    Six String mindlessly walked into Saronyx, bumping him out of the way while groaning. Whatever this mindless form's goal was, it was very determined to get it done.

    As if in response, the sleepwalking Six String said [colour=#008080]"mrrrh. meet. hake. back. ker."[/colour] This time, he said it louder, so more ponies could notice him. He opened the door by walking directly into it and continued his trek towards the back train car.

    The crowd had started to turn chaotic after Midnight Rose failed to show up, but they fell silent when Six String got on stage. He held a six-stringed, red electric guitar.[colour=#008080] "Hello, ponies of Canterlot. I have good news and bad news. The bad news is, Midnight Rose, due to an accident earlier today, is unable to play today." [/colour]The crowd booed. [colour=#008080]"BUT," [/colour]Six String interrupted, [colour=#008080]"the good news is; I'm filling in for her."[/colour] He started playing the guitar, a sweet tune falling over the crowd. Soon, the sweet tune disappeared and was replaced with heavy metal beats; though only Midnight (if you choose to) could see it, the guitar had a strange blue energy flowing out of it as he played each note.

    (Sorry, changeling magic made my computer unable to connect to the internet for three days. Mental note: put hot sauce in Chrysalis' apple pie.) In the backround, Six Strings stood up (his eyes still shut tight) and slowly exited the train car. He was surprisingly quiet for a sleepwalker, and only a few ponies in the whole car noticed him leave. Though nearly unnoticeable, he muttered something in his sleep; it sounded like "hake." (Is it a name? Is it a code? You find out. Just to be forward about it, Six Strings is a total troll when he sleepwalks.)

    Six String ran right past the guard, slamming the door open in a hurry. With a flash of his horn, a large trunk with a padlock appeared in front of him. He set Midnight down on the floor, on the mat, and put in a code. Before anyone could see what happened or react, he pulled something large out of the case and ran towards the stage.

Six String looked at Midnight. [colour=#008080]"Sure, if you want,"[/colour] he said. He then looked at Knight, but instead of getting angry, he just smiled. He turned back to Compass. [colour=#008080]"You can meet at the Everfree Forest meeting point, I just need to get Delilah and we can go. Actually, everyone, go pack what you need, and we'll all meet back at the place in an hour, okay?"[/colour] he asked everypony in the group at once. Then his face turned sour.[colour=#008080] "Also, you might want to alert any family you have that you're leaving, as you likely won't be seeing them for a few months. It takes a long time to get to Extrequs and back."[/colour]

    He turned and looked at the mare next to him. [colour=#008080]"It's... it's alright. I was just upset. I've been trying to get to Delilah for hours, but we keep getting stopped or interrupted. And sorry for calling you 'Crimson Rose,' I mess up stuff like that when I'm angry. I should be the one apologizing, Knight was just joking,"[/colour] he said.[colour=#008080] "Anyways, we're just going to see Delilah before we head off to start the journey to see if she wants to come. Go get Knight, I'll meet you guys there,"[/colour] he said as he trotted away. (Midnight, you can join in now! =3)

    Six String looked at Knight incredulously as his extended hoof fell to the ground. Being the stallion he was, he did the most logical thing he could thing of: he facehoofed.[colour=#008080] "First of all, I am not seeing Delilah to hit on her," [/colour]he said, losing his joking attitude entirely and staring daggers at Knight. [colour=#008080]"Second of all, Crimson Rose just wants to know why we aren't at the meeting place, not whether or not she turns you on. If you're going to hit on her, do it in your own time or when I'm not around," [/colour]he growled. He stomped away, heading towards Delilah's house, leaving the other two ponies to themselves. (If you haven't guessed, he's easily angered by a few topics.)

    Six String put his hoof in Compass Rose's way, obscuring her path. [colour=#008080]"Wait. I believe the stallion you're looking for is me,"[/colour] he explained as he lowered his appendage. He raised it again, extending it for a hoof shake. [colour=#008080]"I'm Six String, by the way."[/colour]

    Six String trotted alongside Knight, spaced out, regaining his attention when he heard a rather convincing Canterlot voice next to him. He turned and watched as his compatriot flirted with a random mare. [colour=#008080]"Eugh, Knight! Are you going to hit on every mare in town before we get to Delilah?"[/colour] He laughed and pushed him out of the way with a sly smirk, and began to talk to the mare. [colour=#008080]"I'm sorry about that, my companion here is Knight, and my dog is Miles. You said you were looking for someone here in Ponyville?"[/colour]

    Six String's legs were thumping with pain, but he didn't care. He needed to find Midnight, and fast; eventually, he found her on the ground in a sitting position. [colour=#008080]"Are you alright!?"[/colour] he asked her. He stared, patiently awaiting a response, before he understood why she didn't answer. [colour=#008080]"Oh... right... she's paralyzed, she can't talk. Hang on, Midnight, I'm gonna carry you back to the music room- wait a minute... You have a concert in 5 minutes, don't you? The paralysis spell doesn't wear off for an hour! Oh no, oh no, oh no..."[/colour] He started to panic. (You're about to find out why he's named Six Strings.) Suddenly, he had an idea as a spark appeared in his eyes. [colour=#008080]"Come on, Midnight, we're gonna rock a concert,"[/colour] he told her. Then he remembered she couldn't move. Feeling foolish, he got her onto his back and starting running towards the music room where this all began.

    Having been unexpectedly teleported, Six String ran directly into a tree. He fell backwards with a pained yelp upon collision. [colour=#008080]"Ow! What the...!?"[/colour] he yelled. Then he realized what happened. [colour=#008080]"Oh Celestia, she got hit, didn't she? I have to get back there before she gets caught!" [/colour]He tried to ready a teleportation spell, but he was unable to concentrate because of the pain. [colour=#008080]"Owwww.... WHY IS EVERYTHING SO DIFFICULT!?" [/colour]he groaned. He turned around and ran as fast as his legs could carry him to get to Midnight before he was too late.

