Elemental Charmers into Ponies

I am willing to pay $10-15 dollars through Paypal for an skilled artist to change these characters into ponies:

Just a little background the charmers' names are Aussa (earth, brown), Hiita (fire, red), Eria (water, blue), Wynn (wind, green), Dharc (dark, black), Lyna (light, white). Dharc is the only guy in the group based on what is most commonly believed and his art.

The first four came long before the last two, so in that way they could be called the 'oldest'.

Use the picture to decide on what they should look like, maybe using their staffs and the elements they control for ideas on what their cutie marks should look like.
