1. Rarity nodded quickly, "Yes. It really is...it's about spending time with family, enjoying the holdidays, and especially fashion! It's the ony time of the year I can get most of my friends to let me give them a makeover!" She chuckled a little bit and then rolled over onto her stomach and stretched out comfortable as her mask hardened slowly on her face. She had to admit she had always liked the feeling of the mask as it dried, it was like someone was squeezing your face with soft hands and making it softer in the process. She'd be glowing after today for sure! Alexander glanced over at Charming as Lotus finished up. He was glad the small pony was a little more comfortable with him, he really didn't want to scare anybody. He shook his head a little bit as the mask felt really weird on his skin and spoke to Charming at the samer time, "Yer' quite welcome. I can see where that could make things difficult. They do lead busy lives from wha' I've heard. Hopefully some day y' stumble across them. Y've a better chance n' most." He smiled lightly and laid his head back down on his hoof and relaxed quietly, he had to at least try and enjoy himself, but that didn't stop his face from being beet red. Rarity turned her eyes to Lotus and she offered a bright smile, "Mmm...thank you darling." She rolled onto her side and laid her hooves out for Lotus to work on. She was completely content with the order in which she was doing things. She turned her head a little bit and peek over at Alexander whom it seemed was trying to get used to the feeling of the mask on his face, "Oh...don't pout Alexander. It's good for your skin, you'll be positively glowing after we are all done!" Alexander snorted a bit at Rarity and then laughed a little bit, "I trust y'. But I'm a farm stallion, I'm not used to this Frilly foo foo treatment. A good relaxing day for me is fallin' into bed at the end of a hard days work." He sighed a little bit and smiled despite the fact and ate one of the cucumbers Lotus had given him, "I'll do my best to try and enjoy though. Don' worryt Rarity." He relaxed once more and closed his eyes, chewing the cucumber quietly.
2. Rarity's face lit up behind her clay mask and she nodded quickly, "Mmm...I will have to attend one of your social gatherings next time I'm in Canterlot. I do so love the class of ponies that attend them. They are simply divine Charming." She said this in a bit of a dramatic tone as she laid backwards over the spa table and pretended to faint in happiness. She popped back up though and rolled over, relaxing on her amassed mound of pilows. As she sat there she'd been slowly plucking pillows from other tables and placing them on her own. After all, she HAD to be comfortable didn't she? Alexander let his eyes follow Lotus as she made her way to him. His eyes looked over her in silence for a few moments and then he smiled softly. He could understand she was more than a little scared and as she backed up her frowned a bit and leaned down, laying his head on his good hoof and saying, "I won't bite. Promise. Your more n' welcome. I don't think Rarity would appreciate it if I said no y'know?" He adjusted his injured hoof a little bit and let himself relax and allowed her to do what she needed to do, "I apologize if I seem...intimidating. I'm definitely not th' type of pony yer used to in here am I?" He asked curiously. Rarity sat up so fast and happily that the cucumbers quite literally lept from her eyes as she turned to Charming. Her fashion line was becoming popular! She let out a happy squeal of delight and said, "Oh that is so wonderful! I had been hoping a bit of it would catch on in Canterlot! Upper class here I come!" She thrust a hoof in the air triumphantly and then laughed a little bit as she realized how completely overdramatic she was being, she went back into 'calm' mode almost instantly and said, "Ahem...well...lets hope anyways." Alexander didn't turn to look at Charming as Lotus was working and said, "Hmn, for a pony like yerself I have no doubt that you'll meet th' princesses some day. After all y' live in Canterlot. Can't be too hard to see em now can it?" He asked with a shrug of his big shoulders. He allowed himself to try and relax and secretly admitted to himself in the back of his mind as his face went bright red from blushing that the mask in fact didn't feel too bad. Maybe Rarity actually knew what she was talking about. Rarity yawned a little and said, "Ponyville is much the same my dear Charming. Life goes on as usual, though we do have Hearths Warming eve coming up soon which is always quite lovely this time of year." She loved the holiday, it was one of the few she could decorate or get her friends to wear fancier clothes for get-togethers, it was a fashion lovers dream holiday. She glanced over to Alexander and grinned a bit, maybe she could get him into a tux this year or something to that extent. Alexander smiled very softly at Lotus as he allowed her to do her work. He was one of those ponies who had a very calm and inviting smile and a surprising way with words. He was easy to get along with and be around because he really did have a heart of gold. He was the kind of pony to go out of the way to help someone just because it felt right. After all, that was the way him and Rarity met. Otherwise she might still be stuck out in the middle of a rainstorm having her hair, makeup and clothing ruined.
