((Ha it's cool, I only post with text colour when it's not my OC)) Right then the two of them heard a bump and a small "[colour=#9933ff]ouch..." [/colour]before a purple unicorn walked up the stairs of the basement rubbing the back of her forehead in pain. She noticed the two ponies inside her house and went to greet them. "[colour=#9933cc]Shadow! Welcome back!" [/colour]she said as she gave him a hug "[colour=#9933cc]Who's your new friend?" [/colour]she asked, quizzically looking over at Care. Shadow then turned to Care, obviously expecting him to introduce himself.

[colour=#4b0082]"Alright!" Spike yelled "I just hope you're not like the other mailpony Derpy. She keeps crashing into the tree and making all the books fall, and I keep having to re-sort them!" he told him in an annoyed tone. "Anyway, Twilight will be up in just a minute, try seeing if there's any book here you like while waiting!" [/colour]Spike quickly ran off to finish his chores for the day

"If you're the awesomest mail pony, then I expect all my mail on time in perfect condition!" he challengingly declared, holding his hoof out for the two to shake. "So, what exactly has been going on here?" he quizzically wondered. -

((oh ya it was Dapper XD sorry about that)) ((lol Shadow isn't full of himself but that's a hilarious first impression I apparently made)) As he turned back to face Soul and they exchanged pleasantries, Shadow quickly sat back down in his seat and started reading the book he was originally reading in the first place. Whenever a mare came over and started talking to him, he would politely put down the book and talk to them with a smile on his face, but never more than that. Afterwards, he would always go back to reading his book. -

"Spike! Twilight! Come on out! I want you to meet the new Ponyville mail pony!" he shouted at nopony in particular. Then, the pile of books at the base of the shelves started rumbling, and a baby dragon popped out. [colour=#4B0082]"Ooohhhh...I have GOT to stop trying to sort books while Twilight is doing one of her experiments" [/colour]Spike mused. He then noticed Shadow, and quickly waved to him. "[colour=#4b0082]Hey there Shadow, what's up! Who's the new pony?" [/colour]he inquired.

Shadow was walking through the park on his day off, happy to enjoy the fresh air, when he heard voices from somewhere nearby. As he walked around the bend, he noticed a couple ponies talking, with one holding a frog. Curiosity getting the best of him, he decided to walk over and see what was going on. As he walked up to the group, he proclaimed "Hi! I'm Shadow Streak! I couldn't help but notice everypony just sitting here talking so I was wondering if I could join in!"

As he finished asking them his question, they suddenly opened their mouths to answer when Shadow heard somepony from behind. Shadow quickly turned around and returned the gesture, bro-hoofing Soul. "Oh not much" he replied "Dapper just thought I could use a few more guests, so I introduced myself to these fine mares right here" he states as he motions to the 3 mares, who instantly start giggling when Shadow smiles at them. "Anything interesting happening with you lately?" he inquired. -
Shadow chuckled quietly to himself "Hehehe..Don't worry about it, Twilight Sparkle is famous for all the scientific experiments she does and all the books she reads and leaves lying around for her assistant to sort. That was either another book falling onto him as we speak, which by the way don't worry, he's quite the strong helper, or one of her experiments just exploded in her face again. It's actually quite common by now. Anyway, this way!" he proclaimed as he opened the door and stepped inside.

As they walked up to the large tree, a large *THUD* was heard from inside. Shadow did not seem to react to this.

"Oh...alright" she responded, the thought of a carving like that existing one day for her quickly entering and leaving her mind. "Just wondering, but are you ok with music being played right now?" she asks as she pulls out one of those rolled up portable pianos. "I'm not that great at piano really, seeing as my cutie mark is for DJing, but whenever I have a chance I like to play it. Are you ok with that?"

"Oh sweet! Thanks so much!" she yelled happily before finally sitting down and looking at Acrylic's art with a sideways glance "Huh...so...what exactly are you painting onto the trees? Or are you just essentially colouring them in?" she quizzically wondered.

"Well I have to say" she proclaimed "at least you have the ability to stand it. It's PART of my special talent to be snippy at people when I'm not in a good mood, so I'm not often hired for such arbitrary tasks". She then realized what she had been doing this whole time. "Oh, just out of curiosity, when you're done painting, would it be possible for you to please escort me out of this forest? I seem to have gotten myself lost"

"Haha, a bit fired up to meet an Element of Harmony I see? Ya most people who come here are like that. Don't worry about it though, they're used to the attention" he stated matter-of-factly. "Anyway I was meaning to ask you...who's your friend? Not your marefriend buddy, don't worry about it I don't have any plans of trying to take her. The crimson pegasus is who I'm talking about." he asked curiously.

(((TY so much!)) "Hm...?" Shadow replied, slowly looking up off his papers to see the mares that Dapper was talking about. "Well...I wouldn't mind". Shadow stood up and cantered over to the mares, bowing down and kissing their right hoof each "It is a pleasure to meet you fine mares" he recited while smiling to each of them. "Is there anything that I could possibly do for such fine mares as yourself?" he asked, putting on his most innocent curious face. -
She quickly took a look at the supplies he was placing everywhere, before her curiosity finally got the best of her attitude "And if you wouldn't mind me asking...what is your special talent then?" she quizzically asked, her head tilted while looking at him.

Her face contorted to one of annoyance before stating "Yes, I would oh so love for you to go and put on a clown suit and chase me through Canterlot Square. I'm sure that would make a scary sight" her face quickly changing to one of amusement