    Six Strings, acting quickly, turns around and follows the mare. He notices the guard turn around, hoofcuffs in mouth, beginning to chase them down.[colour=#ff0000] "STOP!"[/colour] he yelled, readying a magic blast. Upon further examination, Six Strings identified it as a paralysis spell, one that most guards were equipped with so runners couldn't escape. [colour=#008080]"WATCH OUT! HE'S PREPARING A PARALYSIS SPELL!"[/colour] he yelled to the mare a bit ahead of him. The guard's horn glowed, releasing the spell quickly. Six Strings managed to narrowly dodge it, but wasn't certain Midnight could dodge it. He turned back to her, to find... (It's your choice; you can either get hit by it or not. All it does is make you unable to move or speak.)

    The stallion in armor was fuming, though he did not notice Six String nod at Midnight. [colour=#ff0000]"That's it! You're under arrest for being an accomplice in a crime and disrespecting the Royal Guard! Put out your hooves!"[/colour] he said as he foolishly turned to grab his hoofcuffs, giving both an opportunity to make a run for it.

    [colour=#008080]"Don't get any ideas, funny guy,"[/colour] he said jokingly as he shuffled through his saddlebag. [colour=#008080]"I'm only there to ask her if she wants to come on the trip. She said she would think about it, and I'm going there to see if she's made up her mind yet. And she's just a friend, alright?"[/colour] He said. He pulled a canteen out of his saddle with his magic and drank the contents. Shortly after, he looked at the stallion in front of him. [colour=#008080]"I like ya, kid. You've got a good sense of humor. Now, let's go get Delilah."[/colour] He started a slow trot towards Ponyville, intent on meeting his friend at her home.

    [colour=#ff0000]"Look, ma'am. I understand your concern, but I'm a professional. I didn't have the TIME to check the scene because he-"[/colour] he gestured towards Six String- [colour=#ff0000]"started running as soon as he saw me. If you don't step out of the way, I'm afraid I'm going to have to arrest you for being an accomplice in a crime," [/colour]he explained, now obviously annoyed. He was on the verge of becoming very angry.

    [colour=#008080]"Well, I'm still waiting, but we could go ask around town if you get bored easy," [/colour]he explained. [colour=#008080]"And yeah, Miles is pretty cute. I got him a couple'a years back when I was lost in the Everfree Forest. I was out there searchin' for something to eat when I was ambushed and cornered by a few wild animals. I didn't have my knife with me, so I woulda been dead if Miles didn't come along like he did. He even managed to find me a way out; good thing too, I was running dangerously low on supplies." [/colour][colour=#000000]He continued. [/colour][colour=#008080]"After saving my hide, I thanked him and left, but he followed me all the way home. I eventually let him start following me around and he's grown on me. Now he's my best (and only) friend when I'm out there, alone in the wilderness." [/colour]Having finished his tale, he rose to all fours and stretched his legs. [colour=#008080]"Yeah, I think going to town would be the best idea right now anyways. I still got one particular mare to ask anyways. You comin'?"[/colour] (By the way, Miles is a white wolf. I didn't think any other breeds would work in the "Everfree" scenario.)

    (Yes, I'll be the guard for this scene. He'll have a different colour text so you won't get confused.) [colour=#ff0000]"Step aside, ma'am. There's a criminal currently standing behind you,"[/colour] he said in a gruff, monotone voice. He tried to keep his composure, but this mare was already starting to annoy him. [colour=#ff0000]"He was caught assaulting four stallions, and apparently a mare, since she was knocked out on the scene as well."[/colour] (The thug knocked the mare out, the guard's just going on what he has available.)

    [colour=#008080]"Well, it's sort of a place of legend. Thousands of years ago, probably before Celestia or Luna's time, it disappeared off the face of the planet without explanation. Now, for reasons I can't begin to guess, it reappeared just a few days ago. Even though Celestia has decreed that nopony shall go there, as well as stationing her guard there to make sure they stay in line, I have other ideas," [/colour][colour=#000000]he explained.[/colour] He raised a map of the planet (it was a rather small planet, so it was easy to package onto a small paper) and pointed to a vacant patch of water. [colour=#008080]"It's right here; it isn't on the maps yet. Apparently, it used to be a lively place before it disappeared... I wonder if anyone's still there?"[/colour] he asked out loud. He heard a noise and looked down, seeing the dog whimpering. He let him down, to which the dog responded to by snuggling against Knight's leg. [colour=#008080]"His name's Miles, by the way,"[/colour] he said, gesturing towards the dog. [colour=#008080]"I think he likes you."[/colour]

    The guard turns around, grunting, preparing to trot away when he notices Six String. The guard yells for Six String to remain where he is.[colour=#008080] "Oh boy, here we go,"[/colour] Six String said.

    Six String laid in a nearby seat booth, having fallen asleep during the duration of this conversation. He managed to do this without any of them noticing because THIS IS A CARTOON UNIVERSE AND NOTHING MAKES SENSE. Snore. (This was mainly a joke, but now you can roleplay without needing me here. Enjoy!)

    He though for a moment.[colour=#008080] "Alright, I'll go along with this; but if I get thrown into the slammer for this, I'm not gonna be happy."[/colour] He nodded and stuck his own hoof out, shaking it tightly. For some reason, he felt strange that both hooves were able to keep a grip on each other, but he quickly dismissed the thought as anxiety.[colour=#008080] "Shall we get going?"[/colour] (SEE WHAT I DID THERE? ;3)