3. Rarity reached up with a hoof and tucked a few strands of her hair behind one ear to keep them from getting stuck in the mask. She hated when that happened, removal was quite painful. She looked over at charming and nodded, "My apologies Charming. I forgot they really aren't 'parties' per-se. When are you inviting me to one again? That last one I went to was quite gorgeous I have to admit. You've a talent for decorating, something I can respect." She laid her head on the soft pillow provided for her and popped a few cucumbers over her eyes to reduce the puffiness around her eyes. Alexander turned his head to the roof and looked at it for a few moments as Charming spoke to him. He nodded quickly and said, "Yup. I run a farm between here n' Canterlot. We aren't a very big operation yet but I hope t' get our brands name out there some day. Me and my sister run th' farm together." He glanced over to see that Lotus had moved on to spreading the green goop on Charmings face now and he seemed to be actually enjoying it. Alexander would never right understand some ponies. Rarity allowed herself to relax as the two conversed. She didn't regret coming to the spa at all now, not when Lotus was such a darling about it. She stretched her hooves a little bit and wondered if Alexanders sister would come if she invited her some time. She defintiely didn't seem the spa type but on more than one occasion she'd let Rarity give her a makeover or dress her up in one of her frillier dresses. She dismissed the thought for now and let her focus come back to just enjoying her day with her friends, "So, has my fashion line spread to Canterlot yet Charming?" She asked purely out of vanity. Alexander smiled a bit and said, "So...do you arrange social engagements for a livin' then Charming? That's kind of an interestin' career. Must be fun to spend lots o' time with different ponies and t' meet all sorts!" He smiled a little bit as idea's of getting his brand noticed a bit more popped into his mind. Maybe this Charming was interested in doing a bit of business with him. He made a note to speak about it a bit later after he stopped smelling like a perfumed Filly.
4. Rarity was the first to answer Charming's question as Lotus laid out the various materials, "I am quite well. I get to spend a day at the spa with some of the more lovely stallions Equestria has to offer. I have no complaints whatsoever. What about you Charming? Still hosting plenty of fun parties?" She asked curiously before turning her gaze to Aloe and nodded happily as she stayed nice and still for the thick green clay to be spread over her face, it always felt so lovely. Aloe and Lotus always warmed their facials a little bit so it was super relaxing. She nodded to Lotus, "I am more than fine with that Darling. And yes, the stallions will be as well. The one has no choice, but charming here I'm sure won't object." Rarity couldn't help but grin a little bit, she could only imagine how Alexander was feeling. But it was for the best. Alexander stared down at the items that Lotus gathered and blinked a bit. What exactly was it all for? He turned his gaze from the items to charming who asked how they were. He stretched out a little bit and let his muscles relax at least a little bit and kind of tried to hide his face a tad, he was a big bulky stallion in a spa after all, "I'm alrigh', feelin' a bit out o' place t' say th' least. Rarity here basically dragged me t' this place." He watched Lotus spreading the odd green paste on Rarity's face and heard her comment about how he didn't have a choice. He snorted a little bit in her direction and laid his head back down on his good hoof. Rarity allowed herself to relax completely as she sat there and adressed Alexander without turning her head while Lotus worked, "Your right, but like I said. You won't regret it...you remind me alot of Applejack, she's not much of a fan of the spa either. Just relax, maybe your leg will feel better." Rarity offered Alexander a slightly sympathetic smile and then quickly turned her head back to Lotus afterwards, "Business is good as usual I hope?" Alexander snorted once more and said, "Time will tell I guess." He shrugged a little bit and turned his head to observe the other ponies coming into the spa. It seemed it was a busy place today. Already two or three other ponies were coming in and making themselves right at home. He had secretly hoped they would have been on their own but apparently that wasn't in the books and now he'd have to look some frilly foofy filly in front of other ponies as well.
