Today was certainly not the best. Kat thought. It was true. She had received an F on three tests, she had gotten sick halfway through the school day, and her sister, Skylight, almost burned the house down trying to find her cutie mark. Her nerves were frayed, and even ice cream didn't soothe them. Suddenly, Kat passed a sign that read, "Ponyville Park". Hey, parks are pretty relaxing... The park changed nothing. All the little foals were having fun with balls, hoops, and other playthings, while their parents happily talked amongst themselves. Kat had no one to be with right now, and that only added to her misery. Really, the only thing that changed was that she had a bench, and a beautiful pond in front of her. Splat. Something came down on Kat's head. It felt warm and sticky... She looked up, and saw two pigeons flying overhead. "Gnngh! Can this day get any worse?"

"I know, Pony Pop! And I would love to see what kind of lyrics you come up with! If I like 'em I'll use 'em and give you credit!" "Oh, um, alright!" Now's your chance! This could be your big break! "Hey there ladies, how's it goin, I'm Dubstep, it's an honour to meet you Neon. So how's it goin', groovy I hope?" A yellow pony said from behind them. DUBSTEP. Kat turned around to greet him. "Dubstep?" He looked exactly like he did in the magazines that tried to get his name out there. "Um, wow. Neon and Dj Neighsay? If this is a dream, do NOT wake me up!" Kat laughed. "Oh yeah, um, you can just call me Kat." The smile on her face from meeting Neon was even bigger. "Miss I hope I wasn't interrupting anything I just wanted to off to come over with me and my friend here Dubstep to go over to a generous Stallions table. I just met and he offered." "Well, I think thats up to my friend here! Kat, how do ya feel about sittin' over there with the stallion? Ya have anywhere you need to be?" "Um, well..." Yeah, it's not a huge deal if i'm late anyways. "Sure! I don't have anything important to do. Let's go!"

Ok, sorry for the short post, i don't feel like writing paragraphs. Has anyone realized that it's almost the end of winter? The equinox is on the twentieth, which would make March 19th Winter Wrap Up in Equestria. Why haven't this been acknowledged? We should start making plans! Any ideas for this event?

I'm not discouraged from writing, i'm just discouraged from writing this story. it deals with a sensitive topic, and they basically just end up going to ponyville. I'll try writing again, just not at this type of stuff.

"Um, No. The line is um, right over there." She pointed with her hoof to the cash register. Grayson Grayson walked out of the small apartment building. His boss assigned him to bring a package to somepony who worked in the government town hall. Since it was a rather long flight to Ponyville all the way from Raptorclaw Canyon, the griffin was given a place to stay for the night. As Grayson walked out on the street, he noticed there was a griffin airship that he hadn't noticed yesterday. It's nice to know i'm not the only griffin here! Haha. Man, i'm hungry. I haven't had anything since i left yesterday... I've been here before, why can't i think of any places to eat? Grayson spotted a newspaper vendor, hoping that he knew this place pretty well. Grayson approached the vendor. "Excuse me sir, do you know of any good places to eat around here?" The pony pointed down the street. "Yes! A new coffee shop opened up, and it's been the talk of the town for the past few weeks. From what i've heard, there's quite a crowd over there." Grayson thanked him. Some coffee could help him wake up right now. When he opened the door to the cafe, he realized the newspony was right. There were so many ponies - a small white pony talking with a wildly dressed purple pony, a rather large pegasus, a yellow pony with a radio chatting with a crimson pegasus... He even noticed two other griffins! Wow, those are probably the griffins that flew in on the ship! Grayson made a mental note to ask them about the ship. Grayson walked to the end of the line, passing up the white and purple ponies. Pony pop? After a minute, it was finally his turn to order. "Hey, i'll just have a cup of decaf, and a chocolate chip muffin."

Aww, i was going to post this! I'm not sure whether to be mad or happy with Renard. First off, he never told us he's a Bronie, but he gives us some freaking awesome music. I'll just leave this here.

"Ya have paper and a quill, Pony Pop?" Neon asked. "Um, Yes!" Kat replied. She pulled out a pad of paper and an ink well with a quill tied to it. "I'm um, glad to help!" She uncorked the inkwell with her teeth, and allowed Neon to use her magic to hold the items. As Neon wrote, the line down, Kat had an idea. No, don't ask her that! She'll think think you're some sort of crazy fangirl! Well, what's the worst that can happen? "Hey, um, Neon? I'd be happy to help you in any way if you um, need to." Idiot! Hey, Raptorclaw Canyon is still a bit unorganized, can i start a new RP, but add information that hasn't been put into the summary yet?

That was rather quick.

Name: Grayson Stone Gender: Male Age: Teen/16 Species: Griffin Eye Color: Red Physique & Colors: A bit large for his age, but not huge. His feathers are a dark, almost purple, red, and his lower body is grey. His head is white. Residence: Raptorclaw Canyon Occupation: occasionally works a courier, bringing packages to other cities Likes: flying, visiting other places, art Dislikes: excessive work, not flying Character Summary: Grayson has always loved flying. Even when he was just a few years old, he would fly so much, that he sometimes couldn't fly for the next few days. While most of the griffins think that flying is just a cool way of transportation, Grayson LOVES it. He doesn't just feel the wind pushing against his wings, he feels something in his heart. The way the wind ruffles in his feathers, the wind fighting against his wings – they just give him a euphoric feeling. This was one of the reasons he decided to become a courier. He also joined so he can see new places and meet new people. Grayson's personality can be described as friendly, competitive, and brave. He's not shy, and is willing to meet new people. You know what, i really have no experience in this (experience with writing and the subject matter), so i'm just going to scrap this. it sucks, and i don't think it'll turn out anywhere. Kat and Sky end up in ponyville, and nothing really happens on the way there. so, there's my story!

