    Flashbomb's heart felt heavy when she told him that Hearts and Hooves day was when her parents died. He then flashed back to the royal wedding of Princess Cadence and Shining armor. It was a bright and sunny day when him and his parents arrived in canterlot. His parents were Windgust (dad) And Lightning wind (mum) They had wandered the city enjoying the festivities that were going on. Then all of it changed, The shield around Canterlot collapsed and a Whole army of changelings started to attack. His memory flashed forward to when his parents fell when they tried to fight back. Flashbomb tried to fight along side them but was Knocked unconcious during the struggle. When he woke up his parents were gone. He came to from his flashback and saw that he had tears running down his face. "Applejack... I know how its like to loose your parents.." He stuttered "Im so sorry." he put his hoof under her chin and held her gaze. He tried to say something else but couldnt. he broke into tears.

    Flashbomb took one of the pictures and looked at it. "Are these your parents?" he asked. He looked up at Lyria.

    Flashbomb released the hug and looked up at the two stars she looked at. "what is she looking at?" He tried to think then it hit him like a brick. "Her parents..." He whispered. He looked over to Applejack. "Im so sorry Applejack i didnt know..." He said to her. He felt regret how did he not catch it earlier? He looked back up at the two stars with sadness.

    Flashbomb looked over at angel and defeded himself "I grew bored in the stallion barracks, everyone is taking a nap and i dont know where Sunray is." He glanced over to Lyria. "I Heard her crying and i wanted to check to see if she was alright." He stopped himself "sir." he added in when he saw a Guard at the end of the hall give him a look

    Flashbomb wondered what had made Applejack break down into tears like that. He held her close and tried to comfort her. He looked down at her as she cried. "whats wrong Applejack? What is troubling you so bad?" He wanted to make her feel better. He had no idea what was wrong.

    Flashbomb grew bored of sitting inside of the barracks he looked for stuff to do but all efforts at entertainment bored him even more. He looked around "i think ill head into the mare barracks to visit Lyria." He thought to himself." He trotted out of the stallion barracks and heard a soft sobbing sound coming from the mare barracks. He knoked on the door to make sure he wasnt disturbing anypony. "um lyria? are you in there? Can i come in?" he asked through the door.

    Flashbomb put his forelimbs around Applejack. He felt tears coming from her and rolling down her face. "Whats the matter?" he asked her with Concern.

    Flashbomb continued walking with Applejack through the orchards. they came to the water reserve for the farm. a quiant pond tht shone silver in the moonlight, it was dopledwith stars. He stared in amazement. "Wow. that is beautifull." He quoted as they sat on the shore.

    Flashbomb smiled at marble as they headed back to the barracks. "Sweet, were partners!" He said as they headed back. They entered the baracks. Flashbomb looked outside and saw the weather had gotten worse. He coldnt see 3 feet ahead of the window. "Wel thats lovely." He added with discust.

    Flashomb had rested his eyes for a while He opened them when he realized that he almost fell asleep. His body was numb from the cold. He saw that the last few ponies were finnishing the dizzytron. when the last pegasus had gone, the instructors wanted to continue but when a report of a massive white out was on the way they decided against it. They ordered everyone back inside. They would continue tommarow. Flashbomb walked into the main hall and shook himself off. Snow and frost fell from him. He was shivering terribly. "S..s..sstuupid...cc...cold .....wwweather." He said as he shook. He went to the Stallion barracks to warm up. He dried himself off, And set his kettle to brew some tea. He wrapped a blanet around himself to keep warm. He wantd to continue training but the weather was horrible outside. He shivered and sneezed as he sipped his tea. (what a wus)

    Flashbomb replied to Applejack. "Its fine Applejack, its natural for him to be protective, If i had a younger sister i would act the same way." He paused and thought. "Applejack you know that i wouldnt ever hurt you, Im not that kind of Stallion. I have all the respect for you in All of Equestria." He kept walking next to her. " Im happy that Big mac is ok with us being together." He smiled at her. They continued on. The sky had become a full display of stars. The moon shone brightly. He looked at Applejack "I will remember this moment forever." He said to her. They continued on.