5. Alexander offered a bright smile to Charming and listened to his explanation of how long he'd know Rarity. It wasn't an exact amount of time but obviously the stallion liked Rarity to say the least. Alexander chuckled a little bit and laid his head down on his unbroken leg, "That's nice. She really is a kind hearted Mare. I'm glad t' have met 'er. I've known 'er for...oh...probably a year and a half? We met in Canterlot whilst we were both on business trips. Her hotel room had been cancelled 'n she was stuck out in th' rain. I offered her my sisters and my room. The rest is history, we're kind of an odd match but it seems to work." He chuckled and glanced over at Rarity and shrugged his shoulders a little bit unsuredly. Rarity was glad to hear the two of them converse, she was worried they wouldn't get along too well. While Rarity got along with each of them individually she knew the two of them were at completely opposite ends of the scale when it came to personality and such. She turned her eyes to Lotus and smiled brightly, "No, thank you Lotus for providing such a lovely spa each time I come here. Just give us the works for all three of us. I'm here to show these two how to relax properly so we might as well show them how lovely you and your sister are at running your business darling. So Facials, Mud-baths, massage, and any other services you provide please." She glanced over to Alexander and chuckled at his comment about her. "An odd match, but you and your sister are such sweethearts. Hard not to like you, you know." Alexander heard Rarity comment and actually blushed a little bit at the comment. Alexander wasn't really the best at recieving compliments, he was used more to the playful insults that he and his sister threw back and forth at eachother. After all, they were both farm ponies so and 'farm words' tended to pop up now and then. He chuckled a little bit and let his eyes move to the pony standing near them. Lotus by name as Rarity had called her. Alexander had to admit that she was quite adorable. Rarity smiled and quickly added to her last comment to Lotus and said, "Oh! And don't worry about cost today. We're going all out. I've got it more than covered thanks to Charming here. I provided mos tof the lovely gowns for the mares going to one of his lovely parties." She giggled a little bit and hoped she recieved an invitation to one of his parties in the future, they were as good as her friend Pinkies parties except more classy and sophisticated. Somewhere she could show off her grace and obvious beauty.
6. (No worries mage. It's not that I don't understand the difference. It's just that i get on a roll when typing and forget to make changes ) Rarity smiled brightly as Charming entered the building and said, "Charming! Good to see you again. I'm absolutely darling today! I get to visit with two of my friends, at the spa no less! Though...some of us are a little apprehensive..." She cast a bit of a sour, yet not upset glance towards Alexander who frowned a bit at her. Rarity stepped to the side to allow Charming and Alexander to introduce eachother, she didn't want to get between the two tall stallions. She felt so small compared to the two of them, Both of them were taller and Alexander's bulk made her feel rather tiny. Alexander looked between the two of them and blinked a few times. Was Rarity trying to make him feel as awkward as possible? He was already in for a day of clay covered faces, painted hooves and seaweed wraps all over his body. He looked charming up and down quietly, though his eyes were never judgemental. He offered charming a smile and a bit of an awkward bow to him trying to keep with the apparent theme of things, "I don' believe we have. It's a pleasure t' meetcha Charming. Th' names Alexander." The less bulky pony in front of him seemed friendly at least. Alexander looked to Rarity and she simply gave a small chuckle. She knew how confused Alexander was by the sights and smells of the spa itself. She glanced to Charming and smiled brightly, a pony with proper manners. How refreshing it was compared to the standard fare of customers she had to deal with on a daily basis. Sure, Alexander had his charm. But Rarity was a pony of class and proper manners to her always made her smile. She trotted up to Lotus and Aloe and said, "Thank you for the warm welcome! Give us all the works today ladies, please!" She trotted past the two spa ponies and led both Alexander and Charming inside to a set of waiting tables where Lotus and Aloe could direct them through the various treatments they would recieve. She sat down on a soft table and waited patiently for the other two. She wasn't quite sure what to expect today but she was sure it would at least be enjoyable. She knew several of the treatments would help Alexander's sore and injured leg and also her aching back. She'd been working so hard in the last week she deserved to sleep, right? Alexander offered one final nod to Charming and then followed the two of them into the spa, he glanced around at all the various tables and set-ups. He'd never been here but Rarity was always going on about how amazing the two ponies, Lotus and Aloe were at their jobs so at least he knew he was in good hooves. He offered a quick nod to the two ponies in question and then moved to sit beside Rarity and charming and as he did he looked to Charming and said, "So, how long have y'known Rarity 'ere?" He asked in his thick southern accent. Alexander looked around the room helplessly and turned his gaze to the two ponies beside him. Boy did he ever feel out of place here, he was a big manly looking stallion with corded muscles and a well toned body. How odd it felt to him laying in the middle of a heavily perfumed room. He sighed a little bit as he turned his gaze back to Charming as he waited for his response and relaxed on the soft pillow he laid upon. At least the chairs and pilows were comfortable, and relaxing his hoof did feel good in all fairness. He smiled a little bit and decided to at least try and enjoy himself.
