I like the fandom too, but there is always that one guy that everyone knows that takes it too far (trust me I know a lot). And its called Equestra Girls look it up, I think it may be fake though the screen shots I ran in too is starting to look like Monster High...sont ask how I know of that.

Yeah thats all I am saying is that people take this way to far! And I know that it is not everybody, but when half my facebook feed are serius bashings on this new show and season 3. It kinda screams over the top to me. I get that people don;t like stuff, but at one point it becomes too (insert a good word for winey here).

Am I the only one out there that does not see what the problem with this is? The show itself was not made for my age group or gender for that matter. So I can't say anything.

My feeling is that people see this little girls show and say, 'Now that I watch it, it must have been made for my age group. screw what the creators think.'

And this makes me hate...HATE the fandom. Why do some of you care so much. Its a tv show! Not your way of life, or mine. Do I have a facebook pony page? Yes. Do I Rp the ponies? Yes. Do I buy the comic and toys? Yes. But I don't care all that much about it.

I think the whole rhymeing thing in the ponyverse is a zebra thing. Seeing as they have yet to put another zebra in to the show it is impossible to say for sure.

With that being said for what you are working towards I say go with the shamanic ritual. Unless of course you plan on using other zebras.

I would have to make this suggestion, why not just find someponies that would let you uses their OCs? That way its more oringal then uses already known ponies. But that only an idea! I would have to say Gilda, Big Mac, Trixie, and nurse Redheart are the bear min for this.

Eye colour:red His eyes are different from others. His irises of black and only filled with a red cross. Its hard to explain and I don't have pictures at the moment so think of this (+)

Coat A light grey colour with red markings (tags hint hint)

Mane/Tail His mare is black untill it reachs around his neck were it turns orange. His tail is short and spikey. Like his mare it is black and the ends are orange.

Physique He has a bigger build then most unicorns. Not built but differently more then just toned.

Residence He lives in a niced sized workshop in Ponyville. But he also stays with his half sister Halla Ween in Canterlot from time to time. (An app for Halla Ween should be ready or WIP by tomorrow)

Occupation Blacksmith and unhired, and completely unknown to said person, Princess Luna's fatefull servent.

Cutie Mark His cutie mark is the hardest part to explain. Its a fan on top of a gear. Well not that hard. He got it when he built a toy out of scrap metal when him and his day where at the trainyard when he was still young. (5 or 6)

History Even after reading the outline for what should go here I am still slightly unsure of what to put. So here is an outline of his life.

-Born

-Got goggles when the family curse made itself know. age 3

-Got cutie mark. age 5 or 6

-started training under his blacksmith master Sliver Gear. He got his nickname from him.

-Left home to work and live in the wide spaces of Ponyville.

Character Summary (Why don't you jut drop history and have them put it here?) Gearlock is a 'shy' pony, someone who does talk to people unless they talk to him first or he as no choice but to. He hated living in Caterlot due to the fact that people treated his family, his mum and him, poorly. His mother and him wear goggles to hide their famliys curse, the Midnight Moon Crosses. A curse given to his famliy when they join forces with Nightmare Moon 1000 years ago. After Princess Luna returned freed from her Nightmare, Gearlock and his mother Aqua Tag went to the Princess to have their curse undone. But saddly that couldn't be done.

Gearlock never knew his real dad, but sees his Step dad Steam Whisle and Step sister Halla Ween as his real ones.

Hello there! My name is Gearlock and I just found this webpage, and I hope to make a couple friends here! I don't have that much to say about myself beside that you most likely never see my eyes. For two reasons, one I never take off my goggles, and two I wear them for a reason.

I found myself to be a nice unicorn, if not, somewhat spacey and weird. I really don't know that many people so I do hope to meet some here.
