I have one word for you Mr. Trite: Magic. They transformed into humans through the use of magic, and Phoenix entered Equestria through Twilight's use of a teleportation spell. Humans can only enter Equestria when ponies force them in, and turning into a human is complicated magic that only somepony as magically powerful as, say, Twilight Sparkle could possibly pull off. What's that? It seems Twilight and her 5 best friends are all there. It must be a COMPLETE coincidence that the best friends of, and including the most powerful sorceress and newest princess of Equestria were able to turn into humans. Also, the series 'Equestria Girls' is meant to be ponies turning into humans on Earth. Equestria and Earth are very similar, but separate.

"Everybody here is a human 'on Equestria'" That doesn't look like Equestria to me so how can it be Equestria girls? They're clearly on planet Earth. No pony would be able to access long lockers like that with their hooves, so it's sense that such thing wouldn't exist on Equestria

OBJECTION! The little girl, and her brother that appeared in those generations, were brought to Equestria from Earth! In fact, that wasn't even Equestria! Also, the area that Generation 1 took place in was not stated, it could be somewhere other then Equestria! And finally, no humans appeared in other generations, therefor, humans can only go to Equestria when ponies bring them to Equestria!

OBJECTION! who gave that to twilight to give to phoenix? Celestia has the ability to see into the human world that was why everything that has to do law is based on human culture including badges BUT she had to make the badge look like it belonged in Equestria and the badge in the human world looks a lot like a bit. SO the badge had to be changed! That Badge means nothing...

Your objection has been over-ruled. Princess Celestia does not have the power to see into the human world. That's Lyra Heartstring's power. The badge itself is an artifact of... wait I take that back it's just one of Zecora's priceless random things.

Hmm... Well what if building off the idea of learning off each other Eventually they get separated and have separate tests based off their friends skills? like Physical walls they have to overcome.

After Light Harmony spoke, Cadence looked at him.

"She should be fine, Light Harmony. She's... just in one of those confused moments." Cadence replied, though she honestly didn't know exactly why Lovinity was wanting to be alone. "She's probably in some distress because of what's going on."

Cadence stopped for a moment and conjured up a magic heart and tried to send it outward hoping it'd reach Lovinity.

Cadence and Shining Armor, Light Harmony following, continued towards the crater.

Meanwhile, Lovinity lands in a field of trees and sits down... first staring into space with what was on her mind, and then pouting down into a cry.

"What is wrong?" She asked herself. Her heart sparked some more. "I feel so down about this... this magical back fire. But... I feel like that's not the only reason I'm upset... and I don't even know what the other reason is."

She began to feel disconnected from everything, feeling like she really wasn't there. That made her all the more needy to cry.

EUREKA! As courthouses and law books themselves are inspired by humans, so too is the justice system, and therefor, lawyer ponies would be needed for a human-based justice system!