7. "Y'know I'm not even sure why I agreed t' this Rarity! I know I busted up my hoof right good but that doesn't mean I want t' sit in some frilly filly spa all day. I'm not a filly or a mare!" A large cream coloured pegasus with strong-looking wings with well toned muscles protested in his southern accent as Rarity gave him a gentle shove through the door of the spa. He was an interesting stallion to say the least with his tall, well-muscled frame mixed with soft and slightly feminine facial features. His man, which was unruly and unkempt was a bright blonde mixed with a deep dark red giving it almost the appearance of wet-lava or the edge of a flame. He glanced back at Rarity as he was ushered through the door of the spa, almost toppling over since his right front hoof was in a sling. Alexander wasn't a villager of ponyville, he was actually from the countryside between Ponyville and Canterlot where he ran his own apple farm. It was relatively unknown but it was quickly becoming a popular producer. He and his sister were the only two who worked on the farm and were constantly busy and only until recently had their work slowed down. Alexander had decided to work through a huge thunderstorm and during which he'd had a tree fall on top of him. He'd broken a hoof and a few ribs but other than that he'd been fine. His sister, who was very close to him had made him promise he wouldn't work and had shipped him off to stay with Rarity and relax for a few days. They'd met Rarity on one of their business trips into Canterlot. A rather crazy windstorm had wreaked havoc on her and she'd gotten caught in the rain because the hotel room she'd booked had been sold and she had nowhere to stay. Since Alexander and his sister happened to have a room he'd invited her to stay with them and the rest was history. They'd become fast friends and had been in close contact ever since. Rarity even stopped by their farm from time to time to say hello which was unusual for a unicorn who absolutely hated dirt. ------------------- "Oh stop fussing Alexander! You could do with some attention. And plus, relaxing in here will help me make sure that you stay off your hoof like you promised your sister! You might even enjoy it." She gave him a bit of a stern look and glanced around, hoping her friend from canterlot was here to meet them. She'd met him recently on a business trip to Canterlot where she'd designed dresses for several high-class ponies who were attending his party and the two of them had met at the party after she was invited by one of her customers. As she gave Alexander a push through the door she glanced around slowly to see if he was in fact there but did not see him. She sighed a little bit and said, "Your in luck Alexander. We're going to have to wait up for a short bit until my friend gets here so why don't we sit down and rest for a few minutes. It wasn't easy pushing your big butt all the way here you know!" She huffed in a joking sort of tone and moved over to sit on one of the soft cushions at the other side of the room, they were plush...and pink. Rarity watched as Alexander made his way over and sat down hesitantly on one of the cushions. She could tell he was wary about the whole spa trip but she knew it would be better for him than working in some dirty old field and he was desperately in need of some attention to his mane and his skin. She eyed him quietly and smiled despite the fact. She'd always liked Alexander and his sister. They were two of the kindest and most generous ponies she'd ever met.
8. Daydream stretched a little bit in her Leotard and then blushed brightly at his comment. She shrugged a tad and kind of ground her hoof into the ground softly in embarassment. It wasn't really all that amazing was it? But then again, she'd been doing it for a few years now so it seemed like no big deal to her now. But she guessed to others, her being the star of the circus was kind of a big deal. She giggled a bit at the way Care fluttered his wings, "Suit yourself though. The food is quite good, promise!" She offered a short smile and nodded quickly before taking another big bite out of her apple candy floss just as the other mare approach. She tilted her head a little bit and grinned slightly, apparently the mail pony in front of her was a bit more well known than he let on as well, "Hehe, more famous than you admit?" She asked curiously as she offered a nod to the mare who had approached the two of them. She seemed interesting to say the least, Daydream had always had a fondness for ponies with blonde manes, she didn't know why. Perhaps it was just that her favorite colour was yellow. She took a step to the side as the two spoke and she couldn't help but smile a bit. The newcomer seemed to be a rather excitable pony to say the least but who was she to judge? She worked in a circus after all. But that was both her dream and her talent. She eyed the two curiously though in the process, arching a brow above her unlined eye. Apparently though the two had met before, that kind of downplayed her little joking question before. Oh well, you couldn't win them all right?
9. Daydream couldn't help but giggle a little at Care's expense. His attitude was cute to say the least. She smiled lightly and shook his hoof while simultaneously taking a bit of her apple cotton candy which she kept hovering around her head and then swallowed it as she considered his name and title. A mail pony named Care Package, it was neat to say the least. She nodded and said, "Well it's surely a pleasure to meet Equestria's Best Mailpony. It's nice knowing my mail is in good hooves." She winked and smiled softly. She blew a few strands out of her face and glanced back towards the big tent, "Yup, I happen to be the main star of this seasons show. A troupe is the group of ponies who work together to create a show that makes everypony smile." She looked up to the sky in thought and couldn't help but be happy at her words that followed, "It's more than awesome. To be in front of a crowd and be putting smiles on their faces, to see the joy in young foals, fillies and colts eyes. It truly is a wonderful thing. Are you going to see the show?" She asked as she turned her eyes to him. It wasn't too hard to navigate the circus so she had faith he would be fine finding his way around if she left him afterwards. She noticed he was looking at her funny for a moment and her cheeks flushed as pink as the lines in her hair in the process, "Hehe...my eye right? Two-ta hasn't finished doing my makeup for the show yet. I usually don't wear any any other time..." She asked with a giggle. She glanced to the side slowly as he did though and he reyes fell upon the dark stallion. She knew who he was, they'd never met but she was familiar with all of the tech crew that worked with the circus, she raised a hoof and waved at him gently. He'd be working her spotlight later so why not be friendly? Making a quick decision Daydream glanced towards the nearby cotton candy vendor and said, "Tried any of the food yet? It's all horrible for you but it all tastes so good. I've a bit of a sweet tooth myself, I always make a note to eat at least one bundle of Apple Cotton Candy each time the circus sets up in a new city." Daydream was always surprised she hadn't rotted her teeth out, sugar did that to a pony after all, even if she could magically clean her teeth.
