely affect their relationship. In either case it would be good to hear what kind if any relationship she has with the family. If it is strained or nonexistent, what emotional impact it has on her (it could explain why she wants to be so personally close to her boss, as she doesn't have anyone else).

Other than that, I would just say to make sure Max's player is fine with this closeness to his character.

Ah, well.. i've added a little more, but i'm still a bit unsure about most of the app now.. i'll change it back to WIP..

I am Maximilian, and I approve this message. RoyalDice had been keeping me up to date with this app, unfortunately I waited until now to post here! XD

I am totally ok with this

AAaaand thank you, Herr Bann x3

  12. ''..A.. p-party?'' he asked slowly, taking a small sip from his almost empty coffee cup. He didn't really know how a party worked, neither was he ever at a party, big or small. He heard about them being ''lots of fun'' and ''awesome'' and such, but had never really partied anytime before. He doesn't really hang out with other ponies, but.. there was a first for everything, no? ''...U-uhm.. alright.. that sounds like fun..'' he says, smiling weakly and chuckles weakly.

He knew the ponies ment well, but he couldn't help it but think that the ponies were actually sympathising with him. He prefered to not be sympathised with, but this looked like he didn't really had a choice.

He shrugged it off, took the last sip of his coffee and looked around, waiting on what the pegasus would do with her idea for a ''party'' and how she was going to party, with her wing still busted.

  13. ''Hah, Acorn Seed.. and trust me, i'm not as much of a sir as you think, missy.. how about yourself? You got a name?'' he asked, a slight grin on his face. He didn't want to be called Sir, but since the filly looked so young he let it slide. Sir just made him feel so old.. and he didn't want to feel so old.

  14. Chuckling a little at seeing the young blank flank doing both things, he shook his head. ''Heh, no need to do both things, missy..'' he said, looking back at her from pulling the cart. He grunted again, and picked up the pace. ''Wasn't there.. some.. other pony with you? Or am i going to have to buy glasses or something?'' he mumbled.

He shook his head, and grunted. ''Why did you wanted to help me, anyhow? Do i look /that/ old?'' he said in a slightly annoyed tone.

  15. ''Hmphf.. me? Needing help?..'' he mumbled, snerking. He tought it through for a second, and grunted. ''You know what.. i do need a little assistance..'' he said, resisting the urge to raise an eyebrow. ''You can either help me pull this cart, or you just make sure no acorns fall off of it.'' he mumbled, with a nod.

He laughed shortly, and shook his head. ''Doesn't really matter what you do, as long as you do it good..'' he said firmly, nodding at Blanca.

  16. Trotting down the small, yet pleasant looking roads of Ponyville, Acorn Seed was mumbling into himself. ''These.. wretched.. acorns..'' he complained, pulling forth a big cart, with hunderds of acorns lying ontop of it. He hadn't only harvested them all, but was now also supposed to carry them into town. The old stallion he was, he started having trouble doing so.

He was grunting almost the entire trip, and swearing to himself, with many ponies looking at him. He didn't care if he was old, as he was still capable of harvesting, pulling the cart, selling the acorns, and then pulling the cart back to his farm to repeat the entire progress! However, after having done the same thing over, and over again, he started to get really tired.

Currently, along with his frustrated grunts were small pants. He shook his head, and growled at himself, noticable to several other ponies along the path, however still not caring if they looked at him like he was mad. In some way, he was probably only getting mad over alot of things.

  17. ''M-mhm, sorry.. i-it's understandable.. '' he muttered, flopping his ears back up again. ''N-no problem.. h-heh..'' he mumbled. ''H-Hope i a-am not r-rude or anything..'' he bit his lip and shook his head. Nodding weakly and clearing his throath, he took a sip of his coffe again as he got ready to speak.

''I d-don't like H-Heartwarming Eve, b-because everypony s-seems to be really happy.. b-being indoors with f-family and friends.. b-but i s-seem to never g-get that lucky..'' he says, with a weak laugh. ''P-probably because m-my family is a-always away, and m-most of my f-friends do h-have family t-they can be w-with this holiday..'' he said, another weak laugh this time accompanied by a weak grin aswell. ''B-but still, i d-do like s-silence.. i s-suppose..'' he said, with a grunt, his grin fading but still trying to look as festive as possible.

His attention shifted as a pony started talking to him. He turned around, and eyed the pony carefully, before it hit him. ''O-Oh! Douglas! It's g-good to see you a-again!'' he said, his grin returning on his face. ''I've.. b-been quite cold, b-but.. good, i suppose! H-How about you?'' he said, scratching one of his hooves with a other awkwardly.

  18. He dropped his ears, levitated his coffee back to himself, taking a small sip from it as he took a step back from the mare. ''S-shut up.. g-got it..'' he said, weakly. He took another sip from the hot coffee cup and coughed. He slowly trotted behind the two, biting his lip as it started snowing a bit more.

He looked around again, and shook his head. Atleast they were still walking, as the snowing increased a bit, and so did the gust. He could feel the snow falling onto his nose as he shook it off. Just stay in the back, Survey.. he thought to himself, mabye they won't notice if he'd leave..

  19. Slightly suprised, but suddenly encouraged to take the wounded pegasus along on the walk with the filly and himself. He cleared his throath again, and trotted over to the rampaging mare. ''E-excuse me, miss? W-would you care for a walk with me a-and t-this here f-filly..'' he said, slowly pointing at Fate, with a weak smile. ''N-no offence, o-ofcourse! Y-you are v-very kind..''

''B-but, to g-get back to the point.. w-would you?'' he said awkwardly, holding up his cup of coffee for the mare.

  20. ''T-trust my, m-my name isn't s-so g-'' he wanted to reply, but he was also cut off by the thud, caused by the crashing pegasus. ''O-oh my..'' he muttered, as he slowly trotted over to the ''crash site''.

He slowly eyed the pegasus, and quickly cleared his throat. ''..N-need.. a-any help?'' he said, now about twice as nervous, and with a faint blush on his cheek. He slowly turned to Fate. ''S-She looks like s-she's still h-healthy..'' he said slowly.