    Flashbomb realized that snowflake making was a long and tedious process. "Sorry i snapped at you marble" He appologised to him. He shivered again. (I think sunray is Gone)

    Flashbomb walked slowly next to Applejack. It was so peacefull in the orchards. He was enjoying the walk. He looked at all the tall trees. "Isnt it hard to work in the orchards?" He asked her. "I wouldnt be able to kick a tree hard enough to make a single apple drop."

    Flashbomb looked to marble and then to lyria. "Oh get along you two." He said in a friendly tone. He sat down and shivered. His wings ached in the cold. "We all are doing so well, Do you think its the cold?" He asked them as he pushed some snow carefully from his face.

    "Sure." He replied to her. He walked over and picked up his saddlebags and the box. He placed the box in hs bag and put his headphones around his neck. He walked over to quillheart. "We will see you later, hopefully we will catch you at the dance?" He walked back to Applejack. "Goodbye quillheart." He waved and Walked next to Applejack.

    Flashbomb nodded to marble as he watched lyria take her turn. "i never did that before either." He patted his friend on te back and didnt notice that lyria had finnished. "6.8 seconds!" He heared spitfire announce. His jaw dropped. He didnt expect her to do so well! He watched as she walked over and stood next to them. "y....you did great!" He said to her. He sneezed again. The cold was getting to him. He shook off the snow for the fith time and he was getting tired of it.

    Flashbomb gazed up at the sky. The moon had began to appear slowly. "Wow its amazing." He breathed. He looked down at Applejack and smiled at her as well.

    Flash watched his friend flip through the air "Come on marble stablize yourself."He said. Marble regained control and flew in for cash landing. "Ooh that looked like it hurt." He muttered. " I hope he did good. He then sneezed loudly. Spitfire glared at him.

    Flashbomb smiled at applejack as she leaned against him. He looked up and saw stars starting to slowly form in the east. "Luna must be out." he quoted to The mare. He enjoyed this moment. He had forgotten about Quill heart for a moment. (sorry quill)

    Flashbomb was surprised that he did better than Lightning dust. He fell back into line. the snow started to fall harder. In moments he was covered in snow. He shook himself and sneezed. He flicked his tail in frustration. He was covered yet again in snow. "Oh by celestia." He sighed.

    Flashbomb watched rarity and Angel snapp walk away. It was just Him, Applejack, And quill heart. The sun had set in the west time had burned so quick. The Party would start soon.

    Flashbomb cringed atthe thought of him failing. He sat up and shook the snow off of himself. "I dont know...12 seconds?" He guessed.

    Flashbomb laughed at Rarity's joke. even though it was in bad taste. "Or saved nyponelse from falling boulders?" He chuckled. "Bad joke." He thought to himself.

    Flashbomb was next. His heart was racing. "wish me luck he said to the other cadets. He flew up to the machine and got in. He saw all eyes on him. He took a deep breath and put his goggles on. "Full speed. " He said. He wanted to push himself and to try. The machine started its rotation. It started gaining speed. Flahsbomb gritted his teeth. the bitter wind stung him and sliced to the bone. "I will pass!" He thought to himsel with determnation. He spun fasterand faster then it hit maxspeed. His stomach lurched but h kept it down. His eyes were wattering profusly from the speed. He then heard a faint "RELEASE!" He was thrown from the chair and tumbled through the sky. He opened his eyes and snapped into focus. His wing snapped out and he regained control. he rolled and then Flapped his wings to his destination. He rocketed to the runway and landed straight. He was proud of himself but then he became extremly sick and fell over on the side of the runway. The world spun so much. "H.....how did i do?" He asked between gasps for air.