10. Daydream had been trotting along between the many vendors and made sure to purchase herself a big chunk of apple cotton candy. It was one of the Wingling brothers circus and had been a trade secret for a long time. She used a bit of her magic to hover it in the air next to her and occasionally took a small nibble from the ball of brown fluff. She chewed it with a bright and happy expression on her face and made sure not to pick it up with her hooves for fear of wrecking them for Two-ta to paint for the show shortly. As she was walking a pegasus landed next to her and adressed her. She turned to him and smiled brightly as she swallowed another piece of cotton candy and shook her head quickly. Her bright pink eyes glanced over his form and she giggled a little bit and looked down at herself, "Well...seeing as I'm dressed in a fancy leotard and partially made up I would assume I'm likely part of the circus, or just a really weird pony." She winked and giggled a little bit and extended a hoof which had fluffy white fur around the top of it. "I'm part of the troupe. Name's Daydream. Need any help finding anything?" She asked curiously as she blew a few strands out of her face. She felt a bit silly now with only one of her eyes ringed in eyeliner. Meeting ponies she'd never met before kind of made her a bit self conscious, she spent so much time showing off beautiful movements and using her magical abilities that she often never took the time to take care of herself or appreciate her own beauty. It was the life she led but she wouldn't have it any other way. The soft sound of carnival music rose up all around them and she had to wonder if this pegasus was from Canterlot or not. She'd met some pretty stuck up ponies so far but he seemed genuinely friendly and down to earth which was something she enjoyed in other ponies. After all, she was like that herself. She didn't mix well with the higher class ponies and tended to refuse whenever her troupe went into bigger cities and invited her to tag along. She shuffled her hooves silently and waited patiently for the Pegasus to respond. (For any interested in jumping in, don't hesitate to make your own circus pony!)
11. The Wringling Brothers Circus. A travelling circus that made it's way all over Equestria and hosted a wide variety of events and shows. They were famously known for their 'stage performances' which was more or less a show of various talented performers that more or less followed and showcased a story. These perfomances typically contained various Circus Arts like trampolines, Acrobats and the high flying trapeze. The circus was also known for it's lesser events as well which included attractions like carnival games, a bearded 'lady' and other such things. This year, when spring was in full swing the Wringling Brothers circus had come to Canterlot. Since room in the city itself was rather limited the entire circus was set up outside of the city. A huge blue and white big-top tent had been pitched in a huge open field and all around it were all sorts of stands, vendors and rides like a small ferris wheel and a magical rollercoaster powered by unicorn magic. It was a wonderful circus and the Wringling Brothers goal was to bring smiles and happiness to as many ponies as they could and to provide a place for outcasts to live. The Wringling Brothers often picked up various ponies in their travels and were always expanding their staff. Their most recent acquisition was a Younger Unicorn who had dreamt of being a part of the circus her entire life ever since seeing the Wringling Brothers when she was little. This young Unicorn was just barely a mare and was currently sitting backstage inside the large big-top tent. She was laying back in a soft plush chair while a completely two-toned pony carefully applied makeup to her eyes, she stared at herself quietly in the mirror as he did and sighed a bit. "You know Two-ta...I hate makeup. Why do I have to wear it?" The male two-toned pony laughed a little bit and set down the eyeliner he'd just been working with using his magic and sat down beside her, "Makeup enhances the performance remember? I know you're a bit of a tomboy but it'll grow on you. It's all about the smiles on the crowds faces remember? We do everything we can to make people happy, and if that means our little tomboy star has to put on a bit of makeup, so be it." He winked a little and gave her a playful bump before standing up and looking her up and down quickly. Two-ta quickly used his horn to make a few adjustments to the young unicorns full-body leotard which covered everything except her mane, tail, head and hooves. The female unicorn, Daydream by name sighed a little bit and said, "You make a good point. We've got a few hours to kill before the show starts right? Maybe I'll go poke around the circus itself before the show starts and I've to leave my mane and tail in your hands." Two-ta quickly nodded and set down his supplies, "Just don't be late for curtain, Wringley wouldn't be too impressed. After all this is your first star role. Don't let him down." He waved a hoof and then headed off to help a few other ponies with their costumes leaving Daydream to her own devices. She sighed a little bit and looked in the mirror, he'd only applied eyeliner to one of her eyes giving her a bit of an odd appearance but she didn't care too much and climbed from her seat and walked out of the tent's back entrance and out into the warm spring day. The smell of apple flavoured cotton candy and deep fried food was in the air. Daydream was a light blue unicorn in in a white leotard, accented by light pink designs. She was tall and slender with a messy, tangled mane and tail of light purple and soft pink streaks. Her bright pink eyes glanced across the circus in full-swing and after a few quick moments she decided a bite to eat wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing and so she headed off through the maze of vendors, glancing up at Canterlot castle as she did so. And so the circus was in full swing, what sort of ponies would meet? Would the show go well? Only time would tell. Welcome Everypony, to A Canterlot Circus! Act 1!
