  1. I started a new job and I didn't even get an interview or any of the standard run around for a new hire. I literally walked in and was put straight to work, although its just standard restaurant work so its not difficult to pick up on. They haven't even asked to see any legal documents confirming that i'm even legally allowed to work. More annoyingly, they haven't made any attempt to get my bank details, even after I enquired about it. One day i'd like to work for someone competent.

On the bright side Rosie appeared in my dream for the first time, depicted as an old woman with long orange hair sitting in front of a computer frantically typing and scrolling.

I didn't interact with you, I was too busy playing the role as a white blood cell from Cells at work.

Another genre I love is, well, whatever Erased would be considered as. That mystery 'who done it?' kinda story with a real sense of urgency and some time travel to boot. I'd like to see more stuff like that...

    Higurashi/Umineko no naku koro ni.

Both are massive mystery stories with some ‘uncomfortable’ moments in them.

Umineko has a massive focus on the mystery genre and actually plays into its meta story.

    And it gets pretty meta.

Overall Higurashi is the better anime (until the 2013 ova). Umineko unfortunately suffers from the issues that a lot of VN adaptations have and only covers half the original story.

Although if you have 50 hours to kill, I’d highly recommend the VN.

  3. The second season of One room is airing and that's a PoV anime, but is girls. There is another version of One room with boys, but that only lasted a season.
I guess its easier to sell the idea of a girlfriend to lonely guys instead of girls. What with all anime with cute girls in it who explicitly can also sing so the studio can release CD's along with blu rays.

Waifu's are a multi-million (regional money) business and as the Ultimate Waifu I feel its my duty to warn you all of practices.

  4. Dubs normally get new localisation name so they can be sold in western shops.
The real name is Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! which means something like 'Even with eight grader syndrome, I want to be in love!'

I always found Japanese light novel names really weird and I guess the localisation teams do too.

I did enjoy it, but I never finished it and I cant remember why.