"Yeah, It's a um, rather prized possession. It's one of my favorites too!" Kat responded to her idol. As Neon signed that album with the lightning bolt, she had smile that reached almost from ear to ear. "Yes, i um, do sing! It's nowhere as good as you, though. And thank you so much for the advice!" Kat giggled back when Neon put her hoof on her throat. "Again, thank you so much! It's not nonsense. It's actually rather um, inspirational when you say it!" "I don't think I got your name, Pony Pop!" Neon replied. "Um, my name's Katniss, but you can um, just call me Kat!"

She... She just called you Pony Pop! "Um, hi!" Like she did when she confronted the griffin, Kat started to stutter and stammer again. "Could you um, sign something for me, please?" She waited for a second to sign what Kat wanted her to sign, before realizing it was in her saddlebags. "Uh, sorry! It's in my saddlebag." You're stupid! You're in front of your favorite artist! Don't embarrass yourself! Kat handed Neon a record of her first album, still intact on the cover, hardly any marks or scratches. "I um, got this years ago. I use it to practice my um, singing voice after school. I um, even made some covers of your, um songs!"

"It was very nice to meet you, Captain Fidley." Kat said, as another griffin walked to the table carrying their coffee. "I'd love to stay and chat, but i should be heading to class pretty soon, and i've still got a full cappuccino. It was nice talking with you!" Well, that went better than expected. she thought to herself. Kat was headed back to her table, when she noticed a bright yellow pony in the corner of her eye. Is that... she thought. No, it can't be! DJ Neighsay HERE, in PONYVILLE? She looked over at the pony. In the name of Princess Celestia! it is DJ Neighsay! But he's talking with the mayor... wow, a captain, the mayor, DJ Neighsay... OHMYGOSHNEONPOPISHERETOO. Kat felt like she would pass out. DJ Neighsay by himself is one thing, but Neon Pop AND DJ Neighsay? That's a whole other story. She wasn't even with anybody either! Kat quickly set her cappuccino on the table, and approached Neon pop. You know what? i don't really care if i'm late to class anymore. "Um, excuse me, Neon Pop?"

[OOC] Kat took his claw, and breathed a slight sigh upon seeing that she didn't upset the kind griffin. She had seen a ship sail in this morning, but she hadn't known she'd be face to face right with the captain of it. Kat had noticed her stuttering had gone away, due to the fact that the griffon hadn't taken any offense. "I am very sorry if i've caused you any inconvenience!" she apologized. "It is nice to meet you, Captain Fiddley. My name is Katniss, but you can call me Kat for short. As for business, i'm not too sure. I don't think i'll be traveling around enough to ever hire an airship or something like that. Anyways, I really hope you enjoy your stay here in Ponyville!"

Kat walked into the door of the new coffee shop. It was almost a ritual to get coffee before classes each day, and today was no different, except for the coffee was going to come from that new coffee place that everyone's been talking about. As she walked in, she noticed how nice and pretty the place seemed for something that just opened. After setting down her saddlebags and the apple she had got from Apple Jack's stand at a table, she got out a few bits from her money pouch. for coffee. Kat smelled the pungent odor of tobacco. In the name of Princess Celestia! What does that man think he's doing?* she thought. The smell brought back bad memories of her abusive father. After the pony in line stepped to the side, it was her turn. "Um, h-hi!" Kat stuttered out of shyness. "Can i get, um, a cappuccino please? And um, sorry if this is any trouble, but can you um, put a little dash of caramel in it please?" Come on Kat! you need to work on your socials skills! She set the bits on the counter. As the cashier pony was ringing up her change, she looked back at the pony who was smoking from a pipe. After being handed her change and receipt, Kat walked to the pony who had the pipe. "Um, excuse me sir," she gently started. "I don't mean to be rude, but could you um, possibly please smoke outside? I am so sorry if you find me rude, sir." Kat tried to put an expression of sincerity on her face, in hopes that he would accept. [OOC]No, i'm not trying to preach about how bad tobacco and stuff is. It would just be boring if i walked in, ordered, walked out, and went off to class, right?

I've been a member here for the past few days, i've posted, i've even got an RP character accepted, but i never made an introduction post! (Who's a silly pony? not just applejack! ) Well, i'm rather late, as i only found out about the ponies a few weeks ago, and this forum a few days ago. I found the ponies from thedailywh.at and KYM. I'm rather socially awkward and shy, so i'm sorry if i'm not so good with words and personality! I've never done any type of RP before, so if you see me there and i suck, you'll know why. P:. I can also be considered a newfag, if you ponies use that term. You can call me newfag, and i won't be offended! My overall impression of this site so far leaves me pleased. The ponies are friendly, the mods/admins aren't the power hungry holier-than-though banhammer type, and i like that! they actually interact with the community, and from what i feel, they're happy to do so. I really think this forum will turn out to be something awesome, and it would make me glad to be a part of it! Thanks!

Alright, I've fixed it up a bit. If you see anything that should be fixed, just tell me! And I think I understand what you mean about the tail. If you're referring to the picture on the wikia page, I'm just not good with Photoshop.