12. Silver chuckled a little bit and said, "Alicorn huh? Funny...I thought I had a name." he stated in a sarcastic voice before shrugging it off and listening to how Heart was 'famous' by word of moth alone. He must have really done some good work around the bigger cities to be spoken of so highly. Silver adjusted his laying position a bit so that his hooves were under his chin and then smiled at Heart as he gathered to various supplies from the nearbly table. Silver eyed them curiously but did his best to ignore them and turned his gaze back to Fleur in the process. "Doctors orders, Guess we've gotta talk." He laughed a little bit and did his best to ignore the slight pain from having his wing moved and from the slow wrapping of it. He glanced at Fleur and pondered about a good conversation topic and then one popped into his mind, "Hmn...I'm usually quite trusting to my nose but I have to ask, what was that delightful smell on the way to the hospital here? It smelled like an apple orchard." He asked this excitedly, maybe a bit too excitedly. Silver had always loved apples much like every other pony but for him Apple cider was the best thing since sliced bread. He didn't get it very often either so the idea of there being a local orchard here excited him. He glanced towards the window after his question, craning his neck a bit in hopes that perhaps he might see the orchard or farm he was talking about. This town had already intrigued him, from the scent of the apple orchard drifting through, The two friendly ponies he'd met and even some of the shops like Rarity's Boutique. They were all very unique and differed greatly from the style of the kingdom where he had come from. A soft smile spread across his muzzle and he made a note to stay here for a few days at least.
13. Welcome to the site! I hope you have a blast here! I've only been here for a little under a week now but I can sure tell you that the people here are awesome!
14. Silver couldn't help but chuckle a bit at Fleur, "Sleepy much?" He asked with a small tilt of his head. He had a feeling she was more tired than she appeared. Maybe she'd been doing some hard work before they had met up with her or perhaps she was just bored sitting in the hospital. He gave her a nudge and said, "Don't nod off on us now." He laughed and then glanced over at Heart who was quiet until he asked about the machine. Apparently it was going to give him a full picture of the inside of his wing. It was interesting to say the least. He knew how an Xray worked but not how it showed things like it did. Heart explained that it would give him a picture of the inside of his wing and by using that he could diagnose any damage that there might have been within his wing from when he crash landed earlier that day. He drew in a deep breatha nd watched closely as the machine finished it's last cycle and printed some information for Heart at the same time. "Sometimes that is the best reputation then isn't it?" He asked curiously just before Heart asked Fleur how exactly he was known. Being known was one thing, being known for unknown reasons was another thing completely. Silver chuckled a little bit and glanced at Fleur to hear the answer as well. He was interested how Heart here was so well known in another city. Curiousity killed the cat they always said and Silver knew himself to be more curious than most cats were so did that mean he was going to die? He frowned at the thought and quickly dismissed it. Silvers ears perked up at the 'good' news and he nodded quickly, "So it'll heal up then as long as I keep it bandaged up and not fly on it? That's good news." Thought he last part clearly had a bit of a disdain in it. He figured that he'd be able to leave town fairly soon. Not because he didn't feel welcome but he had a feeling his parents royal guard was catching up with him, "How long will it take?" He asked curiously, maybe a bit too curiously.
15. Silver chuckled a little bit as he slowly opened his eyes when Fleur said it would be ok. He glanced at his wing and blinked, perhaps it didn't do anything to hurt him in any way. He felt like a bit of a coward now but shrugged it off as best he could before turning his eyes to Fleur and nodded, "Well...maybe you and Heart can show me around after? I'd love to see what this town has. I saw plenty of it coming in but not all of it I'm sure. I'm more than sure I smelt an orchard on the way in. I'll assume there is one here?" He asked curiously as he kept his wing as still as possible, unfolding his other one to keep himself balanced on his back. Silver took a peek at heart who seemed to be oddly quiet now considering there was three of them in the room. He tilted his head a little bit and listened to the quiet mumbles and said, "What's up Heart?" He asked curiously. He hoped neither of them had done anything to offend the stallion. Silver shuffled his rump a tiny bit to adjust the way he was laying and said, "So is the machine almost done? What'll it tell you exactly?" he asked curiously. He was genuinely curious as to what the machine might do. Silver pushed a tiny bit of magic into his horn which glew a soft silver and lifted a pillow from one end of the bed under his neck so that he didn't have to keep supporting it, he had already begun to shake from holding himself up but as he slid the pillow up and relaxed he breathed a sigh of relief, "So..since Fleur here knows of you your reputation must precede you Heart. I'm glad I am in such capable hands and I will do my best to thank you as much as I can afterwards." He offered a bright smile. Silver quietly glanced to his wing after though and studied it quietly. As much as he didn't admit it out loud he was genuinely worried. Flying was one of the few things he enjoyed more than the rest, on this whole runaway thing he'd flown from his kingdom all the way until he crashed. It had been the most exhilarating experience he'd ever felt and he was glad he'd had a chance to experience it. Even if he did get tugged back to the castle in his hometown of Reinwood he still felt that his experiences out here would change him.

17. Silver nodded quickly and moved to dismiss the subject as quickly as he could. He knew the subject was likely not good territory to tread but befor ehe could she changed the subject though it made him frown a little bit in the process. He shook his head quickly and then and said, "Pish posh. You'd be just as much a champ as you are around here. You are a lovely mare." He smiled brightly and blew a few strands from his face, "Though...I guess coming from an Alicorn who hasn't seen many mares in his life that isn't much of a compliment huh?" He rubbed his head with his hoof and jumped a bit as Heart bumped his way through the door. Silver glanced at Heart and offered a smile, "No worries...you're already doing me a big favour so waiting for a little bit is no issue at all I assure you. Always good to catch up with old friends, don't let me be the reason you lost the chance." He laid his head down in his hooves and snorted playfully at Fleur once more. He tended to act like a bit of a Colt on occasion. Perhaps that's why he got along with younger ponies so well back at the castle, he was one of the few who'd roll in the mud with them and just get down and be a kid. He allowed Heart to hook up his equipment as he glanced at Fleur and said, "So, you live here now then?" He asked curiously before obediently rolling onto his back gingerly for Heart, wincing a bit as his wing hit the bed and folded out a little, "Do what you need to do doc. Though I suspect there won't be any missing...Unless my body somehow ate them." He laughed a little bit as well and then glanced at the machine curiously. He knew what Xrays were but he'd never recieved one so he closed his eyes as if he expected it to do something painful. "It's been just fine. We were just talking about Fleur's cutie mark and her championship beauty in these parts." He said the last part in a very southern accent as a bit of a joke. He kept his eyes closed for the most part now, his silver mane cascading over the bedspread and Fleurs head.
18. With a quick nod Silver stretched a bit and said, "Hmn...interesting. So your special talent is simply put, determination. Not a bad thing to be good at, a talent like that could technically make you good at anything, no? Because you'd always be determined and driven to finish it or make it through. Kind of like a beautimare pageant...whatever that is. Is that kind of like...a model thing?" He asked with a tilt of his head. For all his kindness, Silver really wasn't wise to the way the world worked or what most events were. After all he'd never really attended one or anything. Playing with toys in his room when he was little was the biggest play he'd even attended. Silver glanced towards the door and said, "I wonder what exactly Heart is gathering? My wing isn't that bad is it? I can't really see it." He craned his neck to see the joint but he just didn't bend that way. He wasn't a pretzel. More like a soft, fluffy Alicorn. He sighed lightly and then looked down to the ground, "I really have to make sure I thank Heart for all this. It is much appreciated. Are there any Inns or anything in this town? I figure I'll likely stay the night and try and get some rest before I continue my run across the lands."
19. Silver nodded quickly, "Interesting. I am glad to know he is such a well respected medical professional then. I am in good hooves it would seem." He fluttered his injured wing a tiny bit experimentally and blinked a little bit and stopped quickly. Bad idea it would seem. He went crosseyed for a moment as he looked at his horn and sighed gently, "Hmn...perhaps it would be better if I try to hide my wings in the future instead of my horn. Since magic can be sensed, wings cannot." He asked this more to himself than he did Fleur and mostly because he was trying to think of ways he could stay in better hiding. For most runaways they came home in a few days and regretted it. But for Silver every experience out in the wide world was a new one and it was tugging him more and more the longer he stayed on the run from his parents Royal guard. He looked at Fleur curiously and said, "So...what's your special talent Fleur? I know everypony has one, though based on your cutie mark I can't quite figure it out." He tilted his head curiously, his ears flicking slightly and turning towards her to listen. He tended to be pretty attentive when he wanted to be anyways.
20. Silver shuffled to lay down on the bed comfortably and glanced to the mare curiously and snorted at her with a hint of playfulness, "Sounds good to me. That'd help alot actually." He glanced towards the window quietly and shuffled a bit as he watched a pegasus zip by the window, he could have sworn they were going at least mach 3. Sometimes he wished he'd been just a pegasus and not some royal alicorn. Then he could be free to live his life the way he wanted to without having to worry about how to have proper manners, sit properly, eat properly and even bathe properly. It was just exhausting and he wasn't regretting running away at all at the moment. He looked to the mare quietly and said, "So, Fleur huh? What dragged you to speak to me and Heart? Curiousity? Or are you just friendly?" He asked with a soft smile. Alot of the time Silvery was a very kind and down to earth pony, it was always a feature his mother told him that would make him a great king when he succeeded his father. That had also been the day he left after telling her he wanted nothing to do with the throne. They'd argued for hours on end until finally Silver had spread his wings and flew off into the sky like a silver meteor on it's way to the heavens.
21. Silver was glad that the mare at least accepted his apology. It was a start at least. He blew a few loose strands of hair from his face and then watcha s she jumped back and magicked the dirt away. He stifled a bit of a chuckle and then said, "I love the dirt...it feels good on ones hooves on a warm summer day." Silver had always loved nature and everything about it. Though he'd never really got to explore it that didn't change his thoughts and feelings on it from what he knew. He was very naive to the ways of the world though, perhaps it was odd of him to admit such a thing in public. Silvers eyes wandered from the mare to Heart who was speaking with the receptionist, luckily she seemed completely unaware of the fact that Silver was sporting both a horn and wings. He was glad for that. While they waited Silver took his time sniffing around a bit. Being stuck in a castle most of your life made most things interesting and new to see. He looked at the various magazines and the way the room was built. It was a good distraction from his wing and a good way to keep himself busy. He glanced back at Heart who told them it was time to move along. Silver moved to follow him through through the singular door into a hallway. They wer emotioned towards a door that was indicated as 'Room 1' he figured it was likely some sort of exam room. He looked back towards heart and nodded quickly. He'd do his best not to touch his wing though admittedly he wanted to put a hoof on it as it ached more than he'd like to admit. He pushed the door open with his butt and moved into the room, making sure to hold the door for Fluer (Is it Fluer or Fleur?). Once inside he moved to sit on the bed gingerly and all of his muscles and joints almost groaned in thanks. He'd been travelling for so many days now he hadn't had a chance to rest on something comfortable. He let out a deep sigh of relief and laid down on his belly on the covered bed his good wing resting against his side comfortably and his other just kind of sticking out. He glanced back at the wing for a few moments and then looked to Fleur curiously, "So...erm. Dismissing the rudeness earlier. I would appreciate it if you didn't tell too many people about my heritage." He offered her a soft smile as he tried to make a bit of a better apology.
22. Welcome to the site! I hope you enjoy your time here! I'm only a newbie myself but I can vouch that everyone here is super friendly and it's easy to find your bearings ^_^
23. Silver couldn't help but frown at the Mares sudden outburst and his mind quickly ran back through the things he said. Had he said something offensive? Maybe it was not answering her question that offended her. He looked to the ground quietly and then said, "I apologize if I've offended you. I'd just prefer not to let every pony in the immediate area who I am. Have the word royal tacked onto my name doesn't help me with discretion." He turned away with that as Heart got between the two of them and sighed lightly. What more could possibly happen in the day? Silver sighed lightly and glanced to heart and nodded quickly. It was an interesting building to say the least though he found himself a little distracted when Heart mentioned Trottingham. He scoured his mind for a few moments and tried to remember a map of Equestria, "Trottingham...? Is that nearby?" He assumed the town was nearby if Heart hadn't been here very often. It seemed the most logical explanation anyways. Silver hurried up to follow Heart once more and made his way through the door, turning a little awkwardly since he couldn't properly tuck his wing in. He looked around the sparkly white interior and wrinkled up his nose a little bit at the smell of the many chemicals in the hospital. He'd never even liked the smell of soap unless it was citrus scented. That was just one of Silver's more 'odd' traits. Anything that smelt like a chemical was gross to him. He glanced around from behind his hood and saw that there was only a single receptionist at the desk who wasn't paying attention and no other ponies in the waiting room. Silver breathed a sigh of relief and let a bit of magic slip into his horn, tugging his hood back and drawing in a deep breath. His very long silver mane tumbled down the right side of his neck and he shook a little bit and then glanced down at the floor at the dirt falling from his mane. His cheeks flushed lightly. "My bad...forgot I kind of took a roll in the dirt when I got here."
